Episode description

How do you make a sequel to one of the most profitable and iconic horror films of all-time? The original director didn’t return to this film because he thought the script (and I quote) “sucked!” Speaking of which, the script was written no less than five times. And even then it was being re-written as they shot the film. The star of this film had to read cue cards because he showed up every day completely drunk. To this day, it is one of the most critically panned horror movies ever made. The premiere screening of this film was so disastrous that it almost incited a riot amongst the audience. Strangely enough, both Martin Scorsese and Quentin Tarantino love this sequel.
