Episode description

For today's episode I had the pleasure of being joined in person by Sam Campanella.  Sam is the owner and professor at 208 Jiu Jitsu, the school I have been attending since beginning my BJJ journey. Sam has a great story of how he began in the martial art and the journeys it's taken him and his family on. He also has some great opinions on gi vs. no-gi, how to start training BJJ, and the current state of Jiu-Jitsu as a sport and how that translates to the person just wanting to learn a form of self-defense. If you're even remotely into Jiu-Jitsu you're going to dig this episode.
