Your Reality Reflects Your Perception

This episode I was looking forward to . It literally just popped in my head . I guess I pulled that out , i guess this is what was needed , for whatever reason . But this episode is . I'm gonna basically kind of break down how this reality actually works that you're living in , so you can see that the illusion of separation didn't really exist .

I like the word remember , and remember probably has a different connotation today , in 2023 , than it did in any other year , because I see kind of what it is and what it means . And it's the remembering , re-membering , re-means to do over remember , to join can join , so to rejoin . I'm like what are we rejoining ?

What are we rejoining When you understand that you live on three different planes of existence simultaneously ? and the three planes of existence where the spiritual plane , the mental plane , the physical plane , spirit , mind , body , right , spiritual plane was the causal plane . This is where everything was pure .

This was where your self-knowledge was self-knowing , self-worth , everything of the self , spirit , consciousness , being the non-physical part of you , pure awareness , that's all it is . The mental plane was where , which was a slower vibration , because all these are all . They're not places , they're just simply varying by vibration .

They're all the same one thing that we would refer to as energy or consciousness . The mental plane is at a lower vibration than the spiritual plane , and this is where thought forms reside , where the ego resides .

Now , when we move down in a lower state of vibration of the physical plane , the physical plane is where physical things exist our body , et cetera , all that good stuff .

So my point of this is this I want to teach you , to get you to understand , so you can see number one , excuse me that these three planes of existence are not different places , they're just varying by different degrees . It's like having a notebook .

If I have a notebook and I flip the page , that page is not in a different notebook , it's just on a different page . This is the same way this , these three planes of existence , work , understanding that , essentially , this universe that you're living in is just one thing . This is why we call it a universe .

It's just one thing manifesting itself in all of these different forms . Stay with me here because I'm going to I'm going to let some stuff out that you probably would be like what the what ? Okay , so when you understand this , it's all just one thing .

Just like we use the analogy of the water coming from the ocean , going up into the cloud and then going raining in the mountain and then freezing , and then it ends up forming a glacier and the glacier cuts into the river bed and the river bed Then , when it melts , it creates a river and then the river flows back to the ocean , it's all just one thing .

The cloud , the precipitation , the rain , the glacier , they're all manifesting themselves into different forms . This is essentially what we are . This is what everything is . When you understand that everything is just light , that's all it is . That is all it is . Everything is just light . Science has referred to this as photons of light .

We , like to , us common folk , like to call it energy . But when you start understanding , through quantum mechanics , that these photons of light are conscious , they're aware , they know , they behave based on how they are being observed , so which means that everything , whether it's an inanimate object , has a level of awareness .

But us , through our egoic , linear thinking minds , we say oh well , that tree over there is not alive because they can't talk to me . No , that tree is absolutely alive . It just does not communicate in the same way that us as sentient beings do , but it still does . Okay , there is an intelligence that pervades through all things That pretend .

Intelligence is what we refer to as consciousness , spirit , whatever you want to refer to it as . So why do I say this ? Because everything is this one thing , merely just connecting with itself , and it's experiencing itself through different perspectives . Because as it experiences itself through different perspectives , it gains a higher awareness of itself .

Just like you're doing on a micro level . You are taking new jobs and going to eat at new restaurants and wearing different clothes and growing a beard , or cutting your hair differently or wearing different shoes with this outfit compared to what you wore last time .

The reason why you are doing this is because you are experiencing your reality from a different perspective , do you see ? So that's on the micro level , on the macro level . That's what this universe is doing . We've talked about this . When we have a synchronicity like oh my gosh , I keep seeing these numbers . I keep seeing these numbers .

I keep seeing this and I saw this bird and this bird . That's because it is the one thing interacting with itself through you . But here's the illusion . This was told to me when I had a psychedelic ceremony . There is no such thing as you . Everything was just I , everything is just I , that's all . It is I , i , i , i , everything is I .

It's just one thing . The illusion was that there was things that were separate . So when I say remembering , you had to think that things were separate so you could go on the journey of remembering . And this is what it was so cool , why it was so cool to be a human being .

Because we're one of the few beings in this incarnation and I'm excluding non-physical beings , right , we don't have , sorry , we have the ability to act upon what we choose to act upon . We can , we can . If I want to do it , i can do it . If I don't want to do it , i don't have to do it .

Whereas if you look at like a higher state of awareness , higher state of consciousness , being such as , like we refer to as angels , they don't have a choice , they don't have the ability through free will , they don't have the choice . If something happens , they have to act upon it . Why ? Because through us having , quote , unquote , free will .

Part of that is it comes packaged with us forgetting So , by you forgetting that was what was going to create the imbalance within you , because this universe just operates off of imbalanced and balanced , and balanced and balanced . It forces you to go on a journey to balance out .

So I say this because we have to understand how we , the universe , communicates to itself , meaning us as lower beings . It does it through three planes the spiritual plane , the mental plane , the physical plane , through the third eye , through the heart , through the solar plexus chakra .

So people don't realize this is the vision , this is through feeling , this is through action , being aware of these miracles that we call , that are around you , when this universe is communicating to you with itself .

So a perfect example I had , i had , i'm aware now , through doing the work when , when I'm getting the lower self is being communicated to through the higher self , i hop on a call . Hop on a call with a guy in May starts talking about heaven , heaven , heaven , heaven , what heaven , what Now ? now , which leads me to look up .

Really , oh , that's the present moment , that's what it is . Oh , yeah , i take on a gig , a project for two months . I'm asking myself why am I doing this ? I don't want to do this . Why am I doing this ? I don't want to do this . It was almost like my , my , my , my mind was saying don't do it , but my heart was like you got to do it .

And I'm like why ? Why , that's because the higher self , which already knew what was needed , was saying you got to do it . And I'm like why am I doing this ? Why am I doing this ? Why am I doing this ? Well , as I go through this project , i'm forced to bring on another type of product within my coaching business .

So now I'm I'm not doing a long-term coach , i'm doing one offs , one off , one off .

Well , through having all these one off conversations with people all around the world London , dubai , australia , denmark , phoenix I'm having all of these conversations with people for an hour , people who I've never met I'm able to get into their life and see that there's a reoccurring theme of people who struggle with their inner child .

I'm like , oh , wow , yeah , inner child , inner child . Yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , Yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah . But I can't , just looking back , this universe had already set everything up for me . I just did not have the awareness to be able to see it .

How many times does that happen in your life ? Well , you got the answer first , but it had no context because a question had not been asked yet . So , which means that there's some type of intelligence that already knew . There's something that already knew before you in the lower self knew . This is what we don't understand .

There was no separation between the higher self and the lower self . The lower self was the higher self , manifested in physical form . It's like the video game when I play with Mario . Mario is not separate from me sitting on the couch . It's not I'm controlling Mario . Mario is an extension of me right now . So Mario only jumps when I say jump .

This is where we were supposed to understand how our three planes of existence worked within our lives . The lower self is just merely reflecting what the higher self was doing , as long as we had the awareness that we were not the ego self . The ego self is the one that created the turmoil , not in the sense of a negative way .

It created the resistance against the higher self . But here's the beauty of resistance Resistance is what develops Resistance is what builds awareness . So it's almost as if this universe had built something in for us to remember what we were forgetting on purpose . And I ask myself why are we forgetting ? Why ? Why are we forgetting ? It's almost as if it's a game .

It's almost as if it's like it's playing hide and seek with itself . Why , why would it do this ? How else would it know itself through a different perspective ? This is why it was important for you to embrace all parts of your life , because every part of your life was needed , because through each individual situation , you were gaining a new perspective .

You were gaining a new perspective and this is why you were never supposed to take life so serious , because literally , it was just a game . You're just in first person mode right now . You know how it is when you play video games . If I'm playing video game , i'm playing like , say , gran Turismo or something .

I'm driving the car right , the camera's on the outside . I can press a button and move the camera on the inside . Now I'm sitting behind the wheel . That's exactly what your higher self is doing right now . But you have to have the awareness by moving the ego self out the way .

When I move the ego self out the way , or at least I have a level of awareness now . Now the higher self can join with the lower self . Here's what we have to understand too . You really don't have free will as a lower self . That was the illusion . You think that you have a choice . You ain't got no choice . You ain't got no choice .

You don't have a choice . The only choice that you have is how you perceive as the lower self . The higher self is the one playing the video game . The higher self already knows what you need it because it exists outside of space and time .

That was the illusion of the lower self , because the ego self created this thing called time and it's like , yeah , here's what we got to do . I know it . No , you don't have a choice in what you do . You have a choice in how you experience it .

The choice was the illusion that you had on the front end , but when you look back on the back end good God , almighty that's when you see that you really didn't know what you were doing , but somehow it worked itself out . Why ? Because your higher self already knew what was needed .

So now we can get to the question as to why , why , why , why , why , why , why , why , why , why , why , why , then , why , what's the whole point of it ? So I had another psychedelic experience where I asked I had all these beings around me . There was the galactic brotherhood , right , they were literally around me .

I'm like what the f what's the whole point of this ? Why , why ? And they were like why do you play video games ? I'm like I don't play video games anymore . I don't . They're like well , just as you enjoy experiencing this simulation that you're playing through this video game , so does it . And I'm like yo , yo , is this why ?

Oh shh , so when we create video games , all we're doing is replicating what we are right now . That's all we're doing . That's all we're doing . So I just imagine , i just imagine this awareness , this consciousness , just essentially playing a video game . It's playing a video game and we are the avatars . The planets are the avatars , everything is like .

But here's the thing that's crazy Not only are you the avatar , you are also the thing that is playing the video game , and that's when the game changes . That's why this is crazy .

When you understand that you were Super Mario and you were the thing that was controlling Super Mario , and that you could , you could build out the board however you wanted , and , and you could then get inside of the board and play it . Yo , this is literally a game , which is why I was never supposed to take it so serious .

I was never supposed to take it so serious . That's what people don't realize When people say I am a co-creator , now you are the creator , because the creator will always be inside of the creation . Do you see ? Do we see ? We can look at the micro , the holographic sorry , the fractalization of you as a parent .

Look at you as a parent and your children , your children . Somebody just told me the other day say , yo , your son plays ball just like you do . He walks just like you . That's because he is me , he is literally me , he is , i am the creator of him and he is the manifest version , the creation of me . So the creator will always be inside of the creation .

So why do I have to say this ? Because we were on a journey when we incarnated in this third dimension , through this thing called Earth . We were on a journey to remember that we were not just the creation and that the creator was not outside of us . This is what every sacred book was trying to tell you . It was trying to tell you that you were it .

No one gets to the father except through me . I am the father and the father is in me and I am in you . There was no separation . So why am I saying this ? Because when you come to the realization that everything was one now you'll see how the beauty of this universe is actually just interacting with you . It's interacting with you .

So now , when I see a bird and it flies by and I know that bird means something different than what most people I know that that bird is the universe manifesting itself through the bird . It's communicating to me for something that I need right now . Yeah , i ain't trying to hear me . Nobody trying to hear me right now , nobody trying to hear me .

So then I go and I have a book that I've been reading . As a matter of fact , let me go grab it real quick . I'm going to read this to you right now . Hold on a second . You just hold on right there . You know we do this live . You know we do this live . I could easily pause it , but you know I'm not going to do that .

I want you to know that this is live

. In effect , i'm sitting here reading a book called The Self Aware Universe . I bought this book like a year ago . I bought it , you know me . I just let it sit on the desk for a little bit . I read bits and pieces of it .

It's called The Self Aware Universe How Consciousness Creates the Material World , by Amit Goswani , who's a doctor and scientist , and I don't know if you're flipping through what I'm reading . I'm highlighting , and I highlighted this a while ago , but I went back and I read it again . I mean , anytime I highlight with two different colors .

It's something that I know , i need to remember , i need to know this . So I start flipping through it And he says I propose that this universe exists as a formless potential in myriad possible branches in the transcendent domain and becomes manifest only when observed by conscious beings .

Once we recognize that biological mutation , which includes the mutation of prebiotic molecules , is a quantum event , we realize that the universe bifurcates in every such event in the transcendent domain , becoming many branches , until one of the branches there is a sentient being that can look with the awareness and complete the quantum measurement .

At this point the causal pathway leading to the sentient being collapses into space-time reality . Physicist John Wheeler calls this kind of scenario The observer participancy . Meaning arises in the universe when sentient beings observe it , choosing causal pathways from among the myriad transcendent possibilities . So , have you ever wanted to buy a car ?

Have you ever wanted to buy a car ? and you're like , oh , i want to buy a yellow Mustang . And then , for the next three weeks , all you do is see yellow Mustangs . And you're like man , all I do is see Mustangs , all I do is see Mustangs . Why is that ? Why ? Why ? The reason why is because this universe is merely mirroring your consciousness . Period .

Observers are necessary , he proceeds to say . Observers are necessary to bring the universe into being . It is time to recognize the archetypal nature of mankind's creation , myths found in the Book of Genesis , in the Judeo-Christian tradition , in the Vedas of the Hindu tradition and in many other religious traditions . The cosmos was created for our sake .

So , meaning when there is no subject , there is no object . The subject was what gave rise to the object . If we take the subject away , there is no object . Do you see how this works ? So literally ? literally , life is happening from the inside out . So this is why , when we say you are the universe , you need to recognize the power that you had .

You need to recognize the power that you had inside of your body , that you had inside of you . It was inside of you . Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world , because he that is inside of you is what's creating he that is in the world . Think about this How many times you don't see something and then your perspective changes .

Then you see it differently . Hmm , do you see how this works ? I'm not going to get into the quantum mechanics of it , but here's the point of this You need to start paying attention and seeing how this universe is giving you hints and giving you clues and giving you breadcrumbs for you to fully realize what you are . That's all it's trying to do .

It's literally playing hide and seek with itself And you are the self . It's trying to get you to realize and wake up and see what you were . There's the whole point of it . Ooh , let me see if I can get her to wake up . Let me see if I can get her to wake up .

So this is why it was so important for you to follow your passion , because every time you follow your passion , you followed your heart . And here's the weird thing Your heart already knew what you needed to do , because the heart was connected to the higher self . You see , the head was connected to the ego self .

So that's why you feel stuck , baby right now , because you caught up in what the ego self is saying . You're trying to think your way through life . You can't think your way through life . So when people ask me how do I find my purpose ? How do I find my purpose ? How do I find my purpose ? You ain't never going to find your purpose .

Your purpose is going to find you . What you need to be doing is finding your passions . Find those . When you go after your passions , then the purpose will come with it . They are a package deal . But the problem is is you can't have the purpose before the passion . You can't have the purpose before the passion . You had to have the passion .

The purpose will literally manifest itself through the passion . Do you see how this works ? How am I going to do something that I've been put here to do but I don't love to do it ? That isn't what purpose is . That's what we call a chore . So don't go out seeking things of the material world that were outside of you , ie your purpose .

You were going to find your passion , your purpose connected to your passion . Your passion was only something that was inside of you . But the problem is we've been conditioned and we've been programmed that we got taught that your passion had to make you money . No , no , no . Your passion doesn't have to make you money . It doesn't have to make you famous .

It doesn't have to give you no to write . It ain't got to do none of that . It doesn't have to be what everybody else is doing . If you like picking up trash , you want to be a trashman . That's your passion . Then you need to follow that , because you never know what that will lead to . Do you see ? my passion for the longest was basketball .

I love basketball , I loved it . Do I play basketball anymore ? No . Do I coach at the highest level ? No , but basketball , because I kept following it , kept doing it , just because I loved it .

It would open up these myriad of branches that existed through me , just moving through space and time , and then that manifested itself and got me on the path of what I do now . But if you take basketball out of the equation now , there's none of this .

But the universe had been guiding me the whole way , and I say universe , i'm talking about your higher self . Words can mess us up sometimes They don't get caught up in the semantics of it .

To my whole point of this podcast was to get you to realize that , no matter what life looks like , no matter what it feels like , no matter where you're going , no matter what it , i understand that it's always going to work itself out . It will always work itself out . It will always work itself out . It will always work itself out .

Go ahead and affirm yourself that right now . It will always work itself out . I affirm myself this every damn day , every day . I don't know how , but it will always work itself out . It will always work itself out . It will always work itself out , work itself out . And because I command that energy , guess what ?

This universe ain't got no choice but to work itself out . Do you see how this works ? It will always work itself out . You never had anything to worry about . If you look back on your life , you can see how it has always worked itself out . It's just mirroring you . That's all your life is doing . It's just the outer is just mirroring the inner As within .

So , without Everything that's inside of your head is just manifesting itself in your physical life As above , so below , so , below as above , it was all just one thing . So next time you scoff or look at somebody or talk crazy about them , realize that you're really just talking about yourself .

You're not talking about that , you're talking about yourself and you're seeing yourself in them . That was the illusion that we fell for within this third dimension was that somehow things were separate . There's nothing that's separate Not me , not you , not I . Not the water , not the ice , not the gas , not the frog , not the cow , nothing .

Everything was this one thing . Just in that move through that energy , move through that frequency , through space and time , i'm willing to bet you and guarantee that life will change . The outside has no choice . It is a law . Everybody send me all these messages today . Oh my gosh , kyrie , irvin shared your stuff .

Kyrie , kyrie , kyrie , all that , okay , cool , i understand . I had a dream about Kyrie two years ago . I mean , kyrie were working close together , helping him heal parts of himself . I already knew this was going to manifest itself at some point , because I know that my dreams were just another form of reality that I was experiencing , do you see ?

and those dreams are actually more real than this physical reality that I'm in right now . Do you see how this works . So I've been . There's no , there's no , i've , i've , i've . This is this has already been assumed in my life , because I realized that there was no separation .

Everything was just one thing , including my dream state and my wake state , including life , including death , including you , including me . You are the one thing , the universal one , as Walter Russell said . Continue on your journey to remember that , and when you do this , you will find that this life was such a beautiful thing .

It was an experience , it was a journey that was wonderful . There was no words to articulate truly how wonderful it was . So continue on , my friend , on the pathway to your results .
