What a CEO needs is resilience! But ironically resilience needs building and it’s not enough if you, as the CEO, demonstrate this skill, your team (what we call the C-Suite) must be resilient too so that you can do the strategic thinking whilst the team executes the direction of travel. Nadia and I discuss how the role of the Business Leader has changed over the last couple of years.

It’s so much more than stakeholder analysis, ensuring skills & technology are deployed sensibly and the commercial aspects of the business are thought through.
