Ditching the Comfort Zone with @avecnicole

We talk about how important it is as a person in general to set goals for yourself that are attainable and specific so that you've feel a greater sense of accomplishment in your daily life. Lastly, Nicole speaks to how she ditches her comfort zone every day; what that entails, and the life changing results that have occurred because of it.
