I’m joined by a very special guest this week: Gregorio Oglioni. Gregorio is CCXP Certified and has been in customer experience for a long long time!

Gregorio is one of the very few experts, linking customer experience directly to your P&L!  We are discussing this link  in our interview today - something a lot of experts shy away from.
It’s not that straightforward to calculate your financial investment into hard core dollars - or in Gregorio’s case Swiss Francs!

We chat about CX in Switzerland and Globally, we touch on his podcast “the CX  goalkeeper” and of course Gregorio will reveal what football has got to do with all of this! 
We discussed our experience at last year's DACH CX Awards and the importance of CX experts to work in collaboration with each other but also with all the various areas of a business.
