Mention This Sin

"They mention this sin but don't mention that sin." Do some avoid speaking about certain sins because they're afraid, or is there a good reason not to bring up that sin? When someone is living in a particular sin, how should their sin be addressed? And how should they feel if their sin is brought to light? Jesus was masterful in addressing these issues.
