I'm just gonna handle a couple of things that I've been paying attention to a little bit and wondering about how much you're paying attention to them, and why. Let's start off with one of our favorite friends that quite honestly is getting a lot of cross talk. Yeah,
and people were discussing this on the Friday Night Show. People are discussing this in email chats, other chat chains out there, et cetera, et cetera, And even when I went on to Richie Allen Show this recently. Okay, let's talk about Alex Jones isn't it scary that his free speech is
being infringed upon? But it's not about his free speech. And also, isn't it suspect when a guy who has the ability to defend himself doesn't and is really just interested in No, I don't want to pay six million dollars a month for the next ten years to try and pay off my billion dollars worth of settlements. Nah, I don't want to do that. And uh oh personally file infra Warzo file and all these other wonderful things. And then and then, of course we have to have reactions, right, And I
love the news coverage on this because it's exactly what he wants. While his HBO special, I don't know how many people are viewing that because Max does release they're best numbers out there. Even though they want you to buy their service, they know the deal about how that's going to go, and they know how well Alex Jones is gonna help them sell that service. But how is the news covering the Alex Jones situation. Well, this is the way it looked last week, and now it's quite a down a bit, but
I figure we should get into it a little more. How is the news covering the reorganization, et cetera. Can you muster a war cry? It's a big joke. It's not really though. I mean it is, but it isn't. It's also inspiring. My fine, it's my resistance to them. It's a goss transmission as a human under attack. That's from Alex Jones
broadcast right. Somebody wanted to do a war cry and response and he's freaking out because they're asking for reorganizations of the bankruptcy allegedly, and they didn't want to go for the deal where he'd had to pay so many millions of dollars a month which he could afford, and they were talking about taking about you know, sixty percent or forty percent or these different percentages of his profit per month, which would have amounted, you know, two decent amount each month,
so many millions of dollars monthly based on the books that he's allowing them to see. See, here's the problem as he tries to shuffle money into his own father's company. And this is all publicly known. His father has a supplement company too. By the way, I'm sure other family members, I'm sure we dig deep enough, will find that his kids, his ex wife, his current girlfriend, lots of other people have supplement companies that you
know, he just magically wants to do business with. And the shuffling of shell companies in order to protect money and where it really goes and all that good stuff. What does he really own and what are his books? Actually, this is a game, and it's the corporate game that everybody plays. I'm not even picking on Alex. This is just normal. But he didn't like the idea of having to pay him about six million dollars a month for
the next ten years to try and pay off the billion dollars. Oh and then of course if there was a profit over six or eight million dollars a month, then they would pay another percentage of what profit that was. See, that was the thing missing in these documents and the discussion of it is he would have to pay some profit and then his meltdown after the weekend and
the organization and reorganization and are they shuddering info wars. I mean, you gotta look at the visual on this, but I mean, you just take the audio from my show and now I'm just showing you what Alex is covering his own alleged demise, right, you gotta beat these people. I'm trying to be It's a hard fight. These people hate our children. Can you muster these people hate our children? And can you imagine a more fakes sound
and cry and really take a look at it online? Is you know his studio has set up all that stuff that you money bomb to him in order that he could build This is the money that people were still donating, regardless of how many millions he was making monthly. You know, what can I say? Is this about free speech? Or is this just about corporate reorganization? And then they went after his you know, his Twitter account because there's value to it anyway. I check in with the AP over here because who
else are you gonna check with? Nobody is being objective about this, and nobody is asking any of the questions that really need to be asked here, which is, you know, honestly, can he actually sustain this damage? And if not, why did he appeel it? And if he didn't want to get into this mess way it is, why did he instruct his lawyers to maybe do the right thing? He had lawyers and they made no adequate
attempt to even file things in proper order on time to respond properly. He goes on air, makes more of a stink about stuff, calls the guy mentally deficient or whatever. I mean, the whole circus that he went through during each of these trials was clearly not an attempt to appease to fix to. I mean, look, you're getting sued, and you know that that's going to be the end of your livelihood, that's going to be the end
of the thing that you built for twenty years. You're not going to, you know, at least give the lawyers the orders to march forward and do their best to defend you. Nobody did that here. I mean, it's almost as bad as Fetzer, except I actually believe Fetzer couldn't afford the lawyers. Maybe, but Jones with many, many millions of dollars, you know,
the company is part of what's being attacked. The company with as many millions of dollars a month could have definitely retained a lawyer at least that should have been highly active. But didn't really didn't really do that. Huh. So if you go to the AP, who is Alex Jones? What is Info Wars? The tide is Sandy? Okay, how much money does Jones have? The big question in the ap section if you go to the articles and I'll give you the links to this stuff in the in the show notes,
how much money does e Jones have? Okay, you know Alex Jones has about nine million in personal assets according to his house let's see, including his house, excuse me, according to court filings in this bankruptcy case and Friday's rulings means much of that is to be sold off, but his two point six million dollar primary home in the Austin area and some other belongings are
protected from bankruptcy liquidation. He has already moved to sell his Texas ranch, which is worth about two point eight million, along with a gun collection and other assets. You really think that he's got to sell his gun collect like he's going to the pawnshop as some people are probably imagining trying to get rid of it. This is wholly ridiculous, and the company could absorb a lot of this now he's got his personal assets tied in with the company, I'm
sure. And the whole reason why they don't want to dissect things a certain way and put things in receivership here where there would have to be a situation is because he doesn't want to open his books, probably just like anybody else with a big enough corporation. After a while, you know damn well that you're not filing the real value. You know, damn well, you're not reporting everything. You know, damn well. So when that happens with almost
any major company, what do they do? They seek to hide it and seek to minimize action, and seek to limit the digging that people are going to do in circumstances like this. And he's got you know, digging in Connecticut and uh what digging in Texas, right, So you know, I'm just saying I believe wholeheartedly that his organization could absorb this debt, especially if they lay it out over you know, a decade. It's not a problem.
So why not function that way, use the lawyers to you know, calmly do this and that on appeal, reduce some of the settlement amounts over time. You know, ask your buddy Trump how this is done. He's always paid pennies at the dollar on lawsuits. I mean, it's not that hard, guys, really it is. And I know bp't debjected to this on Friday when I brought it up. But come on, dude, this is the truth of the way corporate America runs. And anybody who's talking about
this going it's about Alex Joanes First Amendment. Isn't that scary to you?
No, it's not about Alex Jones First Amendment. It's about him doxing people and literally pulling people into the public spotlight that didn't ask to be and accusing them of doing horrible stuff, and also having a circumstance where you know, damn well, you've created an activist group out there that will go and address these people, that will go and harass people at the very least, that will go follow through and when you dock somebody show up at their house,
they're going to show up at the public facilities. They're going to harass random people into town. You knew that was happening as it was happening, and I'll bet that there's evidence of him supporting it, which is why again he didn't even make an attempt to answer any of the stuff, because maybe there's even more. I mean, they did, you know, supposedly accidentally turn over his personal cell phone, but you know how many cell phones there were
in that active organization that they could probably track things through. I mean, they brought up the one reporter guy who was apologetic, sitting there scared to death because he's thinking, I don't want to be attached to this lawsuit. He doesn't have millions of dollars per month coming in for his income. He doesn't own info wars in post systems, all these other you know whatever, eighteen different shell companies that sell vitamins. He was sitting on the stand going,
look, look, look, I don't know what I said. I don't know what I did, but I think I was right. And he was still kind of belligerent and yet apologetic at the same time. The young reporter guy I don't even remember his name doesn't matter because Alex Jones has an army of eighty of those guys at least, and most of them he doesn't even pay, and they'll turn around and submit information to him and everything else. It's not about Alex Jones getting his free speech shutdown. Okay, you
don't have the right to attack other people. You don't have the right to infringe upon other people. Yes, you have the right to comment on public figures, but commentary and literally encouraging others to go after other people is a different thing. I mean, you know, forget about journalistic ethics. He allegedly has and we're fighting a new world order with the true information. And you're a big tough guy also until they're taking me, I'm a human.
That's the way he sounded. Okay. I'm not even making fun of him. That's what it sounded like. I mean, maybe maybe I'm mischaracterizing that. Am I mischaracterizing it? Or is this the same guy who also you know, has been for years thriving on this kind of stuff? You sun up a bitch. You want to cause problems. You can't ad to see your website Scott cops wearing marine cord drill SARTs and hats. I mean, I just can't handle something. Come up with the already marine course, do
my ny? You know what? You guys are a bunch of play soldiers, and I declare assistance to your charity. See I did not get mad. They sat. I have interested and work on the film mobile, work extra hard and I've never do so that makes it okay. So people have been putting him to metal songs for years now, you know, all different
styles. That's one of my favorites there. But Also, I kind of like this one about about liberals and what he's got to say here, you know, at mid Mobile whoops, Okay, I I gotta I got a mint Mobile ad in the middle of the Sorry, I'm trying to play this stuff straight from because I don't want to downloads of stuff and he would begin
to keep it anyway. The first call cat three bunch of a baby and kills little kid before they start talking till the person this guy tell they they all run over serving the sit with each other and they see the middle First there's cow, you're a baby. And this is ser there's real Satanic power and killing babies. They're killing babies. If you begin to take this guy seriously, right, and the most evil force on the planet is there, and dear God, here it is. The evil force is here, and
you must oppose them. And you start listening to that every single day, and you start believing in all of that good stuff, what does it turn into? Right, It is literally the evil Hillary Clinton's drinking the blood of children. Blah blah blah blah blah. We found stuff on the internet.
We know it's been documented. It's out there. It's out there, it's been documented, and then he starts doing these weird rants and then they put them they string them together to these metal songs, which cracks me up. But honestly, I mean, if that's the way you're presenting it to your audience, that look, we're good, god fearing people and this is literally
the adversary. This is literally the evil of all evils. Are you not supposed to oppose them with everything you have or you're not supposed to take you know, take that seriously? Oh no, And these people are coming for your guns, don't forget. And they're also just part of the agenda that's here to destroy America. And at the very heart of it are these people that are making up sick things like children that didn't exist, et cetera.
Right, And I know there's a lot of people out there that still want to defend the Sandy Hoax concept. I don't get it. I don't get it. I just don't get it. You think that that is still the way that Why isn't anybody concentrating on what has gone on for the past many years regarding taking away that's an amendment, you know, taking away the guns for real. And it's not just all left wing stuff. I mean, somebody want to talk to me about how you know Trump was very proud to
ban the bump stocks. I know they just reversed that. Anyway, it's impossible to keep track of what's going on with the Supreme Court. Look, I don't even want to all, but stop telling me that this is about this guy's First Amendment rights. It's not about First Amendment. See free speech and the fact that the government doesn't have the right to infringe upon it,
to lean upon it right one of those uneleenable rights. It is not about being able to use speech and language to encourage others to attack, to encourage others to do harm, to do harm with your words. You can do that if you encourage a movement. I mean, so what you're telling me is, look, I encourage the crowd to go and riot, but I should not be held responsible for the fact that they went and rioted. I didn't riot. I just told him to go do it. Now. I
know that's touching upot oh Ja six day six. No, I'm talking about in general, if you encourage a crowd. Look look on any of your local laws anywhere you'll find if you encourage others to commit a crime. If you just talk to I mean, think about this. How many times do they get a mob guy for conspiracy because he told somebody else to commit a crime, not because he did it, but because he told somebody. Well, that's freedom of speech. No, you see how that doesn't work that
way. So if you're putting the information out there calling people the ultimate evil, saying that they are the people trying to steal your country, your guns, your god given rights, trying to steal your god, that they're part of the Satanic agenda, if you do that long enough, you know some people might take you here seriously and and might act upon it, especially when you know you're being told all the time about the interactive reality of what could
be. Anyway, it's not about free speech. I am still confused by a guy not defending himself. I'm still confused by lawyers not lawyering, by the guy clearly not asking people to fix things or do whatever. And I love the headline Alex Jones' personal assets to be sold to pay one point five billion dollars Sandy Hook debt company bankruptcy is dismissed. Now that was last you know, that was on June fourteenth, let's see. A federal judge on
Friday ordered the liquidation again. This is the fourteenth of June. This is the night that we were talking about this on the show. On Friday ordered the liquidation of conspiracy theorist Alex Jones personal assets, but dismissed his company's separate bankruptcy case, leaving the immediate future of a his infra wars media platform uncertain as he owes one point five billion for his father's for excuse me for his
false claims that the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting was a hoax. Judge Christopher Lopez approved converting jones proposed personal bankruptcy reorganization to a liquidation, but Lopez throughout the case of his company, Boston, Texas based Free Speech Systems, after failed attempts by Jones to reach an agreement with Sandy Hook families on his proposals
to recognize and keep operating the company while paying them millions of dollars. It wasn't immediately clear what will happen in the coming weeks for Free Speech Systems. In for Wars Power company, which Jones built into a multimillion dollar money maker over the past twenty five years, by selling dietary sub supplements and other products, but both Jones and lawyers for the Sandy Hook family said they expect info
Wars to cease operating at some point because of the U S debt. A trustee appointed Friday in Jones' personal bankruptcy case to oversee the liquidation now has control over his assets, including Info Wars. According to lawyers for Sandy Hook families, dismissal of the Free Speech System's case means the families can now move immediately to collect on the one point five billion in state courts in Texas and Connecticut,
where they won defamation lawsuits against Jones and Okay. Jones, who smiled as the judge dismissed the company's case, called into infro Wars after the court hearing and predicted more battles in state courts. This bizarre political attempt to hijack the operation and failed, he said, and added that he would find another way to broadcast his shows if he loses in for Wars. Okay, so this is the ap article, and I'm telling you he can just come out
with another company. Sure, but not until they drain this one. Telling you if they try and drain it and then discover that there's plenty of money there and that this thing can still sustain itself and pay off the debt over time. It's not going to look good because it's like, now we're not
attacking you, but we are taking away your ability to stay rich. Off it is anyway outside the courthouse, he railed about the families not accepting his reorganization proposals and alleged that they were being used by political groups in a conspiracy to silence him. He said he would try to maximize revenues that Info Wars to make money for creditors, and then wind down the business in a way that takes care of its forty four employees. This is about taking me off
the air, Jones said. Understand that what you've seen in this corporate media about me, or what I said about Sandy Hook, or any of this has no bearing on reality. Christmatai, a lawyer for the Sandy Hook families, called in for Wars soon to be defunct as his clients moved to collect Today's good daymatizing see Alex Jones is not They're a martyr nor a victim.
He is the perpetrator of the worst defamation in American history. Lopez has been asked to either convert Free Speech Systems bankruptcy reorganization to a liquidation or dismiss the case. He said his sole focus was what would be best for the company and its creditors. He also said Free Speech Systems case appeared to be one of the longest running of its kind in the country and was approaching a deadline to resolve it. I was never asked today to make a decision to shut
down a show or not. That was never going to happen today, one way or another, Lopez said, this case is one of the most difficult causes I've had. When you look at it, I think creditors are better served in pursuing their state court rights. Many of Jones' personal assets will be sold off, but his primary home in the Austin area and some other belongings
are exempt from bankruptcy liquidation. He already has moved to sell his Texas ranch worth about two point eight million, a gun collection, and other assets to pay debts. And the lead up to Friday's hearing, Jones had been telling his web viewers and radio listeners that Free Speech Systems was on the verge of
being shut down because of the bankruptcy. He urged them to download videos from his online archive to preserve them, and appointed them to a new website of his father's company if they want to continue buying the dietary supplements he sells on his show. Jones says about nine million in personal assets. According to the most recent financial filings in court, Free Speech Systems has about six million in
cash on hand and about one point two million worth of inventory. According to j Patrick McGill, the chief restructuring officer appointed by the court to run the company during the bankruptcy, If you think he's only got one point two million dollars worth of inventory and that's all that this thing is worth, and you're out of your mind. He hasn million dollars in personal assets, but the whole company is running with only about six million in cash on hand. You
think that's even remotely possible? Does that sound right to you? I guarantee you it's not. If they own a building unless they're leasing every single thing and they don't own their broadcast equipment, they're leasing that, and they're leasing office furnishings and the cars. If they're leasing everything and they own nothing, okay, fine, I doubt that this company had more money before the inflationary curve. This money had more. This company had more money fifteen years ago
and twenty years ago than what they're saying it does right now. And back then he wasn't selling so many supplements. Back then it was more DVDs and books and bumper stickers. And oh, by the way, is anybody going to even mention the still donating stuff, the subscription services. Is anybody mentioning any of that stuff? No, they're not going to count it, so
promise you. Just like anybody else who accruise a decent amount of wealth, they want to protect some of their you know, some of their gains one way or another, personally or in the business. Nothing is ever accurately reported, right, I mean, please imagine just taking a look at his sales and use tax when it comes to you know, sales tax in Texas, and local events and the cars and all this other stuff that he had the ability to utilize. I mean, what is everything rented at least? No?
Man, you dig, just like you dig into any other business, you're gonna find there is a hell of a lot more than what the books
allow you to see. I mean, it's my only contention. I know it's it's short, and I keep saying it, but if you honestly think that not he's only got nine million dollars okay, and that company's only got six million in cash, and you know, well, maybe they do have one point whatever million dollars in vitamins at the moment spot check, But I promise you there's more inventory, and there's more actual assets that are being sold
all the time, and these subcompanies nobody has even unraveled how many companies are involved that he claims is this one's company, that one's company that in truth, when you track down all the find nobody's even done all that they got. This guy who's supposedly sitting there saying, well, this is how much they There is no way that company is only running on six million dollars.
I mean, the the the electric bill costs and internet streaming costs and stuff, satellite costs, they wouldn't have been sustainable over the years if that's all they've accrued and he's only got nine million, I don't know. Like, like BP said, maybe the divorce wiped him out pretty good, but doesn't seem like it. I don't know, you know, he's still had a ranch, still at a home. But this is not the guy trying to
figure out. Okay, now I've got to go get you know, the beater off of Facebook Auto, I mean, excuse me, off of eBay Auto sales because I can't keep my car anymore and I have to give it all to the ex wife. Yeah, and when he took a look at his you know, his housekeeper expenses and all this sudden it's not sustainable based on he doesn't even have the same kind of money that somebody does from just a state lottery win. No, no, this is not comporting with reality.
I promise you. It's getting weirder. Speaking of getting weirder, this is not one of those things that just comes from the Coast to Coast am website. And I'm just going to go to Las Vegas and stop talking about Alex Jones because I'm sick of talking about him and I'm sick of hearing about him. It's not about free speech. It's not oh my god, no I feel sympathy. No I don't. And no, it's not about his free speech. It's about learn how to comport yourself properly as a journalist and
be responsible as a broadcaster. Oh no, we can't possibly do that, because free speech is an absolute. Well, let somebody come to you and your circumstances, and if you suffer a tragedy, just imagine for a moment that some of what they say happen in Sandy Hook actually happened, and somebody goes around and bashes you and makes you part of the tip of the spear for Satan's agenda out there after your child dies, which they claim didn't exist,
didn't actually happen. They sent them to sing at the Super Bowl, they send them to Israel, whatever, And you want to tell us you'd react, Just fine with that, That's okay, it's his freedom of speech. No, it's not freedom of speech to have people attacked to encourage other people to commit crimes, to encourage other people to attack private individuals who have
a right to remain private individuals. Even if they did make a media statement, they didn't open themselves up to being attacked and accused of and defamed. It's just not a simple black and white issue, and it's certainly not the government leaning on his free speech. You know, the whole old example. Can you yell yes, you can, but there's gonna be consequences for that if there's no fire, So you better be careful if you're gonna yell fire
right in the movie theater. That whole idiotic trope. It's not about free speech, folks, It's about reasonable conduct and who you're allowed to attack from a platform that you have to show some responsibility for. Yet you do have a responsibility anyway. So where was I? You know what, I'm gonna take a quick break here and get myself organized, cover a couple other stories on this Wednesday. The ghosts of Box and Friends took turns attacking the White House and defending their reliance on cheap, fake videos that many have claimed portray President Joe Biden in
an unfair and critical light. Over the past week to ten days, Fox News has featured a number of videos that make the stiff and slow eighty one year old president look even stiffer and slower, largely because they are edited in a misleading way. As I wrote in a column Monday, while misleading and largely unfair. These videos resonate because, like all caricatures and stereotypes, they are rooted in the truth. Okay, I'm gonna stop here. Mediaites pissed
off box and Prince is celebrating. Here's the thing. This is a public person who's out there for parody. They're parodying him. Who cares. I don't look old man Joe Biden. I mean, even the liberal media out there is making all of their jokes about it. Even Bill Maher has to admit, well, I know Joe Biden doesn't know where he is, but I'm gonna vote for him anyway. You know. Yeah, I don't care if he's on a respirator. I gotta vote for him because anything that is
at least breathing is better than Trump. Okay, fine, And on the other side, they'll tell you that anything that's breathing is better than Biden, and Trump is a hero.
