What is it?

1. Interpretation: If you have crooked speech, there’s something in you that is worthless and wicked.
2. Entrepreneurial Application: Talking poorly about people, society, dreams, and goals is worthless. This is different from shedding light on reality and redirecting yourself or others. Don’t shame or judge yourself or others.

Where has it shown up in my life?

1. My brother and I will consistently stop ourselves and redirect our speech.
2. Steering clear of people who judge me/bring me down. I either call them out in the moment, or steer clear of them.

Where do I want it to show up in my life?

1. Only have speech that uplifts people by focusing on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and praiseworthy.

How can you apply it to your life?

1. Catch crooked speech in yourself and the people around you.
