Diana is  an accomplished author of her first memoir, Silently Said: A Journey Through Illness and Addictions, which is also an Amazon best seller.  In Silently Said, Diana tells the story of a young girl who is struggling to come to terms with the unnamed illness of her mother, and eventually her sister, along with the  alcoholism of her father and her own struggles with asthma. The book explores themes of grief, love, and healing in a way that is both powerful and poignant. Silently Said inspires people through vulnerability, that we can drop the shame story to find the lessons it has left behind.

Diana has a unique way of holding space for people to explore their emotions. Through her mother and sister being silenced by illness, Diana has learned to feel her way through conversations, honing in on her sixth sense which allows her to create a space that is safe to share without judgment.

Diana is an empathetic leader, anchored in personal growth and creates space for people to get curious and dig deep to see that you truly can overcome the odds and make your pain purposeful. Diana breaks through what is not said, but feels loudly. A weaver of emotions, Diana will walk you through your journey to overcoming her circumstances to create the life you desire.
