Teresa Moerer is a physical therapist, author, coach, speaker, and artist. Her book, The Art of Assisting Aging Parents, is based on a 35-year career as a physical therapist and caring for her parents.
She teaches her Experi-Age™ training to caregivers, the aging, and individuals who want to improve their mental and physical space to achieve optimal health and function in their lives and business. She also educates physical, occupational, and speech therapists to create exceptional group therapy treatments.
Teresa and her husband live in Iowa and have three grown children. She loves to spend time gardening, cooking, and oil painting.
