We all have that one thing; food, tv show, video game, or podcast that we binge on. We will spend hours watching our favorite show, or overeating that delicious cake, but are we thinking about moderation? “They,” say all things in moderation is best. Yet, Depending on your definition of moderation determines that truth.
On this thoughtful Thursday, I discuss my own idea of what moderation means and how we could reconsider the meaning.
