Episode description

Welcome beautiful soul. Today's meditation takes a unique turn as we delve into mantra meditation. This simple but profound meditation intends to restore inner peace, encouraging balance, harmony, and a resonating peace with the universe around.

When your peace consciousness is enhanced, it doesn't only resonate within, but reflects in your outward aura. It's your intrinsic power, made more impactful by tuning into it. As you learn to embrace silence and space, you essentially cultivate your inner peace, which reverberates into the world around you.

Our modern life rarely affords us moments of pure stillness, a prelude to mental, physical, and emotional overload. This meditation helps you unplug from this overwhelming stimuli and focus inward. The aim is to create a hold on a serene mantra, 'Om Shanti', symbolising peace within and around.

The mantra can be voiced out loud, whispered to oneself, or merely heard. With each repetition, strive to immerse deeper into the silence and space between mantras.

Your journey begins with getting comfortable, shutting your eyes, and tuning into your breath.

Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth or nose. Use your breath as an anchor, a grounding force that quiets your thoughts and ushers peace in your mind and body. The breath then becomes a tool, guiding your focus onto the mantra 'Om Shanti'.

Throughout the musical interludes and mantra chanting, let go of distractions, centre yourself, and reiterate the peace chant. Impressively, your inner peace will reflect outwardly, radiating an aura of tranquillity. Remember, peace begins with you. Thank you for listening.

Cultivating Inner Peace

Welcome beautiful soul. Today's meditation is a little different. It is a mantra meditation and whilst it may seem simple, it is ever so profound. The intention of today's meditation is to return you to a state of peace.

When you feel peace within, your mind, body and soul merges into balance and harmony and you move in harmony with the world and the universe around you when you are connected to peace within you radiate peace outwards you can feel it you can see it there's no denying it in peace consciousness it becomes more impactful the more that you tune into it.

Embracing Stillness and Silence

Cultivating deep peace within also cultivates peace into the world around you. Learning how to fall into the stillness, the space and the silence is learning how to access your own inner peace. It is about devoting time to silence and space. It is about turning off all the stimulus around you and tuning more deeply into yourself. For most of us, our minds are constantly on.

We are constantly on. And this results in mental, physical, emotional and energetic overwhelm, which then leads us feeling tired and depleted.

Importance of Space and Silence

Pure stillness, space and silence is something that most of us do not take for ourselves, but it is something that we need more than ever. For this meditation, we are going to turn absolutely everything off, including the words in this meditation. We are going to cultivate space, stillness, silence and peace. Your focus will just be on the mantra Om Shanti. Om Shanti means peace, peace within and peace externally.

You can either say the mantra aloud, say it silently to yourself, or just simply listen.

Mantra Meditation Practice

There is lots of space between each mantra, so invite yourself to fall deeper into the space and the stillness between each mantra. To begin, get yourself comfortable. Close your eyes and connect to your breath. Breathing in through the nose and exhaling completely through the nose or the mouth.

Tuning into your breath tuning into this present moment using the breath to anchor you to ground you using the breath to soften your thoughts using the breath to surrender the mind and the body, using the breath to create stillness, space and peace within. Using the breath to direct your focus and your attention on the mantra Om Shanti. Music. Aum. Aum. Shanti. Shanti. Shanti.
