Episode description

Feedback. We all know it’s important. We know people benefit and grow from really great feedback. So why is really good feedback so scarce in our workplaces?

Feedback in its purest form is an act of vulnerability on the part of both the giver and receiver. And this makes it uncomfortable.

Still despite the discomfort it is valuable. Consider the cost of the mental load you carry around each day thinking or worrying about people, situations and their behavior / impact. It’s likely huge.

By redefining feedback, taking it out of the space of fixing, having answers and shifting it to curiosity, openness and real authenticity so much more becomes possible.

Tune into this episode to hear more about how you can start redefining feedback in your organization today and why it’s important.
