I mean, it's just I could ever you want to put him into the Cowboys right now, top five teen, I could give it that. That sounds about close as anything right there. They really does.

I still wouldn't necessarily put the Rams up that high. You don't know what you're looking at Wall. I mean, I got a great respect for you. You know, I've seen the Rams. I love, I like it, but now well not. First of all, I don't want to put somebody down to elevate someone else. I'm just saying in regards to that elite class. Ram still in that elite class, I think, only because they took that misstep uh this season. Once again, I say it again, Cowboys haven't taken a misstep.

And those misstepp they've taken, they still won the games with with with Tampa Bay. To me, that game was taken from them. So as far as I'm concerned that they had no flat game that they couldn't overcome. So I don't give it above Arizona. I could definitely give it them. I would give them above the Rams. I would put the Ram. I would switch to the reason the Rams down. Bring Tampa up. Cowboys right behind them, you know, sa Tampa. I understand that. Let me say

they stand. Let me say Rams also, like I said, they still took that misstep and this and the only misstep was to Arizona, who so to me, sitting ramsy too. And that's probably why Goslin did it. But that's why. But that's the only reason I keep harping on the Rams. I like Stafford, and I think with the mind of this coach, I like it. If they ever can get that one. They're looking for a running back. The Rams are looking for a healthy running back, and if they ever find him the Dos he can

blow the doors off. This man about Jay Rams special and not your extra special because he got a coach, his defensive back, coaching defenses challenges and they challenged him saying like he has accepted that chance, said look at here, We're gonna do it your way, but if you slip, then you gotta do it my way. So he doing everything in his power, not to be able to have to go doing his day. They are using him. A lot of people sleeping on him, j Rams. Yeah, he nice,

he nice. On your mind you're talking about when you when you when you say sleeping on Jim, I don't. I don't know how anybody can sleep on well, you know what I guess because he's so quiet over there. And in the way the Rams are playing right now, this is a team that you can expect to, uh, you know, be in contention for that. I'm arguing they're gonna be in contention for him. You know, one of the top top one or two seeds in

the NFC. So I just think over time, a guy like Rams great players over time, that's they rise. So so I'm not worried about his standing. I think we all know how good he is. But so you like Rams are two, then oh he's out standing player. I mean you know, I mean, I'm sorry the Rams themselves like the two. You like him at two, I got no issue with this one. Like this man, one loss team, the only loss was too Arizona was in the division. I don't have an issue with that. And then you

got Tampa Bay at three. They beat Tampa back, So no no issues with that at all. Right now, So I was looking at October. I didn't believe in Rams at the beginning of the year doing the I didn't. I didn't believe because I didn't see Stafford. I did not see him man and problem and wow and and but I know that this coach, if he can find his running back, that's when he is his most dangerous. That's why golf lass is so long. Because he always

had a running back. But once those running backs got kind of scares and he depended on his quarterback, he fell apart on what the heck happened girl, Actually, nothing really happened Everson. He came into the league with an arthritic need, right, and so they drafted him high. They kept him as fresh and didn't they made the mistake of paying him that record contract and then he got that didn't have offseason surgery. So no, sooner than they gave him the money, he started to break down. And

that's that's on the Rams. I mean, the Rams have handed out really two bad contracts. From paying Girly all that money and paying off they made mistakes. So so but that's that's what was happening there is you he shouldn't have got a second contract. Maybe franchise the guy, but a second contract was something that they probably should not have done. But they did, they did, and they and they went to a super Bowl with him, and

so so I'm gonna say that. But yeah, for all the things that people want to bang on Golf and Girly about, the team got to a Super Bowl. He's now decided to make the Cowboys a part of his bit because he comes to town. He's got his cowboy head on. It's the whole thing. It's the most popular team. So he's just going to be the ad now Michael IRV and the Michael Michael Monday and Michael Monday of some crap. And then then you had you had to go back

into this. Shannon does it where Steve and A did it because they're both working with Skip. Because Skip bayless side he wanted to be the cowboy homer. So then okay, you can't have two holds left and became a homer, you know, right right? They'll make a run in the second half. So Arizona's got a Thursday night game coming up in week eight MS.

They've got a Monday night game against the Rams. They've got a Thursday night No Saturday, they got a Saturday game against any app So right now, I don't see them on Sunday Night football at all here, So just just that kind of that coverage you need. Well, they they're not the Cowboys, but they didn't make the playoffs last year. Right, But this is just what you need. When people look at this stuff, they are going to vote with. You know, it's like it's like a stock

man you people you know it Coke. Yeah, the brand names that people know, those are always going to get that. And then of course I'd be shocked if the Arizona Dallas game doesn't get flexed. Yes, it's noons start for the Cowboys against the Cardinals. So and right now, the game as the last game of the season seventeen eighteen was eighteen weeks eighteen weeks, so the current Sunday night game for week seventeen is Green Bay Minnesota. Green Bay

right now five and one Minnesota, three and three. Minnesota ain't gonna get on later man. If but by weeks I dare say, I kind of like Kirk Cousins, Bye bye weeks by week seventeen, that's not popular. If it's exactly pretty good. If it's week seventeen and Minnesota is eliminated from contention, Okay, I'm with you there, and understand the mentality of the Cowboys for NBC since I work at NBC. If they can find a way, they find a way. Remember one time one year they ended up

getting an extra Sunday and night football game. They flexed into it, and it was Jameis Winston in Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay was kind on the border, and they're like, that's good enough for us. Do it. And then one year the Cowboys and the Oakland Raiders were both struggling a little bit, trying to kind of stay in the playoff race, and they were still mathematics. Oh, they're mathematically like,

we're gonna do it. And that was the one when Gene Sarah Toour came out there with a piece of paper and measured it in the car, ended up fumbling the ball. But that was another Sunday night game where it was like, well do you flex him? Because you know they're not for sure playoffs teams. But all NBC needed was enough NFL out there with a piece of paper. You may, let's see you be so but you'd be so nick, But now you'd be so nick picking on something like that, and you can't make the call right.

And on the quarterbacksnake, Yeah, come on, you can't make the call right for the Saints. I never forget that, man. That's the first time I ever accused the League of not doing it. Right, that's the bus. My first time it changed, I felt about relse. I'm like, you got to change, and they did old franchise. After the year it was over. Yeah, but and now you can't do

it anymore, can you. No. They did it for a year to appease Sean Payton in the Saints fan base and went right on back to saying, yep, you take what you're getting. That's what the league. That's to them all the time, to take what you get sold to your point there, yes, if, but unfortunately it's not. It's not that at all. Um. I want to make sure we get This is stat Trayvon Dixon. Just eighteen career games,

Diggs has tallied ten interceptions. He's a second Cowboy to record ten picks in the first eighteen games of a career, joining Everson Walls, who recorded twelve in the first eighteen games. He's got ten and eighteen. Okay, what kind of zone is that? Ah? Well, with me, it was just a matter of survival because it was my rookie year. But I guess the zone is you go into the game at twenty one years old knowing your album mats physically, you know, you just go in there with just a

whole different mentality of just just not giving up. You know, you know what's gonna happen. You know, the Roy Greens are gonna be coming at you, the Mark Clayton's are going to be coming at you, the Mike Quicks covering six seven. Hell call Michael, you know what it's gonna be. So you just have to just tune all of that other stuff out, you know, and just make your plays for your team. And when it comes down to it, every the game is not about every moment being one

on one, you see. That's where people get overwhelmed in a ball game. You have to be in the zone to where you can calm yourself down. I always looked at the game like this, I got four seconds. I got four seconds to just ramp it up. After those four seconds, I've got to ramp it back down mentally, because now I have to realize, Okay, instead of being all geeked all the time, I have to realize what they're trying to do to me. You know, I have to realize what the what the film showed me, what

is their pattern. I can't just go on me, Hell call Michael, Mike, quit going at it. So you have to pick your spots. I'm not gonna jump at route. I'm gonna play a team game. I'm not gonna just worry about what me and this wide receiver going to it. But with with Digs now his his his deal is they have gotten the constant pressure. They've created the correct chaos, so to speak. Up front with the Cowboys, I love my front, my front four, but they were held back

a lot. And then they tell you that flex defense will hold them back a lot. I'm back there running around like a chicken. Right. You don't have that with Randy Gregory. You don't you know Randy's coming, Randi's coming that quarterbacks like, oh man, somebody's at my feet. Somebody's coming here, boom. just trying to survive, just trying to survive. And the other thing is you gotta be stubborn as hell. You really gotta be stuffing because you have to. You have to.
