Gypsy Rose Lee with special guest Jacq the Stripper

Jacq the Stripper joins Kaytlin Bailey to talk about American icon, Gypsy Rose Lee. Gypsy was born into a multi generational family of scrappy independent women. After realizing she couldn't support the family as a vaudeville performer, Lee turned to the more lucrative craft of burlesque, which she transformed with her wit and wisdom.

Like Jacq, Gypsy was a brilliant stand up comic & author in addition to being an accomplished strip tease performer. And like Kaytlin, she eventually was drawn toward leftie political activism. Jacq & Kaytlin also talk stage moms, madness, and the importance of laughing at yourself first.
