Yerba Buena Engineering and Construction President and CEO Miguel Galarza shares his inspiration for starting the company as a Hispanic business owner in San Francisco, California in 2002. Galarza talks about his background working as a journeyman carpenter in the labor union and then working for a SBA 8(a) contractor while learning to manage projects for the federal government.
