Welcome to B-Sides Now! Less of a music industry podcast, and more of a music industry airing of grievances. Born out of the stress the 2020 pandemic brought to many in the business, Co-hosts Jamie Coletta and Adam Pfleider talk to guests about not only their thoughts on what's going on behind the curtain, but "making sense of" and "calling out" the chaos that is the reality of so many people burning out daily. This is also about new avenues of creativity, productivity and avoiding others' mistakes along the way. It's about speaking truth and building towards a more positive future with each new episode.
