In this episode Tom tells the story of how he came to be at Scotch and his first impressions of the school when he arrived in 2008. He provides insight into his day-to-day activities as Principal, from leading a staff of over 300 to working with the School Council, regulators and stakeholders in developing an educational vision for Scotch. Tom reflects on the greatest challenges he has faced as Principal and shares what he believes makes Scotch successful.
