Preparation + Opportunity = Success

So this episode I want to talk about preparation , prepare , prepare , prepare right Preparation , preparation , meeting , opportunity right . When we're prepared for something and then the opportunity presents itself . This is what we call success right . So I can create success in my life as long as I'm prepared . So why am I saying this ?

Because a lot of times we don't really know where it is we want to go . We don't say what we want life to feel like , where we want to go , what we want to do , but what ends up happening is , because we don't know this , it's hard for us to prepare . So people ask me how do I overcome procrastination ?

Procrastination is not hard when you know where you want to go . So you can ask yourself does this play into where I want to go and what I want to do ? If this plays into what I want to do and where I want to go , and I know where I want to go . Then I got to do this .

But I'm starting to find in my life how many people get opportunities that get presented to them , but they weren't prepared . When they came , they weren't prepared . So here's what it looks like . Okay , you know me , I just got to dive a little deeper . We're going to do this right now , in real time . Oh , my goodness , I'm looking right now .

I'm telling you right now , in real time . I'm looking on my computer right now . I got my text messages say 11 , and the thing right next to it , it has my emails and it says there's 1,111 emails . So we got a 1 , 1 , 1 , 1 , 1 , 1 . Okay , if this isn't divine order , if this isn't divinely orchestrated for you , I don't know what is .

If you stay with me , I'm going to take you there , but in real time . We're going to look up right now , really , the etymology of the word prepare right . So let's look up here Prepare . I'm doing this in real time because I've never done this before . Prepare right , latin , prepare to make ready . Ooh . Pre means before .

Good God , almighty , somebody stay with me . Somebody stay with me because we about to go down so quickly . Pre means before . We know that . We know that Pre means before . Pre means before , ready to make ready . So when I'm making it ready beforehand , when I think of this , I think of the word pretend , pretend and prepare must be sisters .

Right , I got to make ready beforehand , do you see ? So what you're doing is you're actually assimilating yourself to the vibration of the completed version of you . Every time that you prepare , good God , I'm out of y'all and trying to hear nothing .

I'm saying right now , when you are prepared energetically , metaphysically , what you're saying is I'm already moving , as if . So this is why , when preparation meets opportunity , you will have success , version of you that was successful . And I don't mean success meaning the story of like oh well , I made money , or I made a million , I did that .

No , success means succession . It means to move forward , to move forward in life . So you're always going to keep moving forward as long as you are preparing , meaning you are preparing , you are being the version of you before . You are making this spot ready for yourself .

So when the opportunity comes , when that situation or maybe that relationship or that conversation or something comes up that will push you up to the next frequency . You are ready for it . Do we see how this works ? So how do I prepare ? How do I prepare ? You're always preparing .

You're always preparing , you're always preparing , you're always preparing , you're always preparing , you are always preparing . Somebody stay with me . You are always preparing for something . The question is , am I preparing for the negative or am I preparing for the positive ? Because we're always making ready beforehand . We're always making our bed before we lay in it .

The question is are you making your bed on the bare bottom floor or do you have a nice plush down comforter waiting for you in this beautiful bed ? What type of bed are you making ?

So when we start to look at our existence and preparing preparation really what it is Preparation is us figuring out who it is we want to be , and then we start to clean out our life , we start to tighten up our relationships , we start to prepare for that version of us that's coming . Think about when a baby's being born . Good God , almighty .

When the baby's being born , we start to prepare the room . I remember , before our son was born , I painted the whole room . I painted the whole room . I went through . I never painted before , but I went ahead and painted . I was preparing for the birth of this child . I went ahead and painted the paint kind of like a spring green .

I put some Winnie the Pooh stencils on and all this stuff . I was doing all this stuff . I was preparing for the birth of this child . I was preparing for the situation , this opportunity . When the opportunity came , it presented itself . There was success .

So , something as trivial , small as that as painting a room before a baby is born , we are preparing , we are claiming before , we are making it ready before it's time . So what if you did this in your life ? What if you started preparing for every destination , meaning you started to claim it beforehand . I started to make it ready before I got there .

So here's what a lot of us will do Ready , we'll say I'll pay off the bills , I'll pay down the credit cards once I get there , once I start making more money . Then I'll pay it down . Oh , I'll make time for myself . Once everybody says it's okay , then I'll start making time for myself and I'll go on retreats and I'll do this .

Huh , we sit here and we wait for permission for us to start preparing . You don't need permission to prepare . Somebody tell me . Somebody say it for me louder in the back . Okay , you don't need permission to prepare . You do not need permission to prepare .

Eventually , the opportunity is going to come , but you will not have attuned yourself to the version of you that would have been able to prosper when the opportunity comes . So if I'm Imagine this , I don't paint the bedroom , I don't prepare for the baby that's coming . Man , I'm going to be over here , stressed out . I'm going to be stressed out .

I'm going to be looking for a painter . I'm not going to have time to do it . I'm going to be doing all this stuff , hurrying , rushing around , because I never prepared . So this goes for you in your life . Goodness gracious , I'm speaking over somebody right now . Somebody needed to hear this .

I don't know who you are , but if you're there and it's resonating with you , you needed to hear this right now . You must prepare for where you are going , good God almighty . You must prepare for where you were going , because where you were going is not where you are right now , but you have to prepare for where you were going .

Stop looking at where you are right now and thinking that this is where I'm at right now . No , you got to prepare for where you're going . You have to prepare for where you're going , meaning I have to start getting my life in order for where I'm going to be , not based on where I am .

So if I need to start preparing and writing out a plan for me to pay down this debt , even though I may not have the money , I'm going to start to prepare before I actually get the opportunity I make the money for me to pay this debt .

Good God , almighty , for all my entrepreneurs out there , for all my entrepreneurs , for all my people who are looking to get a raise or whatever it is in life . You're looking to upgrade . Don't you wait till you get there , or you ain't never going to get there . You'll never get there . This is what I used to do .

So think of it like this I had a speaking opportunity that came to me and I made a commitment to myself in 2024 , we're going to go full bore . No more half stuff . You're going to go full bore unless there's another exchange of energy , right ? So you're not going to sit here and go oh , I'll do it for free , I'll do it .

No , you ain't going to do that because you got to start stepping into the version of who you are that has self-worth , who knows its value . So I had an opportunity come to me . I got asked to speak at an event in Seattle and I said , oh wow , this is my opportunity . Right , told him my price . I'm like , okay , here's what it is .

I had never asked for that before . That version of me had never asked for that price . So now here I am . I tell him my fee . They're like okay , give us like two weeks . We're going to have a meeting with the board , they're going to have a meeting with the board possibility . I'm like okay , you got to walk in the energy .

You got to walk in the energy and know that you already him , right , the speaking engagement isn't until June . They come back to me and they say , hey , that price actually fit within our budget , but we went ahead and found somebody else .

I know what that means , translation right , I got told , no , that means they found somebody who's probably a little cheaper , right , cool , all right . I'm like all right , whatever , I know that that was a test . Now , I got to still walk in my energy . I still got to walk , as if .

I'm not going to sit here and say , oh man , I can't believe it didn't happen . That means I was attached , and if I was attached , I wasn't really walking the energy of him , right . So I started to do this . I swear to you on everything . A couple of days later , I get another email .

A local company gets a hold of me and they say , hey , will you come and speak ? I'm like , yeah , yeah , yeah . When is it ? They're like October , august , so eight months out .

I'm like , okay , I tell them my fee and they're like , okay , great , that fits our budget , but we need four speeches , so meaning you need to do it two days on one day and two days on another day . I'm like , okay , yeah , yeah , yeah , yeah , great , yeah , I can do that , I can do that .

I was looking at it from the perspective of oh wow , I'm going to get paid this new fee of a version of me that I've never been paid . I'm like , yes , yes , okay . So I say yes to it . I'm like , yeah , I can do . Look , four speeds I can do that . Two on one day , two on another is chill , I can do that . I don't have to fly anywhere .

I'm in Indiana , cool , right . So this is my thought process . Mind you , this was in January of 2024 . This was before I had my four ayahuasca ceremonies . This was before I went deeper into myself to find a version of myself who didn't need the approval of others .

This is before I really took healing to another level and started to write this book of how we heal our inner child . This was before I had created the version of who I am today , at this moment in space and time .

So here's what ended up happening , right , so I go and perform this speech and I do the first speech on one day and then come back in the afternoon , I do the other speech and at the end of the day I'm exhausted . Right , I'm exhausted , exhausted . Then the next day I'm like , okay , I got two more speeches , so I do the next day .

I'm like , okay , I got two more speeches , so I do the next day in the morning , and then I hit it back in the evening and I do the speech again . Right , and I'm exhausted , I'm tired , my willpower muscles weak , so I can't control my thinking . And I'm feeling some type of way and I'm like why did I commit to doing four speeches ?

Man , this is exhausting . Why did I not see this coming ? I never , I didn't even I didn't see this coming . And then it started to hit me , right , the shame , the guilt . You know you did four speeches for the price of one . What you were going to charge that one fee in Seattle . You did it four speeches and I didn't see the four speeches .

But here's my point . I talked to my mom , my mom , I knew this already , right , once I got some rest the next day , I knew this already . My mom says to me she says , son , do you not realize that nothing is wasted ? Do you not realize that no thing is wasted ? Think about what those four speeches did for you .

Those four speeches allowed you to perfect your craft . Those four speeches allowed you to perfect what it was you were put here to do . You were here to speak life into people . You were here to inspire people . You were here to help people to remember what they were .

Do you not see that these four speeches that you scoff over were actually the opportunity for you to refine your craft ? And I'm like you're right , mom , you're right , you're right .

So the metaphor that I use because I'm a metaphorical wizard here , right , I start thinking of like I just got asked to work out and play four times , four practices , four workouts and didn't get put in the game Just because you didn't get put in the game . It didn't mean that we weren't good enough .

So now I took a step back and I realized really what the true issue was . See , every time that we have a problem with someone or you have a problem with something , it's not that you have a problem with something or someone , you have a problem with the version of yourself that at one point resonated with that .

So the reason why I'm saying this is because I realized , oh my goodness , here I am in August paying off the debt of the version of me back in January .

So the version of me in August , who's more worthy , who sees just a little bit more of himself , who's done just a little bit more healing , who has just a little bit more self-worth , a little bit more self-esteem , a little bit more self-approval , a little bit more self-acceptance , that version of me is the one who's paying off the debt from the version of you

back in January , who was just a little bit less self-worthy , who needed just a little bit more approval , who could not maybe say no and was just a little bit more of a people pleaser . So when you start to realize , oh my goodness , who I am in January has to prepare for who I'm going to be in August .

Who I am in January has to prepare for who I'm going to be in August . Where I'm going to be in 2025 , I have to prepare for that in 2024 . So there may be a little bit of shaking up . People may say who do you think you are ? You ain't him . I may not be him in the physical , but in the energetic world I am .

And you best believe that reality has no choice but to catch up . So get ready for the catch up . So when you start to walk in this energy , you are preparing yourself . And then here's what's going to end up happening . The opportunity is going to present itself . I swear to you on everything I've ever known in this physical existence .

The next day I get an email from a company overseas it was from Abu Dhabi . Company overseas , it was from Abu Dhabi . This company says we're looking for a speaker at an event to host a fireside chat , and we believe that you , that you , would be the one . I said okay , cool .

I said we're having Gary Brekka , the doctor guy , we're having Deepak Chopra is invited , and all these people , right ? And I say okay , okay , yeah , yeah , yeah . And I realized what it was . I said when's the event ? The event's in January .

The end of January , I said , oh my goodness , if the universe didn't double back around so quickly to make sure that I had learned the test that I had learned . Here is my opportunity , I'm prepared . So here's what I did . I didn't tell them what my fee was today . In August , I told them what my fee was going to be in January of 2025 .

And now it's on me to prepare for it . It's on me to claim beforehand and make ready the version of myself that will be ready for it when it comes . Good God , almighty , you ain't trying to hear nothing that I'm hearing and I'm saying right now you have to prepare for where you are going , not based on where you are , but based on where you are going .

So when someone asks you yo , we're three , four , five , six , seven , eight months a year , wait a minute , hold on , don't think what I tell you today is going to correspond to where I am today . I got to make sure that what I tell you today is going to correspond for where I'm going to be tomorrow .

So I walked in this energy , I told me here's what it is , and I didn't feel afraid . I didn't feel scared . I didn't feel like what are they going to say ? I said here's what it is . And I stood on business . I love when kids say that stand on business , stand on it , stand on it . I'm standing on it . I mean , I'm putting my foot down .

This is what it is . This is who I am . You may not be able to see it , but just because you can't see it Doesn't mean I couldn't be it . You see , first we have to be it and then you will see it . So I'm going to go ahead and keep on being it . So I went ahead and told them and here's the end of the story .

Maybe I don't know , I haven't heard a word back from them . I haven't heard a word back from them . They never got back to me . They didn't get back to me and I said oh , this is a different kind of test . This was one of them . Tests to see one . Could you prepare ? Two , are you detached from it ? Meaning , if I'm detached , I'm already it .

So now we really wait for life to catch up . I'm really waiting for reality to start to conform . I think they said it best in the book the Alchemist . He said when you go after what do they call it ? What do they call it ? Santiago was on a journey , goodness gracious . Sometimes I got squirrel brain . I can't remember .

What do you call it when you go after your personal truth or personal , uh , personal something ? I forgot what it is . But when you go after he said , he said the universe will conspire , the universe will conspire to see that it happens . The personal legend , the personal legend . When you go after your personal legend , you know what the personal legend was .

You know what the personal legend was . You know what the personal legend was . It was the version of you who you knew you could

be . What do you think a legend is ? What do you think a legend is man ? We say he's a legend . Man . A legend just means energetically , he was exactly who he knew he could be , and that's what we watch . And now we look he's legendary .

So you are the personal legend , meaning when you create the version of yourself , you know you're going to be here in six months and you go after that and you stop worrying through the mind of how it's going to happen yeah , but when ? If it doesn't happen , I'm not worried about any of that . You know what my job is . My job is to prepare .

My job is to beforehand make it ready . My job is to show up to that gym every single day . When I don't have that contract , when it doesn't look like it's going to happen , guess what ? I'm going to go just as hard as if I knew I got that contract . And then here's what's going to end up happening .

I say I say , if y'all don't hear what I'm saying right now , you are going to get an opportunity and that contract's going to come . That opportunity is going to come and it's going to come in through the back door , meaning it ain't gonna come the way you thought .

You know , when you walk into somebody's house , you walk into somebody's house in the front door , you're like , oh my gosh , this house is beautiful . You coming through the back door , coming through the garage , you're like , damn , y'all , don't clean up in here .

We'll present it , make it look nice on the front side of the house , because then we know that's where everybody's gonna come through . But when we get to the , they'd be like good misgrace , y'all out here living like . Y'all living out here like you don't have any sense , boy , clean this up , clean this up .

So sometimes you're going to have to come through the back door . You know what the intention , what the goal was . It didn't matter which door you came through , because sometimes we're going to have to come through the basement window . Just get your butt in the house , just get yourself in the house .

And what I mean by that is the opportunity is going to come . It doesn't matter what it looks like , it's going to come and it's going to come exactly the way it's supposed to . As long as it comes , I have eventually it's got to come . It has to . It has got to show itself because I'm moving towards it . So prepare yourself for the opportunity .

So when my mom , mom , mom , thank you , margo Margo , thank you , thank you . I know you're going to listen to this , I know you're going to hear this right now . I just want to tell you , thank you . You used to say this all the time when preparation meets opportunity , this is when you'll have success .

When preparation meets opportunity , I don't have control over the opportunity . You don't have control over the opportunity . You don't have control over what the opportunity looks like when it presents itself , how it's going to be . You do not have control over this . I need to make sure that you get this clear in your system .

You don't have control over it , but what you do have control over is your level of preparation . We can look at all the great athletes , right , we look at Kobe , we look at Mike , we look at all these Tom Brady their level of detail and preparation was like nothing that had ever been seen before . Nobody had ever seen this before .

And I'm like , well , of course , of course you're going to hit the game winner , of course you're going to be the all-time leading scorer in the NBA . You know what his preparation routine is . Do you know how much he works on just preparing himself ? And then the opportunity presents itself , do we see ? So let's tie this back to the world of you .

You know what your job was . Your job was to prepare your inner world . That means your self-belief , your self-worth , your self-perspective , your self-concept , your self-approval , your self-acceptance , your self-esteem , your self-everything Everything with a self . Your job was to prepare it , prepare it , prepare it for the version of you who you were looking to become .

All of the things that you were going to accomplish , whether it was that big contract , whether you were going to be the face of the WNBA , whether you're going to be the MVP of the NBA , whether you're going to make the pro ball team in the NFL , whether you're going to get that job , you're going to get the CEO position , whatever it was , your job was to

prepare your inner world for the opportunity when it came . Meaning , when it came , it wasn't going to be a big deal to me , it wasn't going to be a big deal . It ain't a big deal . It ain't a big deal to me . You know why ? Because I had already prepared myself for it . We hear stories about this . Oh , I didn't get nervous when I had the game .

Winner says Kobe , I wasn't there . I had prepared so much . I had been so prepared . Man , this wasn't nothing . I shot this shot . I can't tell you how many times . So then , when the opportunity came , he was able to move towards it through it . And that's what succession is . And here's the cool part about life , because life is a mirror .

Goodness , gracious , good , god , almighty , somebody stay with me when I am prepared , meaning I continue to work and move towards it and work on myself and continue to heal , even when I don't even really know why I'm doing .

I continue to raise my level of self-worth because I just want to figure out who I am and I don't know how it's actually going to correlate and correspond in my life . I am preparing meaning , I am making it ready beforehand , because life is a mirror . It can only match your energy and the opportunity will be preparing itself for you .

I just had to go and let that marinate . When you prepare yourself for the opportunity , the opportunity has no choice but to prepare itself for you . Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing . I'm saying Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing . I'm saying Y'all ain't trying to hear nothing . I'm saying . So I realized there's some things I had to do in my life .

Right , you say , oh , I want to be wealthy , I want to be rich , I want to have abundance . Okay , okay , I hear you . Okay , and you know what life's saying . Life's sitting on the block . Imagine you pull up on the block . You just pull up on the block . You got the old head sitting with their arms crossing , sitting back there watching you .

Look at these young boys right here . Young boys say they want to do this , they want to do that . You know what life is saying . Life's saying okay , show me that , show me , I'm going to back you , I'm going to invest in you , I'm going to give you that same energy , but I need you to show me , show me right now .

So we're like , yeah , yeah , I'm working on myself , I'm preparing . The old head starts saying look , we got to take care of you , we're going to take get to the league . And you're over here preparing like you want to get to the league , we're going to make sure that you're going to get there . And they take you under their wing . They mentor you .

So when we start thinking of life mentoring us , we first have to show that we even want to be mentored . So you say , yeah , I want to be rich , I want to be wealthy , I want to be abundant , I want to have all these financial resources . Okay , life's saying tighten up that checkbook . Stop ripping up them bank statements and throwing them away .

Look at that credit card bill when it comes . Start doing those things that are difficult . Stop running away from these things . Start preparing for yourself . The version of you that is abundant , the version of you that does have unlimited resources . That version of you ain't running from nothing . That's none of the stuff that's going on right now .

Start preparing for that . So this is why it was so important for us to create a version of ourself that we could prepare for . You see , when you start to prepare for the version of you that's coming , life will start to prepare for the version of you that's coming . And now we start to see that the opportunity and the preparation were not separated .

The preparation and the opportunity were not separate . That was just an illusion within this third density of this third dimensional reality , that we think that actions are separate from reactions , that we think that what we're doing is separate from what is being manifested . But when you start to see that they're all the same energy , just different sides of it .

One was heads and one was tails , but it was the same coin . And if you look at one side of it , you'll think that was a different coin than the other . No , no , they're the same thing , but only one of the sides that you have control over .

So when you start to move and you start to prepare yourself , life says oh , my goodness , I got to start to prepare for her , I got to prepare for him . He's over here , moving like it's going to happen . I got to start moving like it's going to happen . And this is the mirror effect , this is the reflection , just like when you look at a mirror .

Every time that you look at a mirror , the mirror saying oh , she's smiling , we got to hurry up and catch up . This is what life is doing . The opportunities are coming , but they can't come before you prepare . So when you prepare , they will come . And here's the deal when they come , you're going to know when they come . You're going to know when they come .

How will I know , dg , but how will I know when they come ? Because when everybody else is nervous , everybody else is scared , everybody else is wondering . When you can start doing that , you will know that I have been prepared and you will only be prepared for that frequency of those opportunities .

And please , please , please , please , do not think that when you prepare for one opportunity or one level , that that is the end . There will be other situations and other things that come up that you will have to prepare for the next opportunity . And that's what success was .

Success was the moving forward , the ascension , the inward spiral that keeps ascending , going up , going up , going up . When you are prepared for the opportunity , you will move up and then you will succeed , and then there's going to be another level of spiral that we're going to have to get to . So what is my point of today . Put that work in .

Put the work in . Put it in . Put it in . Put the work in . Put the work in on yourself . Put the work in on yourself . Put the work in on yourself . Put the time and I swear to you on everything . I can't tell you how many hours , how many minutes a day I spend on preparing myself for where I'm going .

Where I'm at in 2024 is not where I'm going to be in 2025 . And where I'm at in 2024 was because where I prepared , I was going to be back in 2022 . Hear me when I say this Back when there was nothing , back when it didn't look like anything was ever going to happen .

I just went to the mailbox the other day and I said to myself I said I got to record podcast episodes . I remember when I wouldn't record podcast episodes because I didn't think I was worthy enough to be listened to . I remember thinking to myself who in the world is going to listen to what I got to say ?

Ain't nobody going to listen to what I got to say ? He said surely not . Say , ain't nobody going to listen to what I got to say ? He said , surely not . But somebody who was an influential figure said to me . He said , hey , you need to start a podcast . That was enough . He gave me just a little bit of courage to say , all right , I got to do this .

He gave me just a little bit of permission for me to start preparing

. I'm here to tell you you don't need no permission from anybody to prepare . You don't need permission from anybody to prepare , you don't need permission . So I guess I'm talking to you right now . I'm giving you permission . I'm giving you permission to not need permission . Give yourself permission to prepare , to claim beforehand , to make it ready .

I'm going to make it ready . Claim beforehand to make it ready . I'm going to make it ready . I'm going to make it ready , I'm going to make it ready . So when I get there , when the opportunity comes , good God almighty , they're going to say , damn , he was ready . Yeah , you're right , I was ready . You know how long I've been preparing for this .

You know how long I've been working on me to get to this point . You know how long Not long I've already experienced this in my mind . I've been in the gym . I've been in the gym . I've been getting shots up to the point the janitors turn the lights off . I was still in there shooting . This is the mentality .

This is the mentality when you have this , with your preparation for where you're going to go . I swear to you on everything that's going to happen , you've been preparing , you have , you've been meditating , you've been meditating , you've been journaling . Ask yourself , though could I do more ? Do I need to sign up for a retreat ?

Do I need to get in the community ? Do I need to go to DG Mindfest ? Do I need to hire a coach ? Do I need to go to therapy ? What more can I do ? What more can I do ? What more can I do to prepare , because , eventually , that opportunity is going to come . You never know . Good God Almighty , stay with me now . I got to go .

I'm recording this right now . I don't know if we're at it , but we should be at 500,000 Instagram followers , right ? That was a goal that we had to hit 500,000 before January 1 . We're probably about three months ahead , four months ahead of time . We're going to end up doing it right , and I'm recording this . I don't know if we're at .

I think we're at like 394 , 94 right now , or something like that . Some of you have been along on this journey . Some of you have been , are new to it , but I remember . I remember February of 2023, . Here we are in August of 2024 . So not too long ago . I remember February 2023 , when it was at 8,395,000 followers . That was 8,000 . Say , wow , that many .

Look , it ain't about the followers , it was about the preparation . So when the opportunity came and here's how the opportunity came you ready . The opportunity came in the form of somebody who I did not know , took a reel .

They lived overseas , they had over 3 million followers and they posted it on their story and , before I knew it , the thing went viral and it just started to climb and climb , and climb . And now I say wait , whoa , whoa , look at all this , look at all this stuff . The opportunity had come , but you had been preparing yourself for this .

I had been doing a podcast , I had been recording , I had been doing all this . I had been preparing yourself for this . I had been doing a podcast , I had been recording , I had been doing all this . I had been creating eBooks and courses . I've been doing all that stuff . I've been doing all that stuff .

That's why we say the work in your shadows eventually is going to come to the light . The work that you do on yourself , that nobody's seeing , that's eventually going to come to the light , it's going to come to fruition , it's going to show itself .

So when we start thinking I'm just using this as a metaphor right now , followers , but the bigger picture is for you to realize that your time is coming , the opportunity is coming , it's coming . You better believe it's coming , be prepared . The opportunity is going to meet you at the same level of your preparation . Go ahead and make it beforehand .

Make it ready before you get there . Balance that checkbook , take that course , sign up for that retreat , get out of that relationship , do these things right now , energetically , and then watch how the physical world catches up . Watch how this physical world catches up . I swear to you on everything , as the old folks you say .

I swear Lord it's going to happen , it's going to play catch up . And then you're going to start to say , oh , my goodness . And then , guess what ? While you're preparing the next time around , because you know that life is only playing catch up with you right now , while you are preparing , guess what you're going to do .

You're going to be basking in the preparation

. I love working out , I love being in the gym , I love the grind , because I know that life is going to eventually catch up . And when it catches up , this is when we're going to be high stepping , like Dion going down the sidelines . It's here . Let's prepare for the next opportunity , prepare for the next opportunity .
