Janine Hamner Holman is an internationally recognized speaker, author, and expert on conscious leadership, DE&I, organizational development, neurobiology, and what it takes to attract and retain world-class talent. As CEO of the J&J Consulting Group, she brings more than 30 years’ experience to her work with purpose driven CEOs and organizational leaders to help them create courageous, high-performance organizations. She has worked with everything from Fortune 200 companies to local nonprofits and everything in between. Janine is as a contributing author to On the Shoulders of Mighty Women, which is due out on June 14, 2022, and the author of the forthcoming book, Why Are the Soft Skills so Damn Hard…and Many Other Things We Got Wrong.
