Point of View (A 5 Year Old Perspective) - Monday Morning Mastery 39

Hi everyone... Welcome to Monday Morning Mastery powered by The NEXT Academy - Building Construction Leaders for What Comes NEXT. As always I hope this finds you ready to attack the week ahead. My five year old likes to go to the "Tool Store." He and I were on the way there, listening to some tunes and out of nowhere, he asked me, “Dad are you scared of heights?” Now he’s heard me over the years explain my dislike for them so he has a pretty good idea how I’m going to answer. I said, “I’m not scared of all of them but as you know, I don’t love them either.” His reply was fantastic. It made me consider how often I view situations in a less than optimal manner. A 5 year old point of view was just what I needed to hear. You can tell yourself any story you want about your future. Why not tell one that creates positive anticipation and confident action? Why not look out from the mountain top and see the beauty? I hope you find great value in today’s episode. Don’t ever stop chasing to #BeBETTER.
