Have you set your goals for 2022 yet? Don't worry, I'm not here to criticize you if you haven't but 2022 is right around the corner... While no one knows what it will hold for you, I do know one thing that's an absolute fact.
No goals = No Success If you don't know where you're going, how are you going to get there?! Today I'm bringing you another interview I did with one of my clients, Carlton. He is amazing. Specifically, his mindset and the way he takes the information he learns and makes it his own. If you don't know who you want to be in 2022, I encourage you to watch our interview and model you're future mindset off of Carlton's. Because it's people with mindsets like his that succeed on this journey. The good news is that you don't have to be born or "blessed" with a mindset like this, it's something you create.
