Plasma saves and improves the lives of people with chronic diseases such as primary immune deficiency, hemophilia, and COVID-19—related conditions. In addition to treating these conditions, plasma is used in emergencies to treat people with burns and other trauma-related injuries. When you donate plasma, you give the gift of life.
