Should Ex-Convicts Be Allowed To Be On Jury Duty

The shortage of jurors for jury duty poses a significant challenge to the judicial system, impacting the efficiency and fairness of trials. With fewer jurors available, cases may experience delays or struggle and potentially lead to prolonged legal processes and increased costs. Beacuase of this issue some states are considering allowing indvidual with pass felony convictions to become eligible for jury duty after they have served their time.
