In this, the final episode of season 4, we will take a look at an important aspect of faith in Christ; rest and renewal.

God knew that we would need physical, emotional, and spiritual rest. He understood that our bodies and minds require renewal to function at their best. Yet in our modern society, we often neglect this sacred rhythm of busyness, striving, and the pursuit of success.

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”
–Matthew 11:28-30

He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
    for his name’s sake.

–Psalm 23:2-3

Behold, I am making all things new.
–Revelation 21:5
