As children, we are encouraged to express ourselves through art; Drawing, painting, markers, etc. Yet as we age, some of us, tend to find other things to utilize our time. However, using art as an express mechanism can improve mental health by encouraging such things as creativity, self-esteem, self-confidence, and much more! But could it be a Plan B?
