When practicing anesthesia, signing contracts can put you into a position that could leave you locked in an uncomfortable situation. What can one do to get out of a contract?  

Wendy Odell went through an uncomfortable situation that she did not like and decided that there needed to be a solution. She became very intentional in the direction she wanted to go and the doors of opportunity opened!  It became a mission to teach CRNA’s anything and everything about contracts in the CRNA world.  She progressed in developing a curriculum to help CRNA’s be in leadership roles.
