Davis works to diversify education

The recent racial reckoning and political landscape nationwide is beginning to call present systems and institutions into question. The UC Davis Chief Diversity Officer, Mikael Villalobos, discusses the impact of current events on higher education and the changes the University plans to make in pursuit of diversity, equity and inclusion. Also, the changes Davis High English teachers are making to create a curriculum that encompasses an array of perspectives and increases representation.
