Codes for moving through deep transition

I’ve moved so much in the past couple months I can’t even remember where I’ve been. I’ve lived alone I’ve lived with strangers lived in the jungles of Costa Rica and in a condo downtown been poor and rich been completely uprooted from my past and changing the way I show up with people who once new me in certain type of way. Walking in shoes a bit too big for me while missing the parts of my past that haven’t quite been replaced yet. This is a short transmission for codes that helped me move through that.
