Exploring the Universal One: A Deep Dive into Divinity, Consciousness and Self-Discovery

I tell you this every time I have like the same intro and I tell you this all the time . This episode I've been waiting to put out , i've been waiting to talk about it . You know I always like my think tank , aka my shower .

I always get prompts in there of when to when and what to talk about , and this episode today has been on my heart for a while , but I wasn't , i couldn't quite figure out a way to articulate it to someone who has no understanding of any of it . So that's like this will kind of let you in how things work .

I comprehend something on the mental plane , but then that's a whole another , a whole another process that takes place for me being able to regurgitate it out to someone at the intellectual level of a child in this field who doesn't understand anything .

This is where I feel like my gift is is to take stuff that's really complex , that's really esoteric , and break it down so you can understand .

So this has been something that's on been on my mind or my conscious for gosh six months to a year , but it's just now I can finally explain it to someone and explain it to you in a way that , so you can , you can understand it . So you see the title of this episode , that you are the universe . You are the universe .

And I think , i think her name is Gabrielle Bernstein , i think that's her name , and she , i think she wrote a book called the universe has your back .

Okay , let me , let me , let me just kind of break this down , because a lot of times when we think of the universe , we think of just the planets and we think of like space and we think of like the solar systems , but understand that the universe is everything . You see what I'm saying , like the universe is everything .

It's not like separate , like space isn't separate from us , neptune isn't separate from us . We're all a part of the whole universe . So there's a book that I used I read through about three quarters of it's called the universal .

One is written by Walter Russell back in 1926 , and he starts off the book to book book one , chapter one is called creation , divine mind , god , spirit , creation and the order of creation . And he wrote in the beginning God , there is but one , god , there is but one universe . God is the universe . God is not one and the universe another .

The universe is not a separate creation of God's , it is God . So then he goes on to say nothing is which has not always been all created . Things are from the beginning . They have no beginning . They do not come into being . They are and always have been and always will be . Man conceives of a perfect and omnipotent God .

a perfect and omnipotent God could not create imperfection . It could not create a lesser than itself . It could not create a greater than itself . It could not create other than itself . God did not create other than itself , nor greater nor lesser than itself . So why let's hold it right there ?

So when I say that you are the universe and we can interchange God and universe and I know sometimes a lot of pastors and stuff don't like to hear that , they don't like to I remember I was watching

TDJs . This is before I had my like awakening . I was watching them . I used to watch him every Sunday , every Sunday . I couldn't wait , because you know we couldn't go to church anymore because of pandemic or whatever . I used to watch him on YouTube and he said I don't hear nothing about no universe , there's only God . I don't hear nothing about universe .

And I remember thinking like why is he so angry about that ? Why is he so angry ? But then I realized , if we talk about God , god will only apply to God , to you , so long as you were part of that Indoctrination , because if we go outside of that , there's other Languages that use a different word , but they're talking about the same thing .

So this put me on a hunt to figure out why . What is this thing ? Why are there ? why are there 26 different denominations within one religion ? Why are there to 26 different perspectives of Like one thing ? it's like . It's like . I don't understand . So like Catholics and then Protestants and then Baptists , like this doesn't make sense .

So like we're all playing on the same team . Right , we all believe , but yet we have our different rules within the team . I don't understand . So I started . So I say this because then I started to ask myself okay , that's within just this one religion , but then why is it ? when I go to a different part of the world .

They're like , essentially saying the same thing , but they're talking about a different name . There's a different name for it . They may call it Allah , they may call it Brahman , they may call it Shiva , they might . Why are all these like something ? okay , i realize these are just words . Then these are words .

For it to be truth , it would have to be universal . If it is not universal , then it's man-made . And if it's man-made , that means it's egoically made . Egoically in the sense that it's going to benefit Whoever is writing it . So we can use as an example .

If you look at slavery right , if you look at , i remember we used to read slavery books and like you hear , you know What is it called Thanksgiving and Christopher Columbus , and it's like Like , wait , what , why ? Why are like , so there was nothing bad about like . But then you start to question He like you're like , wait a minute , i don't understand .

Then you see , you read the books . You're like , wait , this is what happened in slavery , or this is really what happened . And the analogy that I'll use It's like the hunter and the lion say there's a hunter who's hunting the lion to kill the lion , but the only story that we hear is the story of the one who survived .

We only hear the story of the hunter . You don't hear the story , the perspective , perspective from the lion . So I started . My point of this is is a lot of times we we look at things based on who's telling the story , instead of the Universal picture , the universal whole . So my question was How and why there has to be something universal .

Why did human beings create religion ? Why did human beings create spiritual practices ? Why , why did we create this ? and why are there so many different things , so many different religions , so many different Whatever you call them in Doctrines ? why there has to be something that's universal .

And they're just all talking about it from their own perspective , like we've done within Christianity . Christianity has the Baseline , the premise , but then within it There's all these different perspectives that we call denominations . Do you see ? they're just interpretations of the one thing , that of Christianity , but then Christianity becomes the micro of the whole .

What is that one thing ? What is the universal one ? This is what I went on a hunt to try and figure out . So I Say that because when I say you are the universe , you had to understand and this is where science comes in you have to understand what this universe is comprised of . What this universe is comprised of is purely light . That's it Light .

That's all it is . It's light . Think about it . Everything is light , everything is light . Matter is light , light is light , mind is light , thoughts are light . There is nothing within this universe that is not comprised of these photons of light that we sometimes refer to as energy , and We know that this energy is conscious , that it is aware .

I should probably do an episode of just reading the whole Gateway analysis by the CIA . That was written back in 1983 . Well , they quantify . They quantify that everything is energy , everything is consciousness . When I say consciousness , there's another word for this . This is where semantics , words , mess us up . Consciousness could be , could be called spirit .

Spirit could be called being , being could be called the essence of God . Essence of God could be called the breath of God . There's all of these different labels , but we're all talking about the one thing it is light . That is all . Everything is , everything is comprised of light .

So the easiest way to understand this is that Light is the storehouse of the energy , of this universal consciousness . The energy of the universe is the energy of thinking mind . The universe is a universe of energy . Energy is then expressed as light . So this universe is mind . Spirit is light . Mind is a substance that is spiritual . So people don't realize .

When I say mind , i'm talking about big mind , capital , m , also called consciousness , sea of energy , conscious field of a universal field . There's all of these different words , but the words are what confuse us .

So I'm trying to get you to understand that there is no separation between you and anyone or anything else , because you are the one thing that comprises everything . This was what every sacred teacher was trying to teach you . You would not get to this universal understanding , though , without you first going inward and figuring out who you are .

So if I'm the micro and I wanna understand the macro , i really can't understand the macro before I understand the micro . Think about it If I am the micro version of something , i can understand the macro at the same level that I understand the micro .

But here's what ends up happening We get taught to understand the macro and never get taught to give energy to the micro . So now we're giving all of our energy to the micro and never to sorry , to the macro version and never to the micro , but the two were one in the same . They're the same thing .

It's like I was just reading something . I was reading a book this morning . They were talking about how your mind is like an ocean And the ocean has waves , And we're like we shun the waves , but yet we love the ocean . We love the ocean , but I hate these white caps .

I hate these rocky waves that rock the boat , but it's like no , those waves are the ocean . They are the micro of the macro . You love the macro , but you don't love the micro . We're doing the same thing .

We're not understanding that every we are the micro version of this whole entire planet , and this planet is the micro version of the solar system , and the solar system is the micro version of this galaxy , and this galaxy is the micro version of the . Do you see how it just keeps going on ?

This is why we live in a holograt sorry , fractalized , holographic universe , because it just goes layer upon layer upon layer upon layer upon layer . So , if I am the micro version , why don't I just focus on that ?

Because , as we keep going up , going up , going up , going up , going up , going up , going up , that micro version is still encapsulated inside of the biggest macro that there is , just like your cells Look at your cells in your body . Your cells in your body are you .

But we just say , oh , those are just my cells , those are no , that's just my hand , not a hand . Is you That hand is you ? That fingernail is you ? This is all a part of you but for some reason we think it's separate . It's not separate from you . You are not separate from the other person who you're working with , who you cannot stand .

Nothing is separate . That's why it's called a uni-verse . It is one word , it is one vibration , it is one energy . That is the illusion that it's separate from in its different parts .

So , if I have water , if I have an ice cube , if I have vapor , if I have these three different states of liquid , solid and gas , it will seem like they are all different , but they are all the same things , just merely vibrating at different frequencies . That is what this world is . We are all just the same one thing , vibrating at different frequencies .

This was what we called oneness . This was why we are here and why we incarnate over and over and over and over again for us to come to this realization that we were it . It was us . There was no separation . So this is why self-realization .

If you look at the ancient esoteric teachings of religions and occult practices , they were always talking about finding ourselves , because when you found yourself , you found everything else , because you were just a smaller version of it . But I couldn't , i don't have control on the things on the outside . I had control on the things on the inside .

So that's kind of the spiritual side of it . But understanding that you are the universe experiencing itself , you are it . You are this conscious energy experiencing itself through this perspective . So the analogy and I told you , there's fractalized , holographic universe . Another example of this is when you go and put on an outfit .

You put on an outfit , but that outfit that you were putting on you think it's just the outfit . No , that outfit is you . It is you , manifested itself in a different form . Think about it . When we see something on the rack at Macy's or Saks Fifth Avenue or Target , we'd be like girl , that is so her right there , that is her .

Or I'm telling you this shirt is you . Do you see that ? We say this all the time ? The clothings , the clothings , the clothes that you were wearing , are a manifestation , an extension of you . This is how you express yourself . This is what the universe is doing . It is expressing itself through you .

But you got taught , most likely most of us the ego makes us think that it's separate from us . No , no , no , that's no , that's it's separate . No , it is you , you are it . There was no separation . You and I had the ability , through going inward , to come through this , come to this realization . This is what separated us from every creature on this earth .

This is why , when you read the Bible and it says God was man's greatest creation , god was man's greatest creation because only man had the intellectual ability to come to a level of understanding .

Through going inward , through meditation , through self-contemplation , through journaling , through breathwork , we had the ability to connect heaven , which was the spiritual plane , to earth , the physical plane , through this thing , this connector that we call the mental plane , or also known as mind . So I started to realize I may have told you guys this .

I heard this voice tell me get to know me and get to know you . Well , i was still in my days of being closed minded and narrowed and I thought like , oh , that's God telling me , like , get to know God . I was like , okay , i got to go on a hunt to find God .

I just did what I did at the my level of awareness , to start reading every like every religious book I could . But then the universe was like yo , i need you to read some other stuff . So I got a book called let me find it here . Oh gosh , i can't find it . It was Esther Hicks , abraham Hicks , esther Hicks , it was asking it shall be given .

I thought it was Abraham from the Bible , so I got it . I'm like , oh yeah , yeah , yeah , i'm like I'm at the grocery store , you know Abraham , and I start reading . I'm like wait , what is this ? And my mind was blown . It was open . But I look back on it . I'm like , wow , the universe , the universe , because I am it and it is me .

The intention was set to learn it And through learning me I was going to learn it . So then , like a couple of weeks later , i'm at , i'm at , i'm at the grocery store and I became a really good grocery shopper during the pandemic . A really , really good grocery shopper , because nobody , everybody else , was afraid to go out And I wasn't afraid to go out .

So I'd go to the grocery . I know the aisles by heart , right , so I would go in there and go grocery shopping . And one day I just had this thought . I'm like okay , jesus , we know that Jesus in the Bible was not accounted for from age 12 to 30 .

Like 12 , he disappeared from the temples and then , 30 , he reappeared again from like the desert and he was doing all his miracles . It's like where was he ? all that time ? I was wondering , like , where was Jesus ? where was he ? where was he ? where was he ? And I'm walking down the grocery aisles right , i knew where everything was .

But then , for some reason , i'm walking down the aisle that has the like , the cards and the magazines , and I'm like , why am I walking down this aisle right now , knowing I don't need to go down here ? But , like I said , i was a professional grocery shopper . I knew where everything was .

I glanced and looked to my left And when I look to my left , i see a magazine and it's time magazine , and all I can see the title is Jesus , the lost years , what , the what ? So I'm like , yo , this is weird , this is crazy . This was literally what I've been wondering .

And then I'm walking down this aisle and then then here it is right here , and this caught my attention . We would say that's a coincidence . No , this is the universe interacting with itself . So when I want to better understand myself , i know that the universe is actually wanting to better understand itself .

So when you set the intention , know that there was going to be answers that will present themselves . But it's our responsibility to see the synchronicities or to see the connection within the two . And that , my friend , is what we call a miracle . The miracle is when you recognize that the universe is interacting with itself through you .

So I then go and order a book called Jesus , my autobiography . So I go ahead and order this and I start reading through it . And this was a channeled book , right ? I didn't really know what that meant , but I'm start reading . I'm like what does this mean ? Like what , what , what I'm reading . I'm reading the book where Jesus was in his last years .

I'm like what the hell is this ? I thought I was ordered because this was like talk about . My point of this is this When you set the intention , when you set the intention , this is essentially the universe wanting to understand a new thing And I say new in quotes because nothing is new from the new perspective that we call you .

So it wasn't that the universe wanted to know where Jesus was . I am an extension of it , and every time that I asked a question , every time that I had the contemplation , it is . That is it asking through me . That is it asking through me because I am the fractalized , broken off version .

I am the droplet that came from the ocean , trying to remember that it was the ocean instead of the droplet . Does this do you do ? do you comprehend this ? We are all the ocean , all of us , every single one of us , every single one of us is the ocean in the form of a droplet .

Some of our droplets have been colored red , some of them are colored purple , some of them are colored green , and then now we think that we're the green , we're the green droplet or the red droplet . No , you were the ocean .

We , though , as human beings , had the ability , through contemplation , through self reflections , through self inquiry , to come to the realization , to remember this , to remember . So I remember when , when I had this interaction with

. Sometimes we call the higher self , the Holy Spirit , the true self , the self , whatever you want to , whatever , whatever you want to . You refer to it as it doesn't matter . I don't . You call it just .

These are just man-made semantics , right words , but this , this pure , infinite knowledge , infinite creativity , the real us , the one that exists outside of space and time . We'll just call it spirit , for now I'm driving and I'm like man . I really , i really want to like , be this and I want to accomplish this .

And I heard my higher self say , aka the universe , aka the Holy Spirit , aka the Spirit . It says okay , if you want to know , if you want to become this , then I need to better understand myself through you . and I was like oh , oh , oh , oh , oh , i know what this means . This means it wants to better understand itself , but itself is actually me .

So , because it wants to understand itself through me , that means I have to better understand myself , and every time I better understand myself , it is actually better understanding itself from that perspective , in that lifetime . So , in order for it to better understand itself , i have to better understand myself .

But the only way I can better understand myself is through learning . But the only way I can actually learn is through hardships . Hardships , adversities , struggles , setbacks , oh my goodness . This is why we always have the downgrade before the upgrade . This is why we always have the pulling back of the bow before the arrow goes forward .

This is why we always dip down and gather energy before we jump . The pullback will always go , come after . That's the fractalized holographic universe . Yet again , here it is my own life .

In order for me to grow , i have the intentions , the thought , using this thing called the imagination , of wanting whatever it was , desiring it , and then the sorry , then , essentially like . The only way to do that is to grow and learn , to attune myself to the frequency of that .

See , what happens is , when you go through your hardship , you increase your level of understanding of yourself , your self-awareness . But as I increase myself awareness now , i increase myself worth . I know how much I'm worth now because I know what I am up until this point of awareness .

So as I increase myself worth , now I'm on the frequency of that thing that I believed I was capable of doing . But through this this is the energy exchange The universe understands itself now , through this new perspective . Do I understand myself better today than I did four years ago ? because of the hardships that I've gone through ?

And by understanding myself , it is understanding itself because there was no separation between me and it . So when I tell you that I love you , i love you , i tell you I love you because love was the recognition that there was no separation between anyone or anything .

So I love the aunt just as much as I love you , i love my dog just as much as I love the guy who has just committed murder , because I recognize that there is no separation between the aunt and the guy who created murder .

The only difference is , is the guy who created murder , the guy who committed murder , the woman who committed murder does not yet realize that there was no separation . And when you get to this point of this non dualistic perspective , you will see the beauty of life . This was what life was . Life was everything . It was all things encapsulated in one .

That's why we call this the universe . So you are this universe . You are . This is why . So I go , i go back to the hunt that I went on . I wanted to understand there had to been something that was universal . I'd hated to see the separation . I hated to see like . You don't like me , because I don't believe what you believe .

But yet we just have different perspectives . And the reason why we have different perspectives is because that's what originally it was always Supposed to be , because it wanted to experience different perspectives .

It did not want to experience the same thing over and over and over again , which is why you don't wear the same clothes over and over and over again , because you want to experience your life from different perspectives . You are the micro version of the macro .

So the beauty of life , if this , if this world is ever going to come together , it has to come together through attuning ourselves back to what we actually are . It is unity . Unity , uni means one . You cannot have unity with duality , with division , you cannot . So how in the world am I going to ever achieve peace and harmony within this life if I won't ?

even I don't even agree with you because of who you sleep with . Now you all really , really want me to get going . Hmm , if you really want me to get going , so wait , i have a problem with you because you just so happen To like your the same sex as that you are .

So if you're a male and you enjoy being with men , now I have a problem with you because of my Belief system that tells me That I'm supposed to love everyone so long as do ? you see the flaws here ? That's how you know . It's man-made , and if it's man-made , it's going to be egoically made .

There has to be something that's universal , that would transcend it all . There has to be something universal . This is what oneness was . This was what christ Consciousness was . This was what the buddha was . Buddhism This is what all of these teachings were trying to get you to see that there was no separation . You were it .

So that's why I don't like if you see someone who does not have the same belief system as you . They don't have the same um Sexual preference , they don't have the same political affiliation . It is not your job to sit here and land , base them and put them down and say you're wrong and I'm right . No , because that's just merely their perspective .

I know at times it may seem as though that's what I'm doing . No , i'm just trying to get you to see other perspectives because as you see more perspectives Now , you will have a better picture of the one thing I .

I heard a story of a guy who was racist I mean super racist until his daughter Went and had a relationship With a black person and got pregnant . And he was racist Until he saw his granddaughter being born And when he saw this interracial child who came into this world With no belief system , yet No Indoctrination , just purely One .

No ego , yet just oneness , pure unity at its finest . Something overcame him , he said , and he said I could never Be racist , ever again . I could never have a problem with another human being because of the color of their skin . When I recognized and felt what I felt when I saw my granddaughter , do you see what happened ? Do you see ? He experienced Unity .

He experienced Oneness . So why do I say this ? Because it is your responsibility to do the work on yourself to achieve this self realization that you were one with everyone and everything And that there was no separation that this ego had created . There was no separation . It was your responsibility . No one else will do it for you .

I used to say I want to change the world . I realized I can't change the world before I change me , because I'm the micro version of the world . Let me first start there . Do you see how this works ? When you change yourself , that is when you are changing the world .

So if you want this world to be a better place , then we need to be better as individuals . The micro needs to take care of the micro and through cause and effect , the six universal law within this universe , the micro will be taken care of . It starts with you because you were it . You are the world . We are the world , we are the children .

You see , michael Jackson , i'm starting with the man in the mirror . I'm asking him to change his ways , and I don't know the rest of the word . I kind of hum it so sorry . Do you see ? You are it , it is you . You cannot make change . You cannot make change in your community . You cannot make change in your family . You cannot make change in this country .

You cannot make change in this world until you have made the change within yourself . And how do we make change in ourself ? How ? You must open your mind . A closed mind is a closed heart , and if you close off your heart , you are literally closing off the thing that was leading you and guiding you in this physical existence .

Your heart was what had the cell phone number to the spiritual plane , the real part of you , the part of you that existed outside of space and time , the part of you where infinite potentials existed . When you close your mind , you're closing your heart . Keep your heart open . This is why this world is moving towards a heart centered world . It's no longer it's .

We're starting , we're in the age of moving past this being this mind . This mind . Mind first , no , it's heart first , heart first . The real heart is spirit . So my point of today was to get you to realize that you were everything that you were ever looking for . You were it .

It is you Those of you who know me well enough and you know me well and you've been able to kind of you know me for the last four years . You've seen this change . You've seen this evolution that's taken place at a rapid weight rate , to the point where I even have ex teammates that say I'm crazy . Now , maybe I am crazy , maybe I'm not .

That's your own individual perspective , but from my perspective I sure don't feel like I'm crazy . I don't feel as though I'm flying off the handles . There are times that the ego will come in and create this dualistic perspective of saying you're wrong here , you , you don't know what you're talking about .

But then I realized , oh , wow , this is just the ego trying to keep me in the same place because it's uncomfortable right now , because I could be on the threshold of better understanding myself through this new perspective , through me opening my mind . My point of this is this Open your mind so your heart can be open .

I always tell people if you have a belief system . That's fantastic , great . Open your mind up and go outside of it . Don't just go to the same , the same thing . Don't just go to the same . You have been a golden corral . Go to a buffet . You go to the you . Just here's what we do . We go to the same exact What is it called ? Trey ?

right , we go to the same tray . We go right to the tray that has mashed potatoes and we just get mashed potatoes . And we just get mashed potatoes and we get mashed potatoes . You know we'll be like , oh my goodness , these mashed potatoes . Girl , golden corral is amazing , those mashed potatoes . And it's like wait , wait , wait , wait , wait , wait , wait .

I understand what you're saying , but there's green beans there , there's baked potatoes , there's sweet potatoes , there's fried chicken , there's grilled chicken . They even had roast beef on that day , but you never tried it So you could see if those mashed potatoes really were it .

This is what I'm telling you Open your mind , allow yourself to try all the different foods at the buffet and then you will now have a better understanding or more perspective to decide whether or not you like those mashed potatoes . This is all that I did . I was within one tray , one belief system , i stepped out of it and said let me see if there's other .

Wow , all of them resonate with me . All of them resonate with me . I love all of them . I love different parts of each of them , and all they're doing is helping you better understand yourself through different perspectives . So what is my point ? I'm rambling again , i'm ranting .

My whole point of this is this Understand that you are the universe on a physical level , right , metaphysical level , on a spiritual level . It's all just one thing . That's why we created these belief systems . That's why we created religions . That's why we have this thing called spirituality .

We created it because , for some reason , on some deeper level , man desires to know itself . Man desires to know itself because , for some reason , it's like this , this inherent knowing that I am something more , that there is something more . The reason why man knows that there's something more is because man was the thing that it was seeking . Do you see ?

That's why we were the greatest creation . Not greatest in the sense that we're better , but greatest in the sense that we're the only thing that can recognize intentionally that we are one with everything . Or maybe animals have it figured out Really . Maybe animals are the ones who know that they're one , which is why they can coexist and cohabitate .

I don't know , but you have the ability to recognize or remember . Recognize , remember that you were the universe . The universe is you . Open your mind , open your heart And I can promise you the universe will literally guide you to where you need to go , so you can start the journey of remembering .

Open up that top on the convertible , let the wind blow through your hair . Open up that mind And let your heart lead the way . Open the pathway to your results .
