***SYNOPSIS WITH SPOILERS***

Four foster children, Mike, Lee Hwa, Sam and Diego, are bored and upset that they can’t go out trick or treating this year because of the bad germs all around the city. Lee Hwa suggests they make their own fun by crafting their own Halloween masks instead. When she overhears their plan, their guardian, Ms. Diana, a fairy godmother in training, directs them to a magic chest in the attic that contains all sorts of materials they can use. Once completed, the masks are imbued with magical properties that enable the kids to see and avoid the germs. With their new powers, they set out to heroically deliver safe treats to the kids around their neighborhood.
