Episode description

In today’s episode, we talk to Rob aka The Grounded Athlete. Rob is a high-level sprinter and the founder of the Grounded Athlete and GAIA footwear. We get into a lot of great stuff in this conversation about grounding and why it's so beneficial for humans to be in touch (literally) with the Earth’s electrical field.  Rob gives incredibly detailed data outlining why it's so beneficial, and also ties in his Native American heritage to why it’s so important to him to spread the message of grounding. The purpose of TGA is simple - to spread awareness for the physiological benefits of being electrically grounded to the earth. In the midst of this movement he developed GAIA Grounding Sandals. These sandals are created with silver and copper elements to ground you when it's difficult to be barefoot. So far they've reached over 20 countries and 49 states.  Enjoy!   Follow along: www.instagram.com/coachrosshillier www.instagram.com/thegroundedathlete   Sign up for the newsletter and check out the blog and Nomad Coaching programs: www.nomad-strength.com   Learn more about your ad choices.
