Opened in March of 2022, they wasted no time making a name for themselves, locally and nationally, with inventive dishes, lively libations, and fulfilling mocktails, all served in a chic, contemporary setting. Executive Chef Dan Thomas joins us and shares some of the negative feedback he received when they first opened, his time doing weekly rotating menus at The Story Inn in Brown County, and honing his craft under the legendary Dave Tallent.
