Some turned to online opportunities, for example; Virtual assistants, Social media managers, transcriptionists, voice-overs, podcast editing, and more. The biggest challenge for most was the lack of experience or even knowing where to begin. 

When a close friend offered Natalie Bouck the opportunity to edit her podcast, she jumped on the opportunity to learn something new!  Podcast editing quickly became a passion that she enjoyed doing and it Reflected in her work. Through word of mouth, she found herself with multiple clients that led to her starting her own business
