The second myth when it comes to digital marketing is that everyone can already see my posts. This is for all the business owners that post every single day. Even if you post four times a day, you're only going to get two to 3% of those people on Facebook, and even Instagram are going to see your post. Even if you have a million followers, the algorithm has completely changed. So Facebook's business

model is about advertising. So naturally, since too many people are posting organically, the engagement rate for those posts is not as high so you need to put out advertisements on those platforms. Places like tick tock or LinkedIn currently are performing pretty well. But if you're a business owner who wants to do b2c, Facebook and Instagram might be the only platforms that you market for so you must run advertising. As always, thank you guys for

listening. And if you think this episode is brought you some value, you can text the word podcast to 516-447-5332 and you will be the first to know about new episodes and you can even ask us questions about the podcast or about digital marketing in general.
