He's one of the OG's of the North Frisco CrossFit Community. Even if you've known him for years, you'll get to hear some things you probably didn't know about Coach Justin Acosta.
In this episode, Coach Justin shares his journey from high school to college and his life beyond sports. He also discusses his involvement in CrossFit along with some of his favorite moments from coaching the CrossFit Games.
