224. David And His God [David 1]

You could argue that 2 Samuel 7 is one of the most significant chapters in the entire Old Testament. The Lord makes a covenant with King David and promises to establish the throne of his kingdom forever. But this passage has very little to do with David at all. He only becomes great because the Lord has the power to do what He promises.

In today’s episode, we’ll begin a new sermon series on the life of David and in today’s message, Paul reminds us that our hope is in the God who stands behind His promises.
