It’s a very special edition of The Nielson Show today. Dusty and Lt. Eric are on location at Popeyes today in honour of Ben Stelter’s birthday. Little Ben’s favourite place to eat was Popeyes, so today, all proceeds will be donated to the Ben Stelter foundation.

Dusty had a quick chat with Ferby, owner of several Popeyes locations to shed some light about the importance of today.

We quickly then transitioned to Morning Announcements from 100.3 The Bear to recap all that transpired last night in the world of sport.

After the first sports update, the boys gave their first ever on location rendition of Tales of The North ahead of tonight’s big game.

To finish off hour one, we dipped into The Fan Zone from FansFirst to discuss whether or not Oilers fans should be concerned for tonight’s game.
