Propositive conspiracy theorists need to follow the money and keep an eye on the esoteric symbols as if they still wish to

You know, it's an interesting question there, because, after all, quite frankly, I would think if a nuclear facility was bombed, you might have radiation coming out of somewhere. But then again, Trump was explaining at NATO today that, well, you know, it's all buried under rocks. Anyway, I don't want to do Trump, not during this broadcast. Maybe in part two. I guess
we'll see. One thing's for sure, though, those gigantic what twenty thousand pound bombs with fifteen thousand pounds of explosive on them, I don't know. Maybe I've got those numbers wrong. I know I read them earlier, but I didn't commit them to memory. I'm certain that it's going to be a cash registered ringing for the military industrial complex, because you always got to replace stuff you drop on other people.
I mean, you know, And meanwhile, oil prices stabilized quickly, but gas prices stilling up, you know, during the twelve days warm but you know because of instability in the Middle East. Wait a minute, somebody burying a stranger semblance to me told you about this already. Big oil doesn't want to lose out. Well, you know, we're getting ripped off by the big tech bros, the technocracy, elon, the many five families that run every single industry, from the media, on and on and on.

transaction out of getting a pardon. So you know, if did these people are listening, it doesn't matter how much baby oil is on that money. Trump will take it anyway. System of a down, bring your own bomb. It's always that way. And I gotta say it's getting more and more interesting. Perhaps I'll come back in the next segment and talk about these things some more. But as I sit here and I grieve for what has been and what has been deceived, I do think about the fact that people have not quite understood this entire Iran Israel circumstance. See, you guys are still taking it seriously. You don't realize that there is literally something called collusion and this was a collusionary act in order to do what. Okay, it's a little more complex than just the oil payoff, but I'm telling you that's a big part of it. Big oil needed to get paid off.
They were losing money for a little bit, and now they're not because the prices are up and all your energy costs are up. So now all of the energy billionaires are cashing in rrsses, just like everybody else who provides even a scrap of food. At this point, I want to talk about shri inflation when it comes to your cupcakes. Take a look at how much more you're paying for an hour's worth of electricity already, and I
mean just in the past thirty days. It's beautiful. I mean, look, if you're in the south, you're trying not to suffocate on especially in the southeast, you're trying not to suffocate on the humidity. I know that, and it's over one hundred degrees and in Arizona it's way over one hundred degrees. But you know, in other parts of the country it's still getting weird. And the prices are up everywhere, not just because the grid is stressed, but because the financial

We're detailed in a court filing. The settlement contemplates O'Neill's paying ready for this one point eight million dollars. Now I'm
pulling away from the article for a moment here. See, Shaquill, just like those many other people that you know, went around endorsing all those crypto deals, and then you notice that's dispirit from the media and nobody says anything about it. Well, he was part of that whole bankman freed thing, I think right. Anyway, let's take a look at this real quick.
The fact that O'Neil agreed to pay seven figures in a settlement, which must be approved by US District Judge K Michael Moore, is a significant development in an area of law that has historically favored endorsers. O'Neil is one of several high profile celebrities sued by FTX investors who blamed them for recommending they invest their money into the cryptocurrency exchange. Like Tom Brady, shoey Otani, Steph Curry, Giselle Bunchin,
Naomi Osaka, and David Ortiz. O'Neil endorsed FTX, which imploded in twenty twenty two and whose founder Sam Bankman freed. There he is was convicted on fraud, money laundering, and conspira charges before being sentenced to twenty five years in prison last year. Unfair in deceptive practices, conspiracy to induced payments in a fraudulent enterprise, and aiding and a betting
are among the claims brought against the celebrities. O'Neill's involvement in the FTX litigation generated headlines when process servers representing the investors struggled to tack down the seven foot track down the seven foot, one three and twenty five pounds very recognizable. Former NBA star O'Neill fifty three, eventually was served papers while working as a T and T broadcaster for a playoff game between two of his former teams,
the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat. Pulling away from the article, check o'monte papers, Shack's got a show up for his job at the Papa John's. Like the commercial says okay. Over the years, endorsers have usually not been held liable for wrongful act committed by companies they endorse. Endorsers are paid to lend their name, image, or likeness in support of a brand, but their knowledge about the brand and
its leaders might be limited. Endorsers are usually not part of management and strategic decisions, thus aren't in positions to know of wrongdoing related to financial dealings and accounting. Endorsers who take an equity or a leadership role in a company or more exposed to legal fallout from company wrongdoing, but near paid in spokespersons are less likely to encounter
legal troubles. Those principles were evidenced in a litigation from two decades ago involving retired Major League Baseball All star Steve Garby. Garby endorsed Informa, a weight loss system that made untruthful claims, including that users could lose weight while just standing or sitting around doing nothing. The Federal Trade Commission argued that Garby unlawfully misled consumers, but the US
Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit disagreed. While Garby could have been more inquisitive about Informa before urging people to buy it, he lacked actual knowledge of any material representations and thus broke no law. Mindful of the garby a litigation. In similar cases, investors have depicted ftx's celebrity
investors as playing more instrumental roles than mere spokespersons. To that point, the celebrities FTX advertisements and social media posts arguably resembled financial advice while they aren't financial advisors, and in technical sense, some including O'Neill, have wide business portfolios. A viewer of a celebrity's FTX endorsement might reasonably believe it's based on the celebrities business acumen and investment in sites.
The litigation against these celebrities has encountered kurdles. Last month, More dismissed most of the claims. The judge concluded that although the celebrities can be blamed in a professional sense for lacking curiosity about FTX before telling fans it's a good investment, they didn't know about the fraudulent acts and
thus didn't commit fraud. Moreover, however, declined to dismiss claims under state securities laws since there is uncertainty about the application of securities laws to cryptocurrency, and it's possible the celebrities could count as agents of FTX. Okay, so here's what the problem is. Right, this article goes on and on and on and on and on. All right, cryptocurrency regulations proposed by the Biden administration. Blah blah blah blah.
