And boy, he's had a nice career up there, and he's on my fantasy team. Man,

good playing three years of a row. I got Darren Waller, so well, it's not gonna be a good week for him. I got Taylor out here. No, I mean, I got Grunt too, So I might go ahead and make that little little switch on that he might want to do that, Yeah, I might. I'm thinking about it. Let me tell you something. If you have any Raiders players, do not start them this week. Why is that? Because the because the top

two defense that I'm seeing, it's gonna show up. So he moving up the rankings this week last fifteen again, so I need to sit Josh Jacobson put in Kareem Hunt. Then on my face, YE would probably be smart of you. Okay, you're the one to send me the PFL whatever we top five defense, you saw it. Yeah, but I'm not a PFL guy. I learned the hard way. uh will play in this Raiders game. And there a couple of questions for tomorrow's game that we're trying to get kind of nailed down. First one, let's start with the offensive line. Tyran Smith has practiced. Tyrean Smith is Tyren Smith's gonna play. He's gonna play on the left side, thank you. Tyre Smith's gonna play. And I think we're gonna go ahead. Look at the other side and see um tire steel at right tackle. That's what participate. That's

what I'm lisipating. Hasn't been saying. Yeah, but I think that's the right way to go. Why not. The man earned the spot. He earned it. He had his five six weeks in there to do what it does. They went over the left tackle to see if he can perform like that, but he just didn't perform as well

as he did on the right side. So I don't think he should be demoted just because he switched positions, because we need needed him to switch positions, and I mean, then if you go back to the right tackle spot, Collins act, you know you just can't be up in there. So to me, I think it's a good move by the Gobble. I hope, I hope woman still has his confidence.

I hope he still has the belief that he has the freedom to make a mistake or two right, because you know what happens when you have somebody who is a possible starter behind you. You feel like that Leasha is short, right, So you go out there and you're worried about you overthinking making them making a bad play, and then all of a sudden that stuff trickles down and you snowball effect and you start looking like the old terrors. Still, so hopefully the confidence is still there.

The coaches have reassured him if he's starting that it's his position, and then I think he'll play well. So you then also have Connor mc government. They started him last week. I'm anticipating Garna mc government, you're not here and playing again, and let's see what you know, let's

see what they can get done. That. I mean, the edges are gonna be under attacked this game because they got some they got some dogs over there as far as edge rushers, would he go Way and Max Crosby, both those guys so Colleville's own indeed local guys, so okay, are going to be under the tackle. So you got you, You've got that. And that is the chant. That is the challenge for this offensive line. Block it up and run run the ball. Okay. That that that's that. That's

That's what I'm asking for you right there? Can you put that in the coming box or the complaint box, whatever it is. It just middle that thing going up to the to the top. What they can do it? Goodness, what we should all middle it in like right, like thirty of them a piece, so get ninety ninety pieces of mild to say and I'll I just say it's run on this run. They're gonna be like, why ain't it on there? Though? I remember one time when Parcels was talking about something he was trying to get Mike

Zimmer to do Zimmer at the time. It is his defensive coordinator, and he said to the meeting at some point in time, it's not a suggestion. Listen, you gotta do it, and that's that's what needs to happen. As Mike McCarthy is the head coach. That's what you said to the office scorn. This isn't a suggestion. It's what he said in this press press conference, I think it was two days ago where he said, hey, we the thing that I was kind of disappointed about was we

didn't establish the run. We kind of got away from the run too quickly, and we weren't able to use that to help our game. In the situations that we were in defensive playing well, we helped them out by running the ball. Now I'm paraphrasing what he said, but he seemed like he had an issue with us not running the ball or sticking to the run long enough in order for it to become effective. Yeah, I would.

I would. I agree with that because it wasn't like the game was just blown out of proportions like they were up, you know, twenty one points. We had to go in there, we had to throw the ball there was always within you know, shooting range right there. You know, we're always either seven or ten points down. And I don't see that as being too big of a deficit to just go ahead and throw away the run game

and just go straight to the pass game. But maybe they just thought, you know, they're more momentum with the pass game, that the game was swaying here and there, and maybe they thought the pass would be able to get them further down the field. But to me, I think you gotta establish with Wilson and Brown there dropping everything. Listen, take the pressure off of those guys. Man, it's you have to be able to I'm no offensive coordinator, so

you need to be able to adjust. Right if they take away one thing or one thing isn't working, you have to be able to lean on something else. You can't just keep on throwing stuff at the wall man hoping it's thick like bro, We've seen this story already. We saw this against Denver. We saw it. You got away from the run. Now, we did get those two trash such ounds at the end, but they stifled us

and we had nothing else to lean on. And that is that has been an obvious problem for us in these games where week that we've lost, the Cowboys had sixteen rushing attempts for eighty two yards. Not enough. That's that's unacceptable. Clyde Edwards Hilaire had twelve by himself for Kansas City. Kansas City had twenty six, and that's just not what they do. No. Twenty six rushes by Kansas City. I don't know how what high that is, but it's probably top three and rushing attempts for them this year.

So that's a game plan that I find unacceptable. In terms of sixteen rushing attempts, forty three passes you're split between, and that's split between Tony Pollard, Dang and Zeke nine carries. I mean, we've seen when this is when this offense is at its peak. Powers King, we are blending goodness to fuel your greatness. Every blend is crafted to help you achieve your health. And he's going to hit you

with the twenty to thirty yard big gains anymore. But he's still gonna be able to wear a defense down for three yards in a cloud of us here, five yards there, four yards here, And we've seen so far this season when that happens in the fourth quarter defenses are shining away. They want no parts of Zeke out there. So I think as a whole we just I mean, we agree on this one. We abandoned the run too far or too soon, and hopefully we can get back to that balance approach when we go into the Raiders

on Thursday. So Zeke had nine rushes and six catches, like, it should not be even. It should not be that close for a for the style of running back that's hill. It is right, it should not be that close. It's just me be somewhere like twenty and five, twenty and five and those five should be screened. And a couple of flat routes we have I don't even think we do.

We throw a little screens. I saw one screen where it was a miscommunication when he was supposed to be getting the screen, and it just kind of didn't work out. I know why because of those early little bubble screens and the one shots didn't block. Anybody got a man dumped on his head, and I think it was another somebody else ended up not blocking at all, So that's why I probably, But how does that work for you when the team knows you're going to throw or run

a screen, like you're not running the ball. So look at first, it ain't going nowhere with the game playing they got. So it's just I don't think it's conducing for successful so offensive line with an opportunity to establish the run and get that Kansas City loss behind them. Also another reason to run the football is your questions. A wide receiver Marty Cooper is not going to play in this game because of COVID and CD LAMB. It

is still technically in concussion protocol. So in order for him to play, it's got to be cleared by an independent doctor to play in this football game. So you could be could be without Cooper and Lamb. That means you run football. You need gave him ninety meal for a reason. You know you gotta lean one, depend on your defense and run the ball. Have confidence in your defense.

We talked about this other day when when you watch that Kansas City game, it seemed like the offense, whoever was calling the players or or the game plan throughout the game, didn't have confidence that the defense was going to continue to stop Patrick Mahomes. In that offense, it was like they were playing pressing, like hey man, this is probably the last stop our defence is gonna get We gotta go down there and score a touchdown because if we don't, they're gonna blow blow this game, wilt open.

And that just wasn't the case. So half confidence in your defense, lean on the running game, and then and let that, let that play together. You might get some place for specialties. We've been blocking plums like crazy, so you have a chance no matter what. So just stick to you, stick to your game plan. Your thoughts on Michael Irvin who went off on Ari Cooper for not being vaccinated, and then you had Jerry Jones on his own show saying, hey, that popp us, that pop us.

But basically this was something we were not expecting here. Teammates in the locker room have publicly supported Amari Cooper's decision along with the head coach. Totally understand that. I think that's the way to go. Got it to him. But Jerry and Michael Irvin not happy with Cooper. Your thoughts, Yeah, listen, I think I think it's a tough thing. But I look at it and say, what else are the players

are gonna do? Right? Like? You gotta stick together. It's it's those guys in the locker room and they try to block out outside noise. But I do believe that there are some people that are like man, like I wish, I wish that he would be vaccinated so we wouldn't be missing missing him for this extended period of time. But on the other hand, you know, everybody's saying that, you know, it's his decision. The thing is they knew he was no vaccinated and he still been here and arousal.

So that's something that is unexpected as it is should have been expected at some point in time that like, there is a possibility that this could come up, not just now, but also it could come up again, So don't be surprised with this, all right, So you shouldn't be playing accordingly for any of the players that you have done to unvaccinated to know that we should have a backup playing ready because we have no idea when

they may miss extended time. Yeah, I mean, I definitely understand, like you said, the players, they're gonna have their their you know, the brothers back, They're gonna say all the supporting things they need, and like you said, the probably of them come back in their mind. Like man, I wish we had Coop for this game. But it's his personal decision, and you know he has all right to have that personal decision. And I understand on the other side with Jerry Jones, you know why him, why him

being so upset. We know how he how bad he wants that next Super Bowl ring. He wants it. It's so bad he wants it he could taste it and for he and he also sees how this different, this offense is without a Mark Cooper, whether it's out him out there catching a bunch of passes getting touchdowns, or him being just that guy that's taking up all the coverage and he's letting Cede Lamb and letting um, I said Wilson, and know those other guys eat. He sees a difference when he's in and out and he says,

and he popped us. It popped us because he was like, man, we're right there, We're on the cusp of taking this whole thing and maybe even getting that number one spot. And then boom, we had a guy get COVID and he's gonna miss this game, but he's gonna miss the next game because he wasn't vaccinating. And we know how the protocols going on that so I understand why Jerry's upset, but at the end of the day, it's a Mark Cooper's personal decision, and that's how they got a live

I remember you bringing up a return on investment. Uh yeah yeah. Let me tell you something. ROI on a couple of these guys that have been on the roster. R. ROI on Oleo Collins, ROI on Jayleen Smith and then on Cooper. Now Smith is call sunken, calls sucker cous now. But I'm just like, like, these guys are getting paid. These are some of your high paid players who stay on point. In what you just said, and this is

what Michael Lavin had said. The TMZ said quote, I don't know what word to put on it, but I'm absolutely hot about it. Are you joking? I got a guy named Cedric Wilson catching pastors who makes two million, a guy named Noah Brown who makes one million, and I got a guy who makes twenty one million on the bench at home not playing. It's crazy. That's Michael Irvin and how he felt about Amari Cooper not playing.

He also said, our job as athletes is to try to remove any reason for not winning the Super Bowl. It's why I condition, So fatigue isn't the reason that I lose the super Bowl. It's why I go overplays a million times, so that a mistake is not the reason why I lose the super Bowl. You have to try to mitigate any issues that cost you a game or a super Bowl, and COVID is one of them. You go get vaccinated to try to mitigate it as

best you can. Now, you can still get it after you get vaccinated, but it's a different percentage of you percentage chance of you getting it. All I need you to do is get that different percentage chance. So I'm hot for a Maria Cooper not doing that. This is Michael Irvin in his comments on it all Right, Jerry Jones said, Amari Cooper is outstanding. He's one of the highest character guys that you will ever be around in any arena. He's out standing in his introspect and how

he does things. Nobody is saying he isn't outstanding. But this is a classic case of how it can impact a team. At the end of the day, this is a team. You cannot win anything individually. The point is it popped us. This did pop us. That's the quote it might not be the last time you get popped. I mean, just being real. I mean if you look around, uh watching watching any news about COVID and you're seeing the cases rising during wintertime, I mean, it's not going

away anytime. So Lamar Jackson got twice. Yeah, Lamar Jackson got twice. Case in pointing and you're what you're saying here is something to take very seriously. Okay, you're talking about wintertime cases going up. When's the super Bowl? When the blast January February? So this is this is an issue.

And so we talked about yesterday when you're out and I said, I'm the next question I'd love to ask Jerry Jones if you had the conversation with Amari Cooper or any other player on your team that's not vaccinated about Reek considering their stands. That's a tough one. That's a tough one right there, because that's that's a slippy. If I owned the football team and you weren't vaccinated, Barry, and you you missed a game, I go ask it

the same thing, Danny, Hey, have you reconsidered it? Because as Jerry talked about, I want to five through the fan. The league made it punitive. They're trying to make it hard. everybody expects that. They look around at each other. They understand everybody's rights. They do, we do. Everybody understands our rights and our options as it pertained to those rights. But can you if you forget that it's a wee thing and how important your part is. Obviously, these guys are rewarded. They're rewarded financially. Now, Mark Cooper is outstanding, folks. He's one of the highest character guys that you will ever be around in any area. And he's outstanding in mind,

in his introspect and how he does things. When it was at the Raiders for a year or two, he set up a library for the players to read during their break, would say him. So my point is he's an outstanding and we're not in any way nobody's saying that he is an outstanding. But this is a classic case of hack can impact a team when people are at the end of the day, this is not individual, it is team. You cannot win anything individually. It's really clear he's he's upset. No, he's not happy. Now he's

not happy. And it's two games because of the short, short weekend. And now you got lamb who you guys have played you two played the game your safeties for the Dallas Cowboys. It's concussion. Man. I can't see him getting because because like you just said, he has to

get passed by an independent doctor. Right, So if that independent doctor passes him and something happens to him in the game, isn't on that specific doctor that he said it's okay for that got to go in or is it just you know, I think the severity of what happened, because did he get the concussion when he I think the severity of is must be lighting the fact that he was at practice on Monday, because usually they try to keep you out of out of the lights because

it kind of affects you. So if he's not having any of those residual effects of the concussion, then I'm assuming, uh, you know, with how stranger they've been on concussions, that that he must be okay to move forward. We'll see. I think it's pretty quick. Um. But I also I don't know if he would just pulled out of the game for precautionary reasons or if he couldn't recite ABC you know in one, two three was helping him off the field almost time. Man, let's let's trainer, Yeah, let's

hit a break here. Um, we'll see how this this situation transpires, but but let's let's keep an eye out on it here. Cowboys have had issues in their last two Thanksgiving Day games. we have horrible losses. So I can understand why Tennessee would be ahead of us at this At this point in time, like I said, they ran into like Tyrod Taylor and them, we were surprised at how will they were playing before he got hurt. And then at the beginning of the season Brandon cooks us out there going crazy. Tyrod Taylor was playing well at quarterback as he always

does when he steps in in that role. And they ran into Tennessee, and Tennessee thought it was gonna be a Kate walk for the Bronco like any given something to look at them okay ride, yeah, oh yeah, justice for Ahmad Abrey today the plays Amard Aubrey and praying flood his family because that's a tough situation. But there was a guilty verdict today, So shout out to that. Yeah, without a doubt. I thought many said something was pretty

pretty interest. He said, it's accountability but not justice because this man's life will never be restored, or just so many things that have happened in this that is there really justice when when this happens and you say guilty verdict and I have gotten to the point where, Danny, I don't celebrate guilty verdicts. I look at what's the sentence in because we've seen a whole lot of folks

get like sentences. Gotta start somewhere, though, because we've seen a lot of not guilty verdicts, So you gotta you gotta start somewhere. I'm gonna celebrate this that one piece until we get to the next one and then if I got to be upset about it, I will. But as of today they were found guilty of all charges. Right, yes, yes, I mean really how I mean that how the self defense work, even even the cameraman. But I think they

were talking about it. In the state of Georgia. Everybody that is involved, if you was driving, if you was riding, if you was recording, you are an accomplice as well, so you will be charged as the other ones will. And all three of them got all the same charges. The saddest part for me is I used to live out there in that city and Brunswick. Brunswick is part of the whole Savannah, Georgia region over there at Brunswick.

So he've been in Brunswick, you know, many a time, and that that you see something like that and just shake it. It was just about two years ago I went back there. I had to. I was doing something for Pembroke Peach Bell comm Okay, and I had my dad, my mom. Dad met me and my dad was stationed at Hunt Army Airfield in Savannah, Georgia, and I wanted him to take me back on. I can't go on on a military base. Um, I have to have him because he still has a military idea, so I have

to go with him. So went down there, just drove around, you know, the city in the area, just wanted to reminisce having grown up down there for for four years. And when I saw that, it just it just hit me, like you know, you you lived in an area, you lived in this area, could be you. You know, somebody decides one day that they just think you're suspect or something that that that part of it just hit you,

like you know that could. First of all, people don't realize they can say whatever they want to as as a black man. When when when I saw that happen, even though I knew I was staying in Frisco, Texas and I it was COVID, I was jogging around at the town and it was still on the back of your mind, like you like, all of a sudden, this became something that could possibly happen to you. So I'm like run, I'm jogging like man, I don't I don't know what. So it can affect you, It can affect you.

So that that's rough. Cowboys have lost their last two Thanksgiving their games. You guys have played in Thanksgiving? How do you make sure you get this game because you've got the advantage because you're at home. Yeah, you don't have to travel. Your crowd is going to be behind you. This is an event game for the Cowboys. Fans are coming out there. I got five, bought five tickets. I'm going out here taking the family to the game. So

I mean this is an event. How do you make sure this is not a loss and in fact, not back to back losses if you're the Cowboys. First of all, you got to come in here with the right mindset, all right, because you know, I think it's two weeks when we played Denver, we slept walking here. Yeah, okay, we came out last week and it ain't no sleepwalking. We got out played. So you need to come in here with the mindset of taking this upon it seriously and knowing that this is a game that you need

to win. Playing as a complete team offensive coordinator, knowing your game plan, knowing what you have and don't have one offense, with your offensive line in your and your receivers, lean on the run game and let everything else will work off of that defense. Come out here and play like you've been playing. Continue to get better, but keep

bringing the heat, Michael Parsons, do what you do. Dbans, try to go out there and get some get some takeaways, don't press, but make sure that you go out there and play the game that you know you can play, and you'll be okay. It's simple, it's simple to win it. Feed Zeke and feed Tony Pollard. I mean, that's what we got to do. Like you just said, we're out Amari Cooper. We may be without Lamb. I know gallups the hell of a player, but I don't think he

could do it by seven. And you guys said Wilson nor Brown and those people, but we have got to lean on this running game. We know when Black I said earlier, when this offense is at his best, were extremely balanced. So Kellen Moore, I mean, we know he's been in this bag lately, but these past two games has been a little shaky. Feed Zeke, keep it going, let this defense rest a little bit, and then they

come back and they can do what they do. But then quinning this defense on that side of the ball, they got to continue to find ways to make get pressure back there. I mean, he's done an amazing job of doing it without his two top dogs Lawrence and Gregory out there, but he has to make sure we continue to get after the quarterbacks. That's making the secondaries job a lot easier and that's how we're getting these takeaways.

So if we can do that, and if Kellen Moore can go ahead and just feed Zeke, I think we should go ahead and wipe up, wipe the Raiders out, because I mean, if we're full healthy, our talent a loan should be able to overmatch the Raiders out there. This team is in free fall right now. This team is in outer freefall with all the stuff that's going on over there. They're an utter free fall. So feed Zeke, get this game knocked out quickly. What scares me about

this killing Moore situation is the game plans. This is something that I got from Rick Goslin which I found pretty interesting about Dak Prescott, and he writes, Dak Prescott has played eighty one NFL career games. He has not committed a turnover in thirty six of his starts, and the Cowboys have won twenty nine of them. Prescott has committed at least one turnover in another four five starts, and the Cowboys have a twenty one and twenty four record in him.

Prescott just suffered his fourth three turnover a game of his career and last Weekend's lost to the Chiefs. So pretty easy, Yeah, don't turn a ball over. Turn the ball over. I mean it's pretty on point with Dak Prescott and the turnover still the

most important. How this team looks. And receiver wise, now, yeah, it's too tough right now when you're just kind of looking at what you're seeing right here. We know Zack Martin to be there, Zaly Smith. Smith would be that he can stay healthy.

But he's not healthy. It's just a thing. But as long as he's healthy, he plays with Dach will be in there, Parsons, Dicks, maybe Randy Gregory if he comes back balling that keep dropping these games.
