Episode description

Today's episode is about the cognitive distortion known as "All-or-Nothing Thinking" or "Black-and-White Thinking." I talk about why we do it, the harm in this form of thinking, and I share with you how I've noticed it pop up in various aspects of my life, and how I'm personally challenging it in order to lean more into the grey—the nuance of real life.

I hope that this serves you in the way it's meant to. x
