Get ready the second day of July twenty twenty four, allegedly, according to that thing we call a calenter, this the o'celli effect. You they're listening to it, and hopefully you're catching us live on a teers day, and if not, you're here in the podcast, which is what most of you do. Anyway, Welcome to it. We got a few things to cover, because, after all, the chicken littles and the braggadocious are running the
mainstream media gambit, So why not let's get to it. I mean, substack is is a light with delight or fright, depending on how it goes. Because Trump is going to have the imperial presidency and he has immunity, and he guy he won in the Okay, get to the realism on that in just a moment, But first we got to get to a couple other things. Look, there's other things happening in the world. Did you know that? Yes, on a Tuesday, it does happen. Okay, God,
it's just it's getting it's getting so strange. We got Hurricane Barrel apparently Barrel spelled kind of weird, barreling through you know, the islands there on its way to Florida. We'll see how that goes. And the b letter now in the hurricane season, so welcome to that that's going on. While Osha is trying to figure out some new rules for heat and stuff like that. RFK Junior, sending out email, says he has a plan to stop
you know, corruption in politics. Good luck. How does a politics, especially in America exist without corruption along with every other place on the planet. By the way, I don't know, and I don't think RFK Junior knows either, but it sounds good, doesn't it. Anyway? Fox News says that Kamala's camp or Camp Kamala, Kamala Kamala is upset. Why is she upset? Well, Bill Maher, who is apparently bucking to become the Rush
Limbaugh of the left, and he can't pull that off. But anyway, that's Judas Goat, you know, alleged lefty Bill Maher is out there, you know, trying to sound good, trying to sound middle of the road, trying to bring it back to the old passion ways. And oh, by the bye, I'm still on board with all the stuff that you got to be on board with. But I'm a radical leftist and of course,
the mainstream media takes him as an exemplar of the left. The right way media takes him as the most dangerous left either is because he's got a large audience. I mean, I don't know what the viewership of HBO is in anymore, but that's basically his audience outside of when he does his uh whatever the hell that podcast is called, where he sits down, smokes a joint and asks stupid questions. I used to be a Bill Maher fan, by the way, just full disclosure there, but no longer. Uh, and
I haven't been for a lot of years. Anyway, Back to the point of the day, Bill Maher apparently is pushing bucking for let's replace Biden with the California governor. Right. He would be better, wouldn't he? As I pointed out on Friday, which, by the way, I'm gonna make a few comments about the Friday Show before I'm done today, just to respond to everybody's criticisms and to make something clear about that Friday show. But before I go there, let me finish with this. Apparently, you know he
wants to get Newsom in in the race for president. Let's let's pull Biden and put Newsom in there. There is enough time Newsom's a viable candidate. This is Bill Maher's brain trust is speaking, and Fox is reporting that Cam Kamala thinks it's racist. Yeah, yeah, can you say stupid? Distraction rolled inside him? An enigma inside of a riddle? What was that thing? Joe Peshi said in the movie JFK. Never mind, you're supposed to
believe that. I mean, look, if you're on the right, if you're a Fox News officionado, you love Guttfeld, you love that, you love that idea. It's wholesale stupid. As I've said on the Friday Night Show, this guy with the anti California sentimentality throughout most of the nation, a California governor. I mean, you're not going to get another one. It's going to be a couple of generations until we can get a Reagan in there again, a former California governor that you might be able to pass off.
You want to read Reagan's FBI files about how he was snitching on people too, But anyway, don't do that. Don't do that, because he's the paragon of the right right, even though he would not endorse what he's seeing today, but hey, paid no attention to sanity. What else do we have? Well, you know, there are Democratic lawmakers coming out and actually making noise that maybe Biden is a little bit handicapped. It took the debate for them to figure that out. Huh. I mean, how obvious
do you have to? I mean, what is the definition of beating a dead horse after the horse is long dead and starting to rot and the flies are actually what you're swatting at instead of beating the dead horse. We knew this. Why is this a surprise? Look, look, we proved it. You see, look at how sharp Trump was. You know, if you've ever been to one of those old folks homes where there's like, you know, the king of the old folks home, he's still just the king
of the old folks home. You take him out of the old folks home, he doesn't look so good. But I know, I'm just suffering from what is that again called Trump derangement syndrome? Yeah, okay, sure I didn't realize he was a scumbag before he was an old manner, But nah, he's acceptable, sure he is. Anyway, what else do we got to look at? Just in brief before I get in depth. Oh you know, I did get distracted earlier today when I was collecting news because there
was a shooting event that took place in California. And it turns out it was just some kind of crazy thing in a mall and there were four suspects that went in the car and got captured pretty quick. But I gotta give it to the Los Angeles TV people. They had live helicopters on guys surrendering, And you know, I think LA cops are starting to learn their lesson because they didn't beat him, taste them or nothing. They seemed to take him into custody and wait to beat his ass till they got him, you
know, back at rampart or whatever. Anyway is what it is. Hey, remember that twenty seventeen Unite the Right rally apparently, you know that whole thing where Trump said they're really great people on all sides, you know, which would be unacceptable for a whole bunch of reasons today. Not because Nazis are on one side or anything, screw that, but there are good people on both sides. You can't say that in America anymore. You got to
pick a saw I damn you excuse me. Anyway, you remember that thing, right, Heather what's her name? She got run over killed somebody decided to drive a car over. Of course that wasn't the whole thing. You will not replace us blood and soil, tiki torches and idiots a galore all that weekend. Well apparently there are eight defendants, which at first they were given a twenty four million dollar settlement amount that they were gonna have to pay
out to people. Well now they're gonna have to pay out one hundred and fifty thousand dollars to eight eight people that are receiving settlements there, so one hundred and fifty thousand dollars apiece for the damages done from that Unite the Right rally in twenty seventeen that was rolled on by a judge today. I'm sure there'll be more appeals. I did already mention Ocean trying to change its heat situation, right, yeah, I mentioned that already. So what else is
going on in the world? And attempted coup in Ukraine was put down and nobody sure if Russia had anything to do with it. But if I was a betting man, I would I mean, and I'm still look I'm not gonna get bogged down in my Russia coverage here. I'm not going to get bogged down in any of this Ukrainian discussion here, because to lose lose thing.
If I try and analyze that at all and I don't fall on the right side of it as far as the listener is concerned, and absolutely on the right side of it, then I'm some kind of pos gatekeeper jerk, who is, you know, being a mouthpiece for one agenda or another. But I wonder, just objectively, why the hell is that going on so
long? I mean, pouring in some US weapons and this and that, and also everybody was telling me that, you know, we were about ready to have a nuclear war because six people died on a beach allegedly after a drone attack that came from Ukraine into Crimea. I mean, I don't know. I just said here, scratching my head, why this is going on as long as it is? And I also wonder what the rest of Europe
is thinking. I did see some news that there was a new European sort of federation being formed, and maybe Turkey is getting involved in that in some odd ways, and they might create a new European Alliance. Now, I wonder if it'll usurp the financial and otherwise agreement of the European Union. And I'm just wondering these things aloud, not stating that this is what's coming. But I can tell you about a lot of things that are coming, and
I often do and get told how crazy and stupid I am. So back to that Friday Night Show commentary that I wanted to get to really really quickly before we get into the featured event of tonight's discussion. I don't want a debate on the Friday Night call in show. B Pete likes to debate. B Pete likes to argue, and he's insistent on it. I have no reason to argue that water is wet and the system is raped, and that yes, indeed, in my view, point blank, you're not going to
change it. I'm not gonna No challenge is going to cause me to change my point of view that I believe is the reality of the world. Democrats, Republicans, part of the UNI Party, same thing, they accomplish, the same goals over time, no matter which way the pendulum swings. Now, maybe that's a product of coming from New Jersey but reality is reality.
And when we get into this whole the uh, you know, the the the the presidency now having absolute immunity, you know, so long as you're doing something that has something to do with official actions as a president, those things are what protected. Immunity is given to you. You can do all kinds of criminal, illegal things, and you have immunity if you're partaking into official act. But let's put that aside for a moment. I don't want to argue on that show. I let people say all kinds of stupid,
unrealistic things on the phone, co hosts, skype call ins. It doesn't matter. I'm not gonna challenge every single thing. We've only got two hours. And also I want to manage the time, better get to things quicker, not long dissertations. I mean, I know I gave Jimmy James five minutes. And then when when b Pete said, I want to get back around to a couple people toward the end, somebody pointed this out with the
podcast. You know, you had fifteen minutes left. You said, let me get back around to these other callers, and be Pete said, let me throw one thing in. We never got back around to the other callers. It's bad time management. It's my fault. But I'm not doing this anymore. I'm not debating the world is rigged. If you don't see that Republicans and Democrats are the same thing, then you don't see the world the
way I do. And you're not gonna and I'm not gonna see it your way, real simple, you know, it's sort of like arguing does God exist with somebody who absolutely believes it or who is in a devout about atheist. It's just a pointless, endless, time consuming, grinding argument. I don't want to do that. I'd rather be express things and bounce a few things around and try and have fun on that Friday show. That's what I
need, That's what I want. If you guys want debates, email me blind jfk researcher at gmail dot com or info at o'helly dot com and tell me I want that show to be all about debates. I want arguments. If you want arguments, I need more callers. I'm not gonna sit there arguing with Bpete and Jimmy James every week and hopefully Danny or Chris calls in. You know, from Florida or California. Forget if I'm mixing them up respectively there. But either way, at what I got four callers to work
with, not enough to have good arguments. Okay, so I need more people. If we want arguments, more people got to call in if you want to argue on the Friday Night show. And also I'd rather structure it. Okay, let's focus on one thing to argue about this week. Then if you want the argument show. But I figure you can get that from the mainstream. There's plenty of stupid argument shows out there. CNN's still doing it despite the fact that they struck Golder that debate fifty one million viewers.
Bar blah blah, barah. You know what they're They're counting part of the licenses they gave out to other people. But that's okay. At a certain point, Fox was beating them in their simulcast, but that's okay too, and I have been I know knowledge on that. It doesn't matter, folks, anyway, I don't want to argue on that show. I'm not going to argue about my worldview. You know, the unified concept of the reality of the higher powers that be even is something that I can't seem to articulate
to people. I just know what I see, and I understand the world in a certain way. And also a lot of things that I say get proven right regardless of how crazy I am. So let's cover a couple of things in particular that are slightly crazy, and then maybe I'll take a quick break, catch my breath, and we'll talk about this presidential immunity concept that again we got the chicken littles with the sky is falling. Oh my god, you know, any fascist is going to cause us problems, blah blah
blah. Which, by the way, even one of the Supreme Court justices in their dissent mentioned the idea that a president could turn around and ask for the murder of a political rival. I mean, if you can make that part of your official acts, it's all cool. But I got good news for you. Whether you love that decision or you hate it. And I know already if you're listening to me, you have probably a love or hate position regarding that ruling from Scotus. And I think you're gonna like my answer
or you're either equally like it or equally hate it. Guess I'll see in the long run. Huh. Anyway, I want to go to the common Reader dot. Let's see, Yeah, the Common Reader must won a edu dot edu okay, and the title of something I'm just gonna read from it briefly. This was published on July first, and of course that's yesterday. So Kinky Friedman, Charles Manson, and the Fruit of the Tune Records are
dead. While I would not want to imply that he who dies with the most news obituaries wins, you have to hand it to Kinky Friedman, whose death was reported by both The New York Times and Rolling Stone. For a songwriter, musician, and writer in the United States, that is a one two punch. Anyone would have follow them to the grave. Kinky Friedman, seventy nine dies. Musician and humorist slew Sacred Cows read the Times headline on
June twenty seven. Quote he and his band the Texas jew Boys won acclaim for their satirical takes on American culture. He later wrote detective novels and ran for governor of Texas. Continued the Deck. I am not crazy about cliched metaphors in the headline of a news obituary, but the Times was pointing to the controversial Kinky Friedman classics like quote they ain't making Jews like Jesus anymore end quote, with a lyric calculated to offend everyone, starting with his fellow Jews.
I never met a share or shared a stage with Kinky Friedman, but we were label mates in the nineteen nineties, along with none other than Charles Manson, who had more news obituaries in twenty seventeen than just about anybody, but was still, of course a profoundly un oh man, unenviable man. That record label, Fruit of the Tune Records died decades before Manson or Kinky
Friedman or thankfully anyone in our band Enormous Richard. The death of Kacki Friedman leaves me thinking about the demise of our record label more than thirty years ago, and waiting to memorialize it. Now. This is an obituary not of Kkey Friedman, but of the record label that he and we shared with Charles
Manson. So just to let you know, the article is written by Chris King, and this is published under the sub you know, the sub of filing of Film Music Visual Arts. Anyway, I just think it's interesting that people look back and think about the death of the you know, the niche record labels and stuff like that, and I remember that time, and boy, that was an interesting time. Nowadays it would just be a YouTube video
that would be viral and forgotten in the space of a weekend. Anyway, look to the show notes and you can follow along these kinds of articles any which way you want after the show. Also, they're mostly posted in the o'celly chat room at O'Kelly dot com. You can always roll it back and come back to the date of July sixth and find that I already posted a
lot of the articles that I am referencing and reading from tonight. I like this headliner in New Yorker magazine, and we'll just go with the headline the life and untimely death of a Boeing whistleblower. Before he died in March, Mitch Barnett cataloged dangerous flaws in the company's aircraft. I like how they keep trying to point out that, you know, Boeing made bad aircraft and there
were people trying to warn people, et cetera, et cetera. Then doors go flying off and spired airlines is pissing its pants by the way, they got sold recently. But anyway, you know, I don't know how much this actually affects people. I mean, if we want to talk about Boeing, maybe we should get to the Truth Out article right the nearly and this is the headliner from truth Out written and it was published on June twenty ninth,
Okay by Lindsey Kosgarion. Okay, under the Warren piece op ed subheadline, the nearly one trill in US military budget doesn't provide safety, only profit. Okay. Anyway, if you looked at the US military budget, this is the article. Now, without knowing otherwise, you probably guess we were in World War three. Our military spending is now the highest it's been at
any point since World War II, and Congress keeps adding more. The House of Representatives just passed legislation that will take military spending too eight hundred and ninety five billion dollars, while the Senate Armed Service Committee passed a bill that would total nine hundred and twenty three billion. Those totals don't even include the military aid to Ukraine and Israel that was included in the ninety five billion dollar war
package. Congress passed this spring where teetering closer and closer to a one trillion dollar military budget adjusting for inflation. The last time the national security budget topped one trillion was in nineteen forty five, the final year of World War Two. Unlike a World War, there's nothing happening today that can justify this level of spending. Even the war in Ukraine and the decimation of Gaza, which is being carried out with US supplied weapons, account for just a small fraction
of overall spending. So what's all the spending for. It's to keep the US military machine running as it has since World War Two, with the more or less explicit goal of global military domination. That goal is shared by many in Congress, but members of Congress also receive constant encouragement and campaign funds from for profit corporate military contractors, who can expect to receive about half of the total military budget. Anyway, I urge you to continue to read that article
at Truthout. It is loaded with some interesting facts, even though it is an op ed. Also, just general news, Daily News in New York City reports this headline, and you know I might have inaccurately earlier this year reported that Rudy Giuliani was disbarred on that Friday night show. He wasn't disbarred. They suspended his law license. Well today, as in just double checking my facts here, as in July second, New York has now finally disbarred
rulely Giuliani. So he lost his New York law license today. Why well, their claim is that it is for the inaccurate crap he was pushing regarding the twenty twenty selection. Okay, anyway, what else we got? Well, I guess it's time to get down to the real nitty gritty because the whole of the mainstream media, whether it is MSNBCCBS, abccnn, I'm sure if Bill Maher is gonna be on the air sometime soon, he'll bitch about
it too, just because it's figurehead time to roll. And a whole lot of other people are speculating sub stacking podcasting and going mad about the imperial presidency? Is it chicken little time? Is the theater on fire? Is the roof the roof the roof on fire? Is democracy dead? Is it all over due? We have a sovereign king of his own in America? Something changed? Tell you what. We're gonna take a break here on this Tuesday O'Kelly effect. I'll come back around and finish this one out less than an
hour. I'll round up all the news that's fit to be news best I can anyway, skipping a bunch of stuff. But what the hell, I don't do sports, and I don't really do weather. Anyway, I'll be back after this. The War State by Michael Swanson explains the great national transformation that took place and put the Kennedy presidency in the context of the Times and reveals never before published information about the Cuban missile crisis. President Kennedy would not
have been assassinated if he had been president two hundred years ago. His assassination took place in the context of the Cold War and the rise of the national security state. Before World War II, the United States was a continental republic. In the decade that followed, it became an imperial superpower. Generals such as Curtis LeMay not only wanted to invade Cuba, but knew that there were short range missiles on the island arn't with nuclear warheads that they could not destroy
because they were on mobile launchers. Their invasion could have led to a Third World War and they wanted to go to war anyway. So about a half hour deep into this July second broad cast here on the Ocelly Effect, and you know, I gotta say I almost didn't have the energy to get to it because what could I be stressing about? Well, I mean the Grand Debate. Ever since the debate debacle? Uh jee? Should we get Joe Biden out of there? Is there a serious concern all
of that? It's now been replaced by guess what the thing that dominated JP Statilli's rundown today, the news vandal himself. Go to Newsmandle dot com check out the rundown. You really should sign up, because I think JP is about ready to quit. Anyways, get in on it. Let's go with the lead and I'll just read the headlines running down. Okay, the twenty twenty three, twenty four Supreme Court that was and wasn't the Mega Supreme Court
is all the way here. Mega explodes over Supreme Court's ruling on Trump's immunity. Republicans are declaring victory after Supreme Court's immunity ruling. B U Law experts says, Supreme Court's immunity decision is a quote constitutional embarrassment. Supreme Court's Trump immunity ruling is what the body was designed for. Unpopular, but constitutionally correct. The Supreme Court gets presidential immunity only half right. That's the National Review.
By the way, Supreme Court's presidential immunity ruling could shield outrageous abuses of power. Reason dot Com Supreme Court rules Trump immune in quote improper end quote Jeffrey Clark scheme. As majority takes hacksaw to January sixth case, Trump attorney argues a fake elector scheme was end quote official act end quote. Trump moves to overturned Manhattan convictions, citing immunity decision immediately. Of course, Trump's Georgia
election case gets more complications after Supreme Court immunity decision. That's NBC News. The other one was New York Times. I can't go to New York Times anymore, though, because they want money. I'm not paying them anyway. Back to the headlines, housecoat has just blew up Jack Smith's prosecution. According to the Bulwark dot com, Clarence Thomas questions whether Jack Smith's appointment is even
constitutional. That's the federalist Trump says. Supreme Court delivered high levels spanking to Jack Smith. That's on the hill. Trump amplifies calls to jail top elected officials, invokes military tribunals again. New York Times dot com. Trump breaked in big money from foreign nations. Experts fear he do it more if re elected. That's the USA today. A bribe in exchange for a pardon.
Question Mark immune justices so to my air and Katanji Brown Jackson sketch out nightmare scenarios in Trump Immunity descents, Sonia so Tomi or voices fear for our democracy. In fiery Trump Immunity Descent, Chief Justice Roberts scolds leftist colleagues for chilling act of fear mongering in their descent. Trump Immunity ruling will be John Roberts legacy to American democracy. That's from Slate dot com. By the way,
anyway, do I need to keep going? I don't think so. The left and the right, the right celebrating the left not so much, and neither side understanding that this is just codifying what has already been obvious. Here's the funny part. All those people that were panicking, freaking out, screaming Trump is going to be taken down by Bridrid dragor jo Day. Yeah, he's not being taken down by anything, because all of his cases are evaporating,
as I predicted, stated and absolutely insisted would happen. He can't be sentenced now because they got to drag a whole bunch of things back in and figure out what was an official act and what wasn't in Anything connected to an official presidential act is no longer even offerable as evidence in any of these cases.
That's one side of the equation. So all of the supposed cases that, by the way, the obscene numbers here where Biden raised something like two hundred and twenty four million dollars this quarter for his campaign and Trump raised three hundred and thirty one million dollars for his campaign this quarter, according to public filings. In other words, that's the above the board money we know about. Okay, the FEC filings, the Federal Election Commission filings, that's what
we know about in the second quarter of twenty twenty four. That's the money they raised, So the billion dollar offices that they're raising money for, because that's how much you're gonna have raised by the time this is all said and done, you know, an easy billion apiece without a problem, if not more, if you're keeping track keeping score at home. Yeah, is Trump cann even? I mean, I understand some of the lawyers are provided by the Department of Justice, by the way, for Trump's still, but some
are not, and some of them will stiff anyway and not pay. But not only won't he pay there there is no prosecution going to hit him, nothing substantial, no penalty, not even the thirty four felonies that we were screaming about a couple of weeks ago. None of this crap is gonna count. It's all gonna evaporate. And whatever doesn't fully evaporate by the time he's
reinstalled in November, he'll just get rid of. And a big part of it, the thing that's already you know, the crumbling Georgia case, right, that's already a mess because that was sabotaged, like they shot themselves in the foot perfectly. All the way around, put the wrong prosecutor in there, put the wrong defense people in there, did everything wrong, and now they don't even have a leg to stand on the New York case, you know, the hush money case that we covered for weeks on it, and
gabble to gabla is also not going to count. A whole bunch of crap is gonna get kicked away because what can a president do that is not an official act. And here's the other thing with lawyers. The you know when we used to play tag as kids, remember the concept of electricity where if you're connected to somebody, then you count as touching the base as long as you touch somebody was touching the base. Dig this vice. Presidents are going
to get this coverage. Anybody acting under the president's authority will get this coverage because official acts are official acts. If you're executing things under my authority, it's all covered. This is a beautiful, beautiful illustration of the imperialist situation we're dealing with here. This is not constitutional republic where somebody comes in and represents us temporarily on the world stage. This is immunity. This is immunity.
And you know what they already had it because, as I said, I guarantee Trump will go to prison right next to any other president who ever went to prison before. Former presidents some of them should have according to my
understanding, because I thought nobody was above the law. You know, the people that illegally detained others, the people that murdered American citizens without due process, the people that turned around and absconded with all kinds of things, you know, and added of their own personal well through their office and created you know. I mean, you can just rifle through your head and pick aside. It doesn't matter whether you're on Trump's side or not. Here's the reality
and the thing that these Fox people and MAGA people are missing. How much immunity just got given to Joe Biden if he can claim that something was an official act either under Barack Obama's presidency or under his own presidency, any of those standards that we thought we had for presidents. I mean, all that ridiculousness. Here's the thing. It actually proves that Trump had it very very
right. Almost what is it. It's over eight years ago now when he started running for this ridiculous office and he basically said, you know, how need to shoot somebody on Fifth Avenue. Nobody will change their vote. Yeah, nobody will change their vote, and nothing will change once you get in there. He figured out that if he could get in there, murder, mayhem, theft, felony doesn't matter. You're not going to pay for any
of it. And he loves that because he was already in a privileged position where he never paid for a damn thing he ever did to people, and if he did, it was pennies on the dollar. When somebody finally dragged him into court enough times to get it done, when he wasn't filing nuisance lawsuits, when he wasn't blowing up other people's money and walking away with his own, he figured out, Look, I don't got to pay for anything in this system. I mean, at a certain level, every American must
admit that they love the criminal element. We love outlaws. We have an outlaw based society. And who gets to be the ruler of that society he who steals the best. So Biden's alleged deals with China his bs. I mean, he's got a hunter out to dry. But you know, eventually, maybe somebody will pardon, Maybe Trump will even partner and Hunter. God help us all, it won't matter. And what is it that the president
can do that is not an official act while he's president? Please tell me, because if you go and you make a speech, even if it's campaign speech, you're acting as the president. You're still showing up as the president. You're representing the United States, You're on the job twenty four hours a day. When are you not participating in an official act? I mean they keep having these debates in the media now about what is going to be separated
from an official act and whatnot. But in all honesty, what is not an official act? So what you're telling me is, if you get to be president of the United States, you can pardon anybody you want. A matter of fact, you should be able to sell those pardons to people outright, because it's an official act. So even if I have bribery under an official act, I mean immune, right, I yeah, So pardon anybody you want, so you can take care of all your friends with their criminal
problems and you don't got to pay for nothing. Now, if you get to a certain level of wealth, you're almost guaranteed that. But you get an absolute guarantee of it if you get to the White House, I mean, was this not the case before? Is this a shocker? So look for all the Trumpet people who think this is a great victory, it changed nothing except it made me even more right about how all of his so called prosecutions are evaporating one by one and in quick order. Really okay, But
on top of that, it didn't really change much. It didn't guys, get over it already. It is what it is, So that's all there is to it. This didn't change crap. All it did is codify it and have people now arguing over whether it's constitutional or not. Now, I don't see this in the constitution. Apparently our Supreme Court does, and everybody who's on maga land side is just going up. This is the Constitution being properly implemented. Where is the word immunity in the constitution when it comes to
criminality? Is there is there immunity from criminal conduct in the constitution? Like do you get immunity from prosecute? Where is that in the constitution? Oh it's not there? Is it? Maybe it is? Maybe I missed it, or maybe we've all just had this wrong all the way along. I mean, why was there a need to debate this if this was just plainly there. I know it's all about interpretation, and I know the Scotus says, oh, it's so great. If you're on the right wing side of
things, that's wonderful, enjoy it. But all you're saying is that we have, okay, a circumstance where there is a monarch in charge. He's allegedly selected, but even if he is improperly selected and installed, if he's president and he's doing some official act, he's immune from any punishment. It's beautiful. It's gonna cover Biden, It's gonna cover Trump, and it'll if
we survive into the twenty thirties, it'll cover whoever takes over then. To I know, some of you just want Trump to keep going, or if not him, put Junior in there. Right. The only thing that got dispelled during that debate is that obviously Joe Biden was not on cocaine, because you don't act like that on coke. And also the other thing that was dispelled there is that you know, never mind, it doesn't even matter. All they got affirmed there is what we already knew if you were paying attention
and you see it through the same lens that I see it through. You knew that this is the way it was, So why is there any sort of outrage argument? Chicken little syndrome. The sky is falling. It's all crap the imperial presidency. Yeah, okay, So now it's the law of the land. And watch as they revisit the so called hush money case. Watches they revisit, destroy and demolish any of the cases against Trump, and quietly they should demolish even more against Biden. Hunter doesn't get this coverage.
But there's nothing saying that Joe Biden couldn't pardon him. Then why not just pardon them? You know, another quick thought. We never did get to see Trump's taxes, did we, except a couple of bs forms. But that's okay too. See, if it's your guy, he can lie right to your face, and anything he says becomes right because the king can do no wrong. Just like when you approach the emperor in Rome. Remember thou Art mortal, Remember thou Art mortal, Remember thou Art mortal. The emperor
is not. And whether he's wearing clothes or not, you people don't care as long as he's on the right side of what you think. To the side of right is and that's that. So the imperial presidency and the panic behind it, no big deal. The fact that Joe Biden is mentally deficient not a surprise. What in the hell else is happening in the world where people are still dying. There's still a war in Ukraine, Gaza, you know what, Another assault is about to happen. That's going to be rough
on the second largest city that they already leveled half of. And you know what, depending on who you are, it's just how you feel. He seems to determine the truth of a situation or what is right or wrong or righteous on this planet. So what can I say any longer to even begin the argument that somebody wants to have with me on Friday night, there's no point. State your business, state your desires, state your beliefs, and we'll make a show of it on Friday nights. Please call in and do
that. It's a lot of fun. Hopefully I'm gonna be talking to Mike Swanson tomorrow off air, but and find out he's doing He wasn't doing too well. He was feeling ill. Also, Larry Hancock was a bit so you know, two of my regular guys out for a bit. But I'm hopefully going to be speaking with Joan mellon this week on air. We'll do the Friday night call in show. We need variety, and I'm not there to argue with you, Pete. Pete might argue with you, I'm not
there to argue with you. I obviously can't control him, but it's not about argument be heard on the Friday night show. And we're going to get to some more interesting features in months upcoming, only a few months away till we get to JFK Lancer. And there is a discount if you sign up for tickets and all that stuff, Ocelli. Ten is a way to get ten percent off if you sign up at Assassination Conference dot com. But I'm definitely going to get more details, more intensely and do more JFK shows as
we approach that conference. In the meantime, a lot of things are rough. I've been a little under the weather too, but and it's hot out everywhere. Damn. I said I wouldn't do weather, and I just did. It doesn't really matter right anyway. I am really O'Kelly. All of you are indeed the effect dot Com Radio do use express my caller stools. There anyone else who happens to get on the air at lly dot com. Do you not necessarily reflect views of Door and we are not responsible for any
stupidite which might ensue. Thank you uncle. Do you remember that time when Benjamin Fulford said that an Asian secret society was going to dispatch ninja's to take down the Illuminati? Oh that's interesting, Yeah in the clattroum. Yeah did that ever work out too good? No? It didn't, did it? But here on Ocelly dot com Radio network things work out a bit better, don't they much better? What I mean, it's clear and understanding about the
programs. The programs are much clearer getting live people into it. They really have a good conversation going much better, much better scene. I say, forget Benjamin Fulford and his ninches and listen to the Ocelly dot com Radio Network. I agree, it's straight to the point, straight talk, and I like that idea dot com dot com radio network to the SA
