Episode 5 - Consequence: The Results Matter

Today we finish our first trip around the GLUE Cycle and we focus on the consequence of our work. The challenge is that for many of us the work we do causes bad things NOT to happen and that makes measurement extremely difficult. We talk about measuring "near misses" and how setting a unique frame for consequence is essential to demonstrating value within the organization.
