100 Lightbulbs

This is our 100th episode! In fact, we’re triple celebrating, with four years of this podcast and over 10.000 downloads. 

These 100 and 4 and 10K have let us create a rich portfolio of topics, guests and perspectives for you, on the impact that you (can) have on real people in your organization. That’s 10K+ reminders sent out that people are real people, in the workplace. 10K+ additional perspectives on the future of leadership, self-leadership and how you choose to show up. And there’s more to add, with more episodes in this 7th season and the next. 

There are several things that have changed shape, from our title (HR Matters became People Impact) to our episode introduction. Not the sofa image, so far, Marjolijn's too frequent 'um's', the dog sounds in the background with Lisa ;-) nor our core values. 

Huge shout-out to our kind and loyal editor Martijn and our initial co-founder Shea, we appreciate and celebrate you as well.
