Greg Brown joins the show

Pirates broadcaster Greg Brown joined the show. Brown was inducted into the Buffalo baseball hall of fame. Greg says he just now heard about Andrew McCutchen’s comments, but says there’s nothing newsworthy there. McCutchen implied that the Pirates need to spend more to try to win. Brownie says that spending more isn’t the clear answer to the problem. Greg also said that he didn’t understand the Aroldis Chapman signing last year. He also says that he doesn’t think Ben Cherington has done a good enough job.
