I had another. Then they got some great restaurants out there. I know, I knew. He was kind of peeky about this stuff. RPM Steakhouse Amazing, RPM Italian Amazing, RPM Italian. Yep, that's in the city. Yeah, in the city. Steak Steakhouse first. But if you can't get in the steakhouse, RPM Italians

amazing as well. They both owned by RPM. Oh okay, so the Steakhouse and the Italian. Yes, I had that Danny with Craig Budget. No, I mean you'd be okay, but take care of you man. You know they got the side of the menu that you can hold off of it you want to save a little bit. Then they also have another side of me and us. You're feeling lucky, you're feeling good. Just now, see when I go up there, I've got to hit my Deep Dish place in Chicago. So that's a fact. I got my spots,

a fact I got my spots. So maybe I could do the Deep Dish pizza for lunch on Thursday before I head out to the game, and then maybe hit your your your place up Brad Sham gave me another place over there, two called Joe's Um. It's coming, it's coming eventually. Okay, have some technical issues, we'll get you. We'll get you the sound bite there. That's that's fine. That's part a lot. It's part of doing things a lot. Um overall. Okay, okay, here here's

Dak Prescott. But when it's times like this, um, it's more to lead by example. Talks cheap, right, We've we've talked a lot, and we've talked a bunch and gotten ourselves right to where we are. So in a moment like this, I say, hell with the talking, and I'm

gonna do more. I'm gonna work harder. And if you're if you're a young guy looking for somebody to figure it out and how to do it, yeah, look at me and some of these other guys, because that's exactly what we're doing, is putting our head down, focusing and double them down on ourselves. So that was Jory Epstein's question to Dak Prescott talking about Okay, so you said it starts with you. It talk is cheap and and guys need to look to you. And so that was

where where he went. So look, we all agree here there three of us. This team is six and six, but the talent should be better than this, no doubt. They've talked about, Hey, we gotta fix execution, we gotta clean things up. Time is running out, it's December. They've got four games to try and get it done here. From what you heard from Dak, What do you take from that? Yeah, he's correct, right, because talk is cheap,

especially when you're losing. When you win and you could talk a little bit and everybody kind of listening to you because you're kind of riding high. But usually what happens on a losing team is you It was a few games and everybody's you know, they get a little down again. They call this players meeting, players only meeting, and everybody comes in there and they express their issues and they go out there and you expect that to be a catalyst for you to win the next game.

Then you go out there and you lose, and then you have another talk. Right now, they probably don't like the third or fourth talk. So he's like, look, we didn't talk to as much as we can. The only thing we can go out here to do is win and show that we are about action. Yeah you right, man, he's basically saying that. You know, when they were talking all this stuff, and it's basically they were digging a

hole for themselves. I mean they were talking like every're going to battle, We're gonna battle back, and it just kept getting deeper and deeper. And they're saying, look, man, we talked and got ourselves in this deep hole. Not only way to get about it is to play good and executing. I mean we've said it over and over again. That's what they need to do. That's what they need to do. But I mean it's it's a lot easier

said than done. And they got they got a tough task in Chicago coming in here or we're going up there. But either way, I mean, they got to figure out a way to get it together as a team. But like, but you said that, you hit the nail right on the coffin. I mean, they gotta get to find a way to ge out of this. Boy not talking about playing.

I was there after the thing, giving the game when you could hear screaming from the locker room, and Michael Bennett was one of those players who's who wanted to voice his opinion and displeasure about what happened, and other guys that spoke as well, and Dak Dak said it was all everything was all in the right new It wasn't a finger pointing. It was just hey, look guys, we have and Bennett being a guy who's been on a Super Bowl team, here's an opportunity, and we're blowing

the opportunity. You guys are too young. But legendary trainer Angelo Dundee was on Sugaray Leonard one time and he looks at me said, you're blowing it. Kids, You're blowing it. Then Sugaray Leonard and winning the championship fight. But that's what I kind of took from from Bennet, was like, hey, look, guys, you're blowing it. You have an opportunity, and this team is better than six and six. So now you've got at Chicago home against the Rams at Philadelphia, and you

end the season against Washington. Back to the Bennett they real quick, back to the bed. You think that was the right guy to put the message out there like that. I mean, you've been here for three days. Yeah, I guess when you're feeling Are you feeling it right? Yea? If it's true, if the hot boys hype you up, you know what I'm saying to make you feel feel like you're part of the team when you get here. You the veteran guy, super Bowl all that stuff. You the guy. So let me let me ride with what

you've been saying. There is that an indictment on the people who are here who already getting paid that outside guys. A dude who's walking in because I watched, I was there watching the guys come in and bitt it didn't have a look of anger. It was just he was kind of walk in, just kind of They had a little kind of and then vexing, you know, man, you hurt no so so? Is that you're saying? Is that

the right guy of the so so? There's a there's a profession, right and there they have these people that call consultants, right, this one a company hires an outside company to come in and find out what's wrong in their company. Right, Betty just got here and he was the outside guy. He came from an organization that was a winning organization and he stepped into a team that is where we are now. And he's able to see stuff differently, right, So he's able to point it out

more than you are. Righty. You if I see if me and you hang out every day and you losing weight, I might not even know it because I see you every day. But if I leave for six months I come back, you know I knew it lost about ten fifteen pounds. Ain't seen him in a long time, you'll be able to tell. Right, It's just everybody here is for so familiar with what's going on and familiar with each other, they probably not able to see what the real issues are. He was able to come in a

good point. It is an outside guy coming in basically diagnosing what's going on in the lock from this is what it is. But I mean, I don't know. I mean, my guy was he out there dominating that much to be able to come in here and say, y'all, yeah, that's what he said. It was a finger point, he said. He said, it's us like maybe we just stuck in the O ways and and the most dangerous think about that, it's not being able to change. He knows good ways.

He knows he learned it quickly. And when you look at him so so having played for the Page's and played for Seattle, he those was in the Cowboys are specialized in beating themselves. The cowboys they chatter Bob and then shooting themselves in the foot on the regular. And I think here's a guy as you talked about dissecting and saying, fellas, we gotta stop doing this. I mean, you and I were We're all watching Thanksgiving their game.

Cowboys getting the ball, go right down the field, score seven defense steps on the field, boom they put him out. I'm thinking, okay, right, they came to play, they're here to go, and yes, and next thing you know, it's twenty six unanswered. And I'm not trying to disrespect the Bills at all. This is a good football team. They are good for and they made the adjustments to get it done. But when you start looking at the talent basis, you can't tell me Buffalo has more talent than the Cowboys.

That you know. It's all about your talent playing and playing well. But that's the thing I took for the Thanksgiving to the game when I heard him yelling saying, man, fellas, we are better than this. And then you take that whole New England game too, where this is two games where the Cowboys can look at themselves in the mirror and say, no, we didn't we didn't perform too, we

were not the best version. I can only assume that he's speaking more from a defensive perspective and him as a defensive linement, just like we talked about maybe in our first or second episode, Gap Control and gap assignments, right, right, So if you're able, if he's if he knows the gaps and he knows who's supposed to be in what gap, and then you going there two or three weeks on film and it could possibly be the same guy out of the gap, or or somebody's or the d line

just keeps making those same mistakes and he's seeing it shoot shooting ourself in the foot. Right, We were explained that in a gap defense like that, a four three one person can cause you a twenty or thirty yard game. Right the running back shoots up that gap, nobody's in it, and then you got a twenty thirty yard game. If

he's consistently seeing this, that's is losing. That's a losing weight, right, that's and that's not talent, that's you not being uh mentally mentally there, right, you your assignment is just being lost. But if he's being able to see that, is this team underachieving or is this or is this just an average team? Because because when we got here, we listen honestly, because when we got here, we said, man, we got one of the most talented rosters when we first got here.

And it's amazing, right, it's a secret team. And they say that's when they started saying, hey, man, do a bunch of talented players equal a great team or is it just a bunch of talented players? Right now we leaning more toward a bunch of talented players with everything in front of them still, but we have a chance to become a great team. To quote the owner, he said after New England, for the talent he's put together, he should not be this frustrated, and he's frustrated. Jerry

was in tears. I was there. Yeah, I've only seen that one time. This man is up here. Yeah, man, listen, football football, quick man, take that out. That's the game, and that goes for anybody. Looky, it's been a lot of crying in places like Jacksonville, San Francisco and all those places that that had that downturn. There's been a lot of crying there too. Hopefully those tears showed the passion and all the stuff that the players need to see for us to turn this thing around and string

together for weeks now we'll see. By the way, when you talk about the consultants, reminds me of the Dom Cheetle Show. How Sup Live? I love it. You watched watching that, Marty. I'm okay, you gonna get one of these. I ended up beinge watching. I've bench

watched The Crown. I've been watching The Good Yeah. Yeah, I watched a bunch of the Crown. Yeah, it's about the royal family. So no, I've been watched that. So I've got that. I've got uh bike Roum the Yogi Guru Predator. So I've got that one because I saw that the bike Roum Yoga. Yeah you ever heard of Okay, well it's the guy, the guy who who dreaded who created it, and HBO Real Sports did a story on him, and you have people talking my man changed my life.

He's just great, yogi. And then you had some other women saying, you know what, uh, you know, violated me. And so you've got this story of a guy who's you know, rich and all everything all scandalous. So now they got this, Uh, I think this is about two hours. It's great. You gotta get the tonj here's okay. So this thing on bick room or bike room, how you said it's it's it's a buck twenty five. The Sopranos is a bunch of seasons. Yeah, but one episode it's

fifteen minutes. It get your vested. So you go watch almost two episodes in that time town two and a half hour, and they don't even clude they don't even include you sitting on the plane at the beginning with if it's download, you don't even the Wi Fi ahead cab ride they can getting us some more time, and you probably don't talk into cab. I don't know it's going on to the city, getting that TV thing. You're mixing me. You don't let it get you sweating like

church right here. No, No, I'm not I'm not that ain't talking to I got you, No, not at all? Okay, so let me ask this question, how do you rate the Soprano and those versus The Wire? M listen, is it right? There? Is it above? It? For me? Above? I rewatched Sopranos way more re watched The Wire. I think twice. I rewatched the Sopranos no exaggeration, not episode by episode, but just spot episodes eleven twelve times. No

kids close, but it's like two three. It's different because the Wire switches between so many different people and there's so many different times. Sopranos is like you're learning the family, right, so you consistently get to see these people grow and go through all the stuff, and then you think it's mob and then you allway sudden start feeling sorry for the bad guy, like put you is great. Never I never felt bad for Marlowe. I mean you know, I never never felt bad for him. I never felt bad

for a String. I never felt bad for them. And when Tony and all of all those guys, it's bastim happening though, just because I felt like I knew the family and I've seen where they came from all a stuf, I'm like, oh man, we gotta check it out. Movie just had a Sopranos convention in Jersey. Yeah, so they just they just had one of those. They look at it. I tried it, so you sampled it back in Blockbuster.

He don't even remember that. The black I don't remember back when I was getting because that was something the winter back in the old Blockbuster was Blockbuster TV series because maybe get episode one through. Let me get up season four, give me to get poured the box set, right, sir, you can only get four tapes. I can do, like, what didn't you watch about four? So yeah, that's why I did Blockbuster. And then so I picked up Sopranos and and tried. I was like, this thing's kind of moving.

He's sitting on some couch talking his lady. And I was like, ah, so okay, that's aner part of Yeah, he got third you know, Okay, Okay, good show. No want me to explain it to y'all. Everything. The Wire's my ball. So when you used to tell me he's better than the Wire, I think I watch and rewatch ability and like being able to understand the show and all this stuff I think is better than the Wire. And that is not saying anything bad about the Wire

is really saying that the Sopranos. To me, it's great. It's the Wire top five, do you oh, yes, yes, But he hadn't watch many shows, you know, I don't think wires it to me, the wires. I think Honorage is better than the Wire. No, I don't think it was better. That's that's it. It's good. It's watchability. You could put it. If we did it college football playoff, they would be in the top four, the top fold. We could put it in. But the wires there, the

wires there had team had team power. No, No, I did, I actually I did. I saw the first I saw the first episode for about thirty five minutes until my kid came in, So I did. I did turn it off right kill somebody outside? It was changing comes in watching Z sit down and get all comfortable. Hey, what are you watching? Yeah, here's here's here's Elmo. Right, so, and I haven't been back to it since. Okay, so we'll check it out. We'll check it out, all right.

whole thing over with his set of people. Tepper was a former minority owner with the Pittsburgh Steelers. So I think you got to. I mean, I think you know that this team is a veteran team. I don't see them as being like a real young team. So I think all that the old GM's picks are all they're still entrenched in that team. I feel like, if you get rid of him and the head coach and just start fresh, kind of get all the veteran type players that are there and just start fresh, start over with

your own team. I think that's what you gotta do once you get rid of the head coach. But you know that's just my opinion on it. Yeah, I think they should describe it and start over and figure out a new offense, new defense, because the defense went from being great to not being so good all of a sudden. Your offense is based around Cam and then now you got to figure out a way to get a base

around McCaffrey. So everything, Yes, it's Camera free agent next year. Now, CAMRA's under contract nineteen million dollars nineteen So they got him. So they got him out of bargain relatively for franchise quarter I say, give him a Moore year. Yeah, I say, but you if you're not gonna pay him, you're gonna drap somebody. And then, yeah, that's true. That's a that's a tough nineteen that's a tough man. And then you could trade him off for something song. So how are you? So,

how are your coach? Now? Figure out if your coach wants Cam, is your your GM and your coach wants Cam as their quarterback next year, and then you go from there. Because as much as they talk about the talent on this team, they're talking about the offense

and he is the offensive coordinator. If this man can get Nick Saban on the phone and tell Nick whatever it is he think he needs to to get Nick, I'm just saying, if there's anybody who could get that man out of Alabama, it is Jerry Jones. But I don't think it's just Alabama. I think it's college in the NFL. I think it's men and in college kids. I think that's that's the thing for him. So it will be a lot more difficult to get him away from those college kids to
