Increase Efficiency with 80/20

Fellow independent watchmakers ask me a lot this question “How Can I Make More Money as a Watchmaker?” I can’t nitpick certain things that you guys do but I can definitely offer some principles that have helped me. First one being the 80/20 principle. Pareto’s Law. When in doubt, ask yourself these two questions: “What 20% of the work is yielding me 80% of the results?” And “If I only had a couple hours to work on my craft each week, what would I work on to bring in the most amount of results?” I fundamentally feel that if you get to the bare bones of these two questions, you’ll figure out the solution to your money problem. ___________________ Visit: http://www.nobswatchmaker.com for more info.
