Today I had the pleasure of chatting with Daniel Strauss, also known as the Raspberry Ape. Daniel is a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu over in the UK, and I have been following his work since I began my own Jiu-Jitsu practice earlier this year. I was really keen to pick his brain about all things jiu-jitsu related, as well as his strength and conditioning practices to prepare for competing and staying healthy.
