The following is a production of Dallas Cowboys dot Com and the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Cowboys. This is the player's Loud broadcasting live from Dallas Cowboys World headquarters at the Star. Now your hosts Barry Church, Danny mccraig, Heck Ma Harrison, and new he Scrugs plays und off season edition. Let's right, man, Danny mccraig, Heck Ma Harrison, Barry Church, Scrugs and folks riding right on out of town. It's ride right out of town. Lots to get to today.
So I mean, let's just start with the news. Yesterday did they drop in the middle of the Eagles game? Kind of cover it up? These last moon Danny McCray has been asking for are slowly coming to pass. I know, I know y'all listening. Kellen Moore is no longer the offensive coordinator, one year left on his deal. He's gone. And I was at that press conference with everyone else and was asking We asked about Kellen Moore, he was noncommittally and tried to ask about Brian Schottenheimer, ducking and
dodging around that. So they're gonna be a new quarterbacks coaches Duck nus Meyer is gone, gonna be a new offensive coordinator because Kellen Moore is now gone, and we'll presume that Mike McCarthy will call plays that David Moore, the downs Care News has put out there. It's not been confirmed yet. So, Danny mccraig, the things you've been talking about boom happening. Yeah, it's not even so much of Kellen Moore being gone. It was more of putting
the play calling responsibilities in Mike McCarthy's hands. Okay, when he first got here, when he interviewed for the job, the whole thing was bitter in the laub, pitt in the laud. I've been studying the game and I know all the ins and outs, and I got this new stuff that's gonna work because I've been in the lab. You know who was not in the lab with him? Kill him Moore. So they're not even studying the same thing.
So what we've been looking for based off what he said in an interview, we haven't gotten a chance to see. But now now the likelihood of Big Mike being the play caller is very high, and I'm excited. I'm excited about it, man, because I want I want to see. I want to see. Like we sit here and we say, hey, man, we're gonna give Mike all the negative when stuff goes
bad because it starts with him. Right. If someone goes bad on defense and they make a bad play whatever, it's dan QUIVI really is penalties and all that stuff is on Mike McCartney, play caller. Oh, man killer, Moore tripping man. We don't know, we don't know, man killer. No, no, no, not Now we get to see if if the offense is successful. We put it on Big Mike because that's what he said he came here to do. And if it's negative, you ain't high. But it ain't the more hot.
It's just you, bro, It's just you. And I'm excited to see it because I actually think he's gonna be successful. Players by Tostitos, by the way, heck mon, good morning, good morning. Nois Keller Moore going. It's been a long weekend. Man. You know, I'm just I'm gonna stamp out of it. Man Jazz, bring some of that monkey what's that monkey butt? That monkey butt? Paced about chafe right now. They tried to help you out. They dropped the news in the middle of the game. Keep my mind out of that
sucks though no defans butts about it. But I like what you said because Mike McCarthy is one of those coaches in the NFL that never gets He never gets any of the praise, but get gets all the criticism. And his offense uh associated with Kelly Moore. They almost separate him from that, which is kind of which is
crazy because he's an offensive coach. And we talked about it last weekend, and I think I made the statement that he came with the house, you know, so when he came with the house, he had to Mike McCarthy had to deal with all of his shortcomings. And but for me, I think I took I take another perspective for this. For Mike McCarthy, I think it puts him
firmly on the hot seat he's already been on. But I think it makes it intensifies the heat because now if this offense isn't clicking you, nus minds out the door, Moore's out the door, and now it's all firmly placed on you. And if this offense isn't even aesthetic or the numbers aren't there, I think all of this is going to come back to him in the offense that
he's been trying to run for the last three years. Look, he's been in a situation with this offense where the numbers have been there, but just the visual aesthetics hadn't been there, and people are not pleased. I think the one thing you can look at this whole Cowboys season has been the fact that the offense has been in up at times. Period. Okay, I hear you on that point, but I'll push back and say, then they need to upgrade the town. Okay, you know you can't just tell Okay, hey, Mike,
here's hoping Jalen Tober gets better do something. I mean, get a guy's weapons. I mean, whoever, whoever's here, whoever is going to be the play caller, Mike McCarthy, wherever, Oh create your talent. Man, you've already had those instances where you had the talent, you had him Mark Cooper on this roster, and you still got the same result. I'm saying right either way, all I'm saying is right now,
putting it in Mike McCarthy's hands. I think if he's gonna go out on his shield, that's the he wouldn't want to go out any other way. I know I wouldn't swinging right. Yeah, if if the show's gonna be, if it's if, I'm gonna reap all the blame for it, at least let it be me and coming in. Like you just said, Mike McCarthy. Before he was hired, he was a guy that we all respected as an offensive
play caller. He had that laminated sheet talking to him, you know what I mean, That's that's how we know him. He hadn't been that here. He's been more of a coaching the coaches has been his role, and we haven't gotten that from him. And so it's gonna be interesting to see how if and we haven't had that confirmed yet, if he is going to be the play caller, what his offense is going to be, like, I don't understand it, to be honest with you, got I don't get it,
you know, look to me, Kellen Moore. Yeah, there's instancester out the year where it's like, man, I don't know about that call, I don't know about this call. But this man has consistently had a top ten offense out there. So you can't sit there and tell me you lose quarterback one QB one, you lose Dak Prescott for the first five games, the man goes four and one. He Taylor made the offense to fit Cooper Rush and they had success. Am I wrong with that? The defense balled out?
He was able to do that. He was able to go out there and have a top ten Russian unit passing attack with the weapons that he had. He still had, you know, numbers out there for Dak Prescott in this offense. So to me, I don't understand it. You know, I feel like they're putting a lot on Kellen Moore and not putting an emphasis on what really happened on the football field. Like we all understand why this offense was where it was at in the playoffs and towards the
end of the year. We all understand that. And it's not the coordinator going out. I know where you're going with this BC. You putting it on If I wrong, who you putting it on you? But but with that, but with that being said, though, so what do you do though? So you're not get rid of the quarterback? Right so? So so the connection between the office of coordinator, the quarterback coach and your quarterback, who's gonna be here
is obviously not working. There is you already said leader of men who can go to dak and say, hey man, ay you f and up, bro, it's killing Moore that guy do you see him being the guy to say that it's time for you to come sit down. Brow. We need to figure out we need to we need to figure out why you're doing seventeen. We need to figure out who that guy is to say, hey bro, this this ain't this is not working right for you.
And I will say this my my my brother from LSU, mister Ryan Clark had a crazy stat that I saw it on Friday and I was gonna put it in the group and then I watched this one. I see it again. Two hundred and twenty nine points by the defense twenty over twenty percent of the Cowboys points points in the last two years have been because of the defense.
So he's point that, hey man, we got we got this offense and scoring all these points two hundred and twenty nine of them, which is the highest in the league over the last two years, or because of the defense. So when you looking at it, hey man, this our offense is the best in the league and its top ten and all that putting you in scoring position and giving you short fields or having a scoring defense is a big reason for why you say, man, we're scoring
all these points. And it takes me back to the twenty six point quarter for Indianapolis and we put out a fifty burg on Indy. Come on, dog. We all watched that game. And then a year from now you're gonna say we put a fifty on Dye. But we remember what it was like watching and being like, man, why we almost about to lose to these guys, And then your defense start making plays, giving you short fields and then you're putting up twenty six in the quarters, like, oh,
the offense is rolling. No, it ain't not like not like not like you imagine it to be, like the Eagles or Kansas City when they have their offenses, Like, hey man, these dudes are scoring on every drive. That's not what you saw from us. But we still somehow ended up with a top ten defense even with putting up the performance against Washington. You put up the performance against Tennessee and you still had a top ten defense.
We like, I mean, offense, I'm like, that ain't that's not The eye test doesn't tell me that that's the type of offense where you say the offensive coordinators hitting on all cylinders and they roll them. Church. Here's where I'll push back on what you said. You don't understand it, and what gets you here may not get you there. And I'll just give you a couple of examples of where I saw some things and at the time I said,
I didn't really agree with it. Dwayne Casey when Coach of the Year for the Toronto Raptors, beside you, Jerry says, you know what, thank you, We're gonna move on. Puts in Nick Nurse, they gonna win a championship. Duck Collins. I've been big Jordan fans since it came to league, but I thought those were some good Bulls teams, but they just kept getting beat by the Piston like their
better team. Boom. Puts in Phil Jackson, Tony Dungee, all the great years he had with the Buccaneers, and I'm like, man, you know you're gonna replace this guy with John Gruten. They won a Super Bowl with Gruten. My boy, Gary Patterson TC man, I was my god. It replaced him last year or Sunday Dikes, He'll played their first assole championship games in nineteen thirty eight, Andy Reid in Philadelphia. That great run took him to a super Bowl. They
set you up, We're gonna move on. They bringing Doug Peterson, they went a Super Bowl two years Peterson gets run off. I'm like, wow, are you right off? A super Bowl coach? They bringing Nick Sirianni and here they are, And then I look at Riccarlo. Riccarlo was a very good coach in Detroit. They let them go to bringing Larry Brown. So sometimes, and I say this that yeah, you can be good and very good, but sometimes you need to
go find something to get you someth better. And with Dak Prescott, and I thought John ma Sholder said a good last night on the Channel five on My show when he said he hadn't seen Dak Prescott in the last three games. With Dak Prescott, you know, you hadn't seen him at this low level of his career, and that maybe you need to go ahead and say, guys, we've run this thing as far as we can run it. We need to do something different. And I keep going back to what Danny said was a Mike got here.
This guy's secrets also was supposed to be out calling plays with a super Bowl. We haven't seen it. When Jerry had Wade Phillips here. No, if you guys remember had Brian Stewart the first year calling defenses. Then Jerry's like, hey, I brought you in here, Wade to do what you do and they ran off Bryan Stewart. They had Wade calling Blaze call the defense. So if you and I'll end it with this. Remember Bill Parcel said, if I'm gonna get fired with the John, but get fired by
way changing around. And that's kind of advice he gives other coaches. Hey man, they go, they go, they're gonna fire you some boy, Okay, make sure you get fired your away not there and I get it, you know, a different voice, maybe shaking things up a little bit. You may get more out of this person. But are we sure you know McCarthy's that guy to be able to get the most out on because if we look back at it, his last two years in Green Bay, he was calling those plays seven and nine, four, seven
and one before getting fired. Been in the lab. But that was you know, two to three years ago he was in the lab. Now we're coming out here. You think it's just gonna knock it off. Hey, I got this. Why blow up a good thing? Why blow up a good thing? A good thing got you fourteen points in two playoff games. But what his job is a make sure the offense is productive? Right, it was productive, but
the players on the field were executing. Also, go out to what he said, Hey man, you had to take this dude that came with the house the same way way it had to take Jason Garrett, Like, if you want to want the job, gotta take him. Okay, And I really kind of side with what Barry saying because even your comp that you're giving is based off of replacing the guy at the helm, not the position coach.
So if it comes down to just the voices that you're hearing the guys, that's, you know, coaching these guys up, then okay, let's let's let's go with that. That's a move that should have been made a long time ago, or at least Mike should have made it clear that, look,
this guy needs to be coached up. At some point after the seventeenth interception, we got to come to an agreement that this is getting us beat, that is getting us killed and potentially going to get a lot of people fired, so they knew that was coming down the pipeline before the divisional game. Well, they're clearly hitting a recent quite gone. They're remodeling, remodel do on hanging out and I don't know why it is a wide receiver coach. Yeah, look,
I just trying to figure out on the offense. What do you think they was telling day throughout this year while he was they also are receivers? Nah man, listen back through seventeen interceptions. Bro you says there's a time when somebody, the head coach or whoever, say, hey, man, killing, I believe it. Hey man, go go talk to the guy. You guys get on the same page so we can figure out how you guys are gonna get this fix. And then the next week, pick six, they like killing. Hey,
we need you to talk to this guy. Ask him what hype of plays need to be called for him to be successful. What is it he's not seeing, Like, are you guys on the same pace seeing the same thing for when we're making these checks or what reads he's supposed to be making? Is he is he buying to it in the film room when he say, oh man, you're right. I saw it the same way you saw it, and I actually made a mistake or you just come back the next week. He's like, I don't think the
voice that killing is. We keep sending the guy in there to get the job done, and the job ain't getting done. Seventeen of them, bro, and the last game was just hey man, we was ready, We was ready. You just think they're clicking on all seling, especially coming off the game before against Tampling and they're like, Okay, I think Kelln got to him. So I think he got to him singing got to him. No, because I kelling he's the only guy that you're sending in there
besides Mike McCarthy at that time. So yeah, I don't know. I don't I don't dislike the guys a matter of face. He might be with your guy now, so you have you have all this right here. I think they're making a bad decision. You're gonna find out sooner. My brother and another Los Angeles and yeah, all right, we're talking about it. We don't talk about it. He's gonna change he CD's plays though throughout the year where Cats is
running wide open. Yeah, we did. Even in the playoff game, Michael Gallup wide open on the post CD lamb wild or not see why Hilton wide open on one of the seams. And it came down to decision making. Yeah, is it? Is it the officer court? I mean, is he gonna go on the field say all right, I need you to pass it to this guy right here. I need you to pass it. Think that guy right here,
he's not playing. Man, he doesn't have the controller. He can't you know, tell the quarterback we're to throw the football. But at the end of the day, you guys, all right, you know, when they put an investment in that quarterback, they ain't gonna be the quarterback. That's gonna it's gonna be the coach. So now that's and that's man, I'm telling you I and we're talking about um Kelly possibly
going to uh the charges if he does that. And with the quarterback that they have that can make all of those throws and they're the number one all they just go answer all those questions, all of that and what are they doing the postseason and so forth. But I just look even that last game, if you look at the way that it was the objective that they came in with the game plan all of the they had some players that were open. Dak just didn't make
the right decisions. You take those three or four players back. Just like you can see in this the NFC or the AFC game, It all comes down to just decisions like those final moments. A penalty here that could be that could make the whole game. We went through seat this season where we saw throw after throw after throw that was made. We go, oh, that cost us a game. You could go back to the Jacksonville game, any game that multiple interceptions were thrown in. That's your ball game
right there. Because you cannot do that, especially in the playoffs. Look, we can't. San Francisco will beat us a hundred times out of a hundred if Dak plays like what do you do with your quarterback? If he's turning the ball over like that, What type of throws do you give him? What type of players are you calling for him to get? Come from you? Hear it all the time, Hey man, get him out of the pocket, get get him a sprint out. Okay, straight to the like he let let
let him get some, let him get some. Huh he on the high sea too. No, No, I'm talking about the OC, like, what what do you do? Hey, man, let me get this guy some easy throng. We gotta figure out the way to get his confidence. The easiest shows the slant slat or sprint out, put off half the field relevels like whatever that is? Yes, dud do that man, like y'all already and I trust y'all with this. It's like, just be patient, He'll give you one. Oh you know he turned into that guy. Yeah, he turned
into that guy. And so how do you unturn a guy from being that guy? And I'm glad you said the AFC game because you know the NFC game? But all right, yeah, all right, yeah, because we know you watched it. We know you suffer your gear. What about my gear? You're talking about o cowboy gear. Let's start that man coming here. Yeah, I'm hurt. I've been hurt. I've been seriously though, I've been I've been upset for
about eight days. Matt, I'm pissed boycotting. Yeah, it's not about it, boy, it's the number one reason why you upset because look, one, the Eagles were going to the Super Bowl. I just just just keep it real that the sick name to me you know we played him twice. You know the team that legit we beat down uh here at the house and that was the quarterback. Look, we're not gonna go back to that. But I dont ask me what was wrong. I'm telling you what's wrong that. Hey,
let me finish. Okay, I'm beat them down. You beat down the eagle to be down there. So you saw yourself and see myself? Why why does this have to happenings and over again? Why does this continue to happen? Anyway? Somebody got to explain why does this key? We get a defense that's balling out and all of a sudden the office can't go. Then we'll fix the offense and the office and then I mean, come on, Dog Church and A J. Brown. We ran out there? Who who
like who? And the maybes who like who? Like? What? What you mean when you look like I'm serious? Though? When when you look at at the moons that are made in the in the team that they have out there, but you just but but you just clearly just stated like top ten in these numbers, you have the numbers everything that should be able to compete. You look at everybody else around the league. I'm not looking at my
offense and saying, oh, this offense can't be competitive. We can't compete with this team because oh we got CD lambing, we don't have nobody else. Come on, dog, we got TP, we got the se See you winding me up. See he know ain't gonna you know you he winded me up. And see how he sit me right now. No, I would not say that. We're just saying, we're just saying, look at the teams who were playing yesterday and what
they have on their roster compared to what you got. Okay, you got CD, and then you go to the Eagles and what they got a J and DeVante right, and they also got Mile Sanders and Jalen Herson, Dada Scholar got it my homes and LC all you need my point away? He just I'm not. I'm just did that this and that you're already talking about that. That they receiver corps top of the league, te Higgins, boy Chase, they drafted, they drafted guys, they brought him in. You
got your quarterback. Didn't look at us James Washington, Dennis Houston, Dennis Houston doing that Tober couldn't do that. Look at that what we're talking about, bro. It's not the same. It's not the same. The recipe is there, Hey man, this is what you need to do. Yeah, you need playmakers, and we didn't have any of those. Gentlemanager man got hurts, they got mahomes, all right, they got them guys that has been better. He has been better, so we've seen it.
So therefore I leave that he can be that player. I just think he needs some different because nobody ever said he was that the horrible player when Kitney was here, when he had a guy in his ear that he has some respect funds, like, hey man, I got listed. This guy, he has success and he knows what the hick he's talking about, right, So get a guy in his ear like that and see what happens. James Ingram's sing a song called just Once. I ain't y'all the
man they got beat up in the US. I did my best, but I guess my best wasn't good enough because here we are back where we were before. Seems nothing ever changes tied to being straight. You gotta sing that. I did my singing, like James, I did you know that was between you playing that? That's where you go. You can played him on RB and Tunes that one didn't get the old Teddy Pendergrass. Yes, nothing love Tko. I mean that's why Manko, So I gotta know tho.
So you keeping killing more? Would you have kept no? No, no, Church, you would have kept killing. Yeah, I'm a key man. I don't know. Okay, so three to one we know how to campy man. Look you who you would have got rid of? I say, running back? Oh you enjoy this? This? Let me go to once a week? Well, no, we go to once a week and Jane where church be like, yeah, okay, ain't running back Jacksonville ran it back with Blake Borders.
Yeah that was different. We all black. This what you're saying about I saying that is nowhere near as you said. The problem is the problem. The problem is the problem. Who in turn all the problem? Yeah? He got to stop. Who has the most turnovers? Yes, seventeen. I'm just saying, when we come back, can't Blake Borders though he killing Moore is leaving dan Quinny staying skip he how tall we'll dive into. We'll dive in more of the the moves that a half a year with d This is

Eight Pro Bowlers eight It's not a talent, eight eight Pro Bowlers and fourteen but we swell, we sit out there out Yeah, this is your office. Coordinate one touchdown, diet coke co offense, one touchdown, one touchdown? Really gonna put that on hey man, Bro, your offensive
coordinator got to be able to keet you some points up. Bro, Bro, what what mistaken? I see the same game? You were there. You were there, but we've already established the quarterback's not going anywhere. So there you go, Snacks and Mike McCarthy, as Danny's saying, you brought this guy in here. Let this guy do what he does. Let the guy do what attracted you to bring him here. It's time we've we've danced this thing long enough. It's time you got
dan Quinn back now. Okay, dan Quinn is your defensive coordinator, by the way. Heckma, full credit to you. Shanny wasn't going anywhere. You're all about it, so you know, good on you. And here's my theory, by the way, why dan Quinn is back. I want to y'all need some popcorn for this theory because it's better be good. It's real simple, Okay, Colts no quarterback Arizona quarterback. Got last
coach fired, He hurt Denver. You know that quarterback, Why why stack your job on three situations that you're like better for you to stay here and either become replaced the man, because we know the owner has been fond of replacing people. He pays as much as a head coach to or wait on a job where there's a little quarterback. This is a quarterback league. He recognizes it from his last job. So hey, that's that's my theory because I don't think any of those jobs with jobs.
If I if I'm saying this is my last right, I ain't right with Russell Wilson, I ain't right with Kyler Murray. And there's nothing up there with the Colts. And I think the owner wants to hide Jef Saturday anyway. Huh. You know what I'm gonna agree to disagree in that situation.
I think that dan Quinn from the beginning knew that this is the place that he wanted to be just because of his ability to bring in his guys on defense for the same reason that you're talking about that he wouldn't go to this other place because of the quarterbacks.
He's staying here because of his ability to build all of his pieces here on defense, So then why did he spend all summer long going over his plans to do the interviews he spoke about that, I did all this this summer, So you're not taking that time to come up with your playbook design stall you're not doing all that. If you just say I'm gonna stay right here, I mean that goes completely against everything that you were
just saying. Then if he's been doing these mock interviews all summer to finally get three positions and then he turns them down because they don't have the quarterback, I mean, there are only thirty two of these jobs out there and he can't get this one. So he's gonna be the DC. So there has to be something that's coming to him here. Are you sure? I'm not going on?
I'm going on. I'm just saying that what he has here his where he's first of all, what is getting paid, all right, and his ability to bring in house his own guys, all right? That to me, if he had that same and if you even if you had it in Denver, if you had an endy, you still still have some defenses with some meat on it. You got some quarterback league. No, I understand that. But what I'm what I'm saying is dan Quinn has the ability here
at doubts that's why he stayed. He stayed because he's like, look, I have a good opportunity here, and chances are, like you guys are are hinting to if anything does happen at the top, I feel like I'm the next guy. Possibly if the coach had Joe Burrow or Andrew Lucton, you guy gonna take that job. If the coach had Joe Burrow or any of those other guys, they wouldn't be looking for a head coach. But I'm just saying that if the charge job, if they fired the charging job, dude.
But without that, guys, I'm just saying, which is right, but they ain't trying to. But unless you're the man and that this is what I got told. The man wasn't leaving just to take a job without a quarterback because it's a quarterback league. So before I go do that, I can stay right here, keep doing what I'm doing. Or or you're a coach that recognizes that you're in the best place. You got one of the best players in the league and you feel like you're on the
cusp of something great. Why can't we can't be that? You can't say that now, shirt man. Look they did that on purpose to me, I know you didn't. Man. The man looked out there and he saw exactly what we saw out unless ride Okay, the same stuff. We came here, made fun of Klamer about about not studying. Then all of a sudden, he's now you got the ACL So you don't even know when he's gonna be available, if he's gonna be right, why why would you go there?
Why would you go there? If he's really waiting for the perfect opportunity, It ain't. It's not available right now. So if you got the option to say, hey, man, I'm still hot no matter what happened. So next year I'll probably be in an even better position and it may be an opening that comes available where there's a guy like with the charges. Well, hey, this dude just thinking it up, but he has a squad who we believe should be competing for at least their conference title. Yeah,
I'm gonna take that one. Um am, I happy to do this back? Oh yeah, what do you mean? I don't care why he's back I'm just glad he's back. I'm glad he's back because we know that the players respond to Dan Quinn. Now he's got to get an office of coordinator that the players response. When you hired Damiko Ryan's to the Denver job, make sure you keep him. No, no, I sure you keep him when he fixed it. When he fixed it, that's ride and he fixed that defense,
don't fire him after one year. I see somebody else Texas were interested in de Miko rise and the tweet was like, oh no, don't do that, don't do it. I was one of them. I don't do that. Look at the past performances. It's not Negroes don't last long. So it's just I wouldn't do it. The chocolate milk is going out. They pointed out the time to look after we got that, we got that bad batch. Man, I wouldn't be the next. I hate to see out the mean talk about. I called it in Quinn what

Like may Man, what you're going on for man, don't don't do it. Don't do it. I remember Hugh Jackson tried to hire somebody. I knew he's like that, Hugh. I ain't going over there Cleveland like, no, I want hit numb by Hugh Jackson and stuff. He pulled that video. You see the video, Bro, you gotta

Did I see the video? I said, Bro, you can't be talking. Oh this on old school people need to stay on social media like that. Bro. You know he

But three hundred people watching that day riding around State didn't clean my office, man, bro, Man, three hundred people, Bro, I said, Man, it got to be my fifty thousand. It caught fire because somebody reposted it, not because a whole bunch of people was watching it, and and they reposted it because They was like, man, this dude wild can not get fired because of Instagram flue. Man Kelly
sat down and then Dan call in. I'm like, man, man, head, bro, I don't want you to go out like this broadcast respect for every It's a safety bro. He got d yeah, Bro, yeah, he said, Man, just let it go, Bro, just last man, bron, this is we're doing. I got laughing at this. Then get him a Colorado. He's saying South Florida blue. And I get it though, but that's you know, like God, it's just a bad look. It's a bad little shout out to him. But you man, he wild Man had
the belt buckle and all that stuff. But what the rose whatever on the field. You better than this man. I'd rather see Nwy with the Brahma bulls on then I would he out there with that with that suggar. And he was and he was doing the old sway. He was like like he was acting. Bro, damn knew you just over the minio business and call the straight for the BrahMos. Man, you let me doing nothing and the BrahMos got your straight you know what? Bull driving.
I looked at him this morning the closet, the rock is gonna be around at Arlington coming up soon. So yeah, we're gonna break him out and google. Travis Kelson got you hype last night? Huhreak, it was good. Did nobody know who that mayor was saying? I hate when politicians try to stick their name in the sports game. Letting the stop just stop do that, stop stop holding that bulletin board material. Man, they show they didn't helped themselves either.
They ain't helping themselves either. Now, but you know, running around to about Burrow statement and then you see my man in the locker rooms man said, then just quarter back jacked up. Man, I ain't mad, but did you see he tried to He tried to. He tried to go on social media. So the lineback after you catch him calling out aside, he tried to back you guys just trying to post for likes stuff. And that's how
you gonna do. Like, no, bro, you know when you walk through you got you know, you know you are on you are on tape. So you're sitting up here badmouth of Joseph A side, it's gonna be out there. You don't be sitting up here mad at the media like somebody did you dirty. No, this is what you said. You want to sit up here and said and passionate. I'm just apologize. It wasn't a good It wasn't a good look for apologize you that that that young man
did not he didn't want to. It happened, but to sit up there and do it that way and then then be max you got called out. No broo broke his Yes. Michael Parsons called it trash on Twitter. Jay Rock Curse called it, you know, call it trash to cool. Uh what what Jamain Pratty said about about the side. Oh I thought you're talking about that because already no no, no,
no no, then almost counting pockets last week. I mean I listen one of one of our players watched a press conference, uh, and they was talking about how take a look at this, all these quarterbacks on the rookie deal and that lead a team enough money to go around now and you know, hey man, hey let's hit a break. World headquarters in Frisco. Visit the Star District your destination for excellent dining, premiere shopping, and exciting events. Visit the Star District dot com for more information. Thank you, heck Ma Harrison, Barry Church. We also got Danny mcraig here, a newly scrutch So the new quarterback coach here, Duck nus Mars Gott. You know, offensive coordinator Keller Moore's gotten need a running back coach because Pete is gonna need assisted the line coach because my man Leon Lett is gone.
Your assistant head coach, player development guy Rob Davis is out. So here's a culture coach, wasn't yeah? Ye, So lots of lots of moving parts around here. You know what. The the culture in the locker room was good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it wasn't good. I mean it wasn't like when you had you know, Jason Garrett going to Duke with DeMarco Murray Jason. So do we have a culture coach now because it was so good? You know they was up there. Yeah, you know he's gonna take you back to Jus gone out.
That's no. I'm just saying when you know when his culture was here. You know, you take my favorites to duke basketball and we gonna sit up in Swedega. Church was at the house, Church whatever. Yeah, you know, hey, hey rod Leary, you sit over there at home while we had this big dinner that was brutal bad. I ain't gonna like him back. How was that I hit him with the norm round of the game was taken away? Yeah, I work that way. You don't need this, you know. Yeah.
I meant one quarter one quarterback taking that another quarterback, a quarterback trying to get people to come to the house and hang out, and people like church. I ain't go any house that's a different color. The culture is different, Okay, the couch a little bit different. It's a little different. I'm just not what I'm saying is he got fired. He's no longer here. I'm saying, but you want to continue to keep the culture because of what, Like who's
gonna take that position now? Because that was McCarthy's guy. Apparently management doesn't feel that that is needed. Okay, Now I was no, I wouldn't, I wouldn't job. I was like trying to figure out why, like if if he's a culture coach and they don't feel management doesn't feel that question because it's gonna be man, it's gonna bother me for don't ask it. What is the description of that job? Like like he was he was a player development bro over then and and we already have a
player development guy. Yeah, and he was McCarthy's player development guy, so you cannot have to development. And he also like this year, he worked with the old line. Last year he was over working with the D line, so he was also involved there so as a former player and the guy who played in the league and being able to be there around and in the locker room and talking to people. Then going back to Mike, this is
something that I've been studying in my leadership classes. Here we do look at great leaders there is somebody that they have around who they lean on and talk to, who's chain of commands stuff. When I was in Cleveland, Art Modele used to say, who Who's Ernie Adams? And what does this guy do? Why am I paying Ernie Adams? Because I was Belichick's guy, And then he ended up going into England and save they who's Ernie Adams? Well, I think Bill Belichick has shown you that having this
guy around here where something was positive for him. Um that there's a lot of coaches who have to people around who these are my right hand folks. When when Barack obaas office, he had he had Valerie Jared. I mean there's people I've seen successful leaders who have folks who Charlie Munger for Warren Buffett, been able with Warren Buffet forever. Um, I think it's all kind of worked out for Warren Buffett. So I don't have an issue with it. The first year he was bad, But since then, Um,
what if they had the most regular season wins? Only Kansas City's got more than the last couple of years here, So what they've wanted here? Did guys all talk about the room being a good room? That's something I heard a lot of from Dak Prescott and guys afterwards. So let's see where it goes. But y'all key messed with Dak Prescott, y'all and fired the coach and coach up to tell him y'all still having some problems that leader
man alone, not y'all, but to leave alone. Bro, he had a bad game, he had a bad to see he had seventeen and seventy year. This is still your quarterback. This is still the guy who we all lifted up two years ago, we lifted up last year, said he still needs to play better, and in this year, you know, you know it, just you know it kind of Sumacinta went out, but he's still a guy like he still can do some of the stuff. Bro. But you know
you can't be attacking them left right center. Somebody had to hug up, you know, Kelvin Joseph after everything, man, keep him, you know, keep him right, keep trying to keep right. You know he made he made one of the biggest players in the game and playoff game. So I mean, you should have turned the game around so they can you know what happened. I don't think I got stumped by feeling anyway, we all know what happened after that play. I look at somebody like Nixon at
the University of Alabama. You know, they give Nick saving the things he wants. So if you got a head coach and the head coach says I need this guy, why would you say I need this guy. I mean, Jason Garret said I need my brothers. They put the brothers on staff. Old, I need all my people, you know, I mean, Jimmy Johnson had to do. He needed Bill Parcels had his guy. So but you know his son out there you're doing. Look at this, somebody got with the mullet man, what does he do? Hey? Man, he
see and this will happened. You know when you got like Bill Belichick, you get a pass on a lot of stuff, man, because he had the call office. Yeah, yes, yes, you get a pass when when you see when you're a guy like that, when you got telling whatever you get, you get that type of And he just hired his guy back to be the old win a championship as I mean, no, I mean good for but you get it. But but but for the amount of times that he's one,
you get a pass. You might get like eight years of passes before you have that opportunity to say, man, you will skins on the wall. Yeah, as we get out of here, everybody feel about Nick Sirianni year two going to the Super Bowl, to the Super Bowl. So that same way Chuck Pips year two took into Super Bowls. They they got something cooking there right now that we uh, that's how that's how we're gonna in this thing. I don't know how to listen realistically, Yeah, the real, unreal
tip Billy's going to super Bowl. Yeah they are going. That's true, and they probably favored. They tore it down and two times and here they are all that Miss Say was talking about Jaymon Hurts at the beginning of the year. I don't know if you're the guy. I don't know if he could do it. System guy, he's the best que division when you figure out how to make the system work and get the players right, right guy in the system, go and go super Bowl, right man?
That dude make all the plays when they need to be played. He he protects the ball, he runs, throws and put no matter what play, injured, play healthy, say the right things, the right thing. Only quarterback in NFC take a team to the super Bowl, so everything don't have to be addressed. No, I just listen. I just I sit in what I said too. I heard. Don't think that what you said? He said, No, best best
quarterback because he wants to the super Bowl. He was the best quarterback because because now he that, I mean, you give it to him based off of how far he's gone. I mean, he's he's going to a super Bowl. I mean, what you can't take that away from that. Now, this is a day right here, this is what No, no, this is a great day. What I mean, Look, because you can't. You said that he is he made it to what I mean? You go off of your experience. You have NBA behind your name. You try to make
a subject matter expert. This guy has made it to a super Bowl. He he is? He that him. There we go appreciate it. Come on, come on, come on, Patty Matty. To quote another Philadelphia artist, but another fight. Things ain't right. I'm losing again. Takes a food to lose twice and start all over again. I think I better let it go. Looks like another love Teddy Pentagrass.
Right now, Philadelphia is just Super Bowl fifty seven. Well feature two black quarterbacks for the first time in super who both played high school football in the Texas Texas and special played in the Big Twelve. Yeah, there we go. Have Black History Month out to them. There we go, There we go. So that's that's our show. That's our show. Positive Heck we learn it from you. YEA, alright, gotta cloth, but we gotta Tony. You got right there. Yeah, that's
a great way. Showy Church under the players Tony Man. This has been a production of Dallas Cowboys dot Com and the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Hey,
